Through the moisture-proof pressure regulating device, the inside and outside gas of equipment can be exchanged, but outside dust, humidity, rainwater and salt fog can not get into, can effectively reduce equipment (for example antenna house and sealing washer) because of the damage that the inside and outside pressure differential produced and lose efficacy early, prolong its life-span, still can avoid simultaneously sealed equipment apron, door or cover when sealed difficult drawback of opening when not losing efficacy, also do benefit to the equipment heat dissipation simultaneously.
The moisture-proof pressure regulating device has wide application, can be applied to equipment outside a cabin such as an antenna, a high-frequency box, a transmitter and the like, and can also be used as reference for air-used equipment, land-used equipment and cabin sealing equipment. The manufacturers in China have successfully researched, for example, outdoor communication equipment, radar sealed cavities and headlamps of high-grade automobiles all adopt the technology of moisture-proof pressure regulating devices. The invention relates to a moisture-proof pressure regulating device which comprises a first shell 1, a second shell 2, an inner cavity 3, a first pressing plate 5, a second pressing plate 6, a third pressing plate 7 and a pipe joint 8;
the inner cavity 3 is of a rectangular structure, a pipe joint 8 is arranged on one side wall through a fastening piece 20, and a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the fastening piece 20 and the inner cavity 3; the other three side walls are respectively provided with a ventilating rectangular hole, the three ventilating rectangular holes are respectively matched with a first pressing plate 5, a second pressing plate 6 and a third pressing plate 7, a groove with a rectangular cross section is arranged around each ventilating rectangular hole, a sealing ring is arranged in each groove, a waterproof ventilating film is arranged between the pressing plates and the sealing rings, and the inner cavities 3 of the pressing plates are fixedly connected;
the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 are arranged on two end faces of the inner cavity 3, the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 are respectively provided with a groove with a rectangular cross section for mounting a sealing ring, the waterproof breathable film is arranged between the sealing ring and the end face of the inner cavity 3, the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 are sleeved on the periphery of the inner cavity 3, and four corners of the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 are fixed through 4 threaded sleeves 4;

Example 1
With reference to fig. 1(a) - (f) and fig. 2, the moisture-proof pressure-regulating device in this embodiment mainly comprises a first housing 1, a second housing 2, a pipe joint 8, an inner cavity 3, a first pressing plate 5, a second pressing plate 6, a third pressing plate 7, a threaded sleeve 4, waterproof breathable films 9-13, sealing rings 14-19, fasteners 20, and the like.
The first shell 1 is provided with a groove with a rectangular cross section for mounting a sealing ring, a cross reinforcing rib in the middle, and 4 mounting unthreaded holes and small ventilation holes which are connected with the second shell (see fig. 3(a) to (d)).
The second shell 2 is provided with a groove with a rectangular section for mounting a sealing ring, a cross reinforcing rib is arranged in the middle, and 4 mounting screw holes and small ventilation holes (see figures 4(a) - (d))
The 5 faces of the inner cavity 3 are provided with ventilating rectangular holes, wherein the outer edges of the 3 faces of the rectangular holes are provided with rectangular cross-section grooves all around, a sealing ring can be arranged in each groove, the 3 faces of the inner cavity are provided with a through hole for installing a pipe joint 8 and 4 screw holes, and the waterproof breathable film is arranged between the pressing plate and the sealing ring. The pressing plate is provided with small ventilation holes and is fixedly connected with the inner cavity through a fastener, the screw holes connected with the inner cavity are communicated holes, the middle of the inner cavity is of a cross reinforcing rib structure, the inner part of the cavity is divided into 4 spaces, the 4 spaces are communicated through holes (see fig. 5(a) - (b)), and the inner part of the cavity can also be divided into more than 4 spaces.
All sealing rings 14-19, waterproof breathable films 9-13, pressing plates 5-7 and pipe joints 8 are installed on the inner cavity 3, all sealing rings are installed on the first shell 1 and the second shell 2, and the three assemblies are assembled into a whole through 4 screw sleeves to form the moisture-proof pressure regulating device.
The screw sleeve 4 can be formed by modifying a standard screw, and the modified through hole can be used as a fixing hole of a moisture-proof pressure regulating device (see figures 6(a) - (b))
The moisture-proof pressure regulating device 1 is provided with a pipe joint 8 on one surface, the pipe joint 8 exchanges air with the inside and the outside of the sealing equipment, and rectangular holes are arranged on the other 5 surfaces. .
The moisture-proof pressure regulating device is of a cuboid or cube structure, and 5 faces of the moisture-proof pressure regulating device are provided with waterproof breathable films.
The pipe joint 8 is provided with a section groove for mounting a sealing ring, and the pipe joint 8 and the inner cavity 3 adopt a radial sealing mode.
The moisture-proof pressure regulating device has good adaptability, can be arranged in the sealing equipment, and also can be arranged outside the sealing equipment (see (a) to (c) in figure 7), and exchanges gas with the inside and the outside of the equipment through the connecting pipe and the wall-penetrating sealing joint, and external moisture cannot enter the equipment due to the action of the waterproof breathable film in the exchange process. The installation aperture is little, and site operation is convenient, very is suitable for current equipment installation moisture-proof pressure regulating device transformation engineering.
The working principle of the moisture-proof pressure regulating device is as follows: with reference to fig. 1-7, when the moisture-proof pressure regulating device is installed inside the equipment, the pressure of the internal gas is higher than that of the external gas due to the temperature rise inside the equipment, and the internal gas flows into the moisture-proof pressure regulating device through the small holes 21-25 for external ventilation of the moisture-proof pressure regulating device, passes through the waterproof breathable films 9-13, the pipe joint 8, the connecting pipe and the through-wall sealing joint, and is discharged outside. When the external temperature of the equipment drops, the internal gas pressure is less than the external gas pressure, the external gas flows to the inside of the equipment through the wall-penetrating sealing joint, the connecting pipe, the pipe joint 8, the waterproof breathable films 9-13 and the external breathable small holes 21-25 of the moisture-proof pressure regulating device, and in the flowing process, external moisture cannot enter the inside of the equipment due to the effect of the waterproof breathable films.
When the moisture-proof pressure-regulating device is installed outside the equipment, the flowing process of the air inside and outside the equipment is opposite to the above situation.
Above-mentioned several kinds of circumstances, through the moisture-proof pressure regulating device, inside and outside gas has exchanged, and the inside and outside pressure difference of equipment has reduced, balanced, has effectively reduced equipment (for example antenna house and sealing washer) because of the damage that inside and outside pressure difference produced and became invalid early, has prolonged the life-span, still can avoid sealed equipment apron, door or cover to work as the drawback of difficult opening simultaneously.
