The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, and reference is made to fig. 1 to 8, which are preferred embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention relates to a refrigerator with a hidden illumination lamp, which comprises a refrigerator body 1 and a door body 2. In particular, the cabinet 1 has a refrigeration compartment 10, in the implementation process, the refrigeration compartment 10 is a refrigerating compartment or a freezing compartment, only one refrigeration compartment 10 is shown in fig. 1, in other embodiments of the invention, the refrigerator may have two or more refrigeration compartments 10; the door body 2 is provided at a front side of the cabinet 1 to open and close the refrigerating compartment 10.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in order to search for and obtain the articles inside the refrigerating compartment 10, the top wall of the refrigerating compartment 10 of the refrigerator according to the present invention is provided with an illuminating lamp 31, and the illuminating lamp 31 can illuminate the space inside the refrigerating compartment 10 when turned on.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, and 6, the refrigerator according to the present invention further includes a light shielding shutter 32 located inside the cooling compartment 10, wherein the light shielding shutter 32 is rotatably provided on the top wall of the cooling compartment 10 along a rotation axis L located on one side thereof, and the rotation axis L faces left and right and is located in front of the illumination lamp 31. The rotation axis L is arranged in the left-right direction so that the light shielding baffle 32 can effectively shield the light from being emitted toward the door 2 after being unfolded.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, 6 and 8, the light shielding shutter 32 of the present invention has a first operating position W1 and a second operating position W2; when the light-shielding baffle 32 is located at the first working position W1, the illuminating lamp 31 is turned off, and one side of the light-shielding baffle 32, which is far away from the rotating shaft L, is close to the top wall of the refrigerating compartment 10; when the light shielding shutter 32 is located at the second working position W2, the illumination lamp 31 is turned on, and the light shielding shutter 32 is unfolded downward to shield the illumination lamp 31 from projecting light toward the door body 2.
In a more specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the door body 2 of the present invention is formed with a shutter contact portion 20 protruding toward the inside of the cooling compartment 10. As shown in fig. 6, when the door body 2 is closed, the shutter contact portion 20 abuts the light shielding shutter 32 and restricts the light shielding shutter 32 to the first operating position W1; as shown in fig. 4, when the door body 2 is opened, the shutter contact portion 20 is disengaged from the light shielding shutter 32, and the light shielding shutter 32 is unfolded downward and enters the second operating position W2. That is, in the present invention, the rotation control of the light-shielding baffle 32 is realized by opening and closing the door body 2, so that the effect that the light is not directly radiated to the eyes can be realized without changing the habit of using the refrigerator by the user.
In order to enable the light-shielding shutter 32 to rapidly rotate from the first operating position W1 to the second operating position W2 when the door is opened, an elastic member (not shown) is disposed between the light-shielding shutter 32 and the top wall of the refrigeration compartment 10, and the elastic member provides an elastic force for driving the light-shielding shutter 32 to rotate from the first operating position W1 to the second operating position W2. In the specific implementation process, the elastic element can be a torsion spring or a spring plate and the like which has a component capable of automatically returning to a natural state.
In the present invention, in order to control the illumination lamp 31, the refrigerator has a switch assembly for controlling the illumination lamp 31 to be turned on and off, and the switch assembly includes a switch portion 33 fixed to the top wall of the cooling compartment 10 and a trigger portion 34 disposed on the light blocking plate 32. When the light shielding shutter 32 is located at the first working W1 position during use of the refrigerator, the trigger part 34 triggers the switch part 33 to turn off the illumination lamp 31; when the light shielding shutter 32 leaves the first operating position W2, the trigger unit 34 is disengaged from the switch unit 33 to turn on the illumination lamp 31. In the specific implementation process, the switch part 33 in the present invention is a magnetic-sensing switch, and the trigger part 34 is a magnet.
As shown in the figure, the switch portion 33 in the present embodiment is located at the rear side of the illumination lamp 31, and the trigger portion 34 is located at the side of the light shielding shutter 32 away from the rotation axis L. With this arrangement, the light shielding shutter 32 covers the lower side of the illumination lamp 31 when located at the first operating position W1, and can protect the illumination lamp 31.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, a groove 100 is formed in the top wall of the refrigeration compartment 10, the illumination lamp 31 is embedded in the groove 100, and the bottom end of the groove 100 is provided with a transparent plate 35 covering the groove 100. In this embodiment, the illuminating lamp 31 is installed inside a lamp box (not labeled in the figure), the lamp box with the illuminating lamp 31 is integrally embedded inside the groove 100, and the light-transmitting plate 35 constitutes a lower cover plate of the lamp box.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the shutter contact portion 20 extends obliquely downward from the position where the shutter contact portion 20 is joined to the door body 2. In other words, after the door 2 is closed, the distance between the upper surface of the baffle contact portion 20 and the top wall of the refrigerating compartment 10 is increased in the direction in which the door 2 is directed to the refrigerating compartment 10. When the door body 2 is closed, the surface of the light shielding shutter 32 on the lower side abuts against the inclined upper surface of the shutter contact portion 20, and the trigger portion 34 on the surface of the upper side of the light shielding shutter 32 triggers the switch portion 34 on the top of the cooling compartment 10 to turn off the illumination lamp 31. The upper surface of the shutter contact portion 20 is inclined in such a manner as to form a sandwiched space between the upper wall of the refrigerating compartment 10 and the light-shielding shutter 32, which is located at the first operating position W1, to be restricted by the sandwiched space.
Referring to fig. 7, there is shown another embodiment of the door 2 according to the present invention, in this embodiment, the door 2 protrudes toward the inside of the cooling compartment 10 to form a continuous flange 200 abutting against the side wall of the cooling compartment 10, and the baffle plate contact portion 20 forms a part of the flange 200. When the door body 2 is closed, the flange 200 is abutted to the refrigerating chamber 10 to form sealing, so that the cold air in the refrigerating chamber 10 can be effectively prevented from passing, and the energy consumption of the refrigerator is reduced.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the light blocking shutter 32 further has a buffering position W3, and the buffering position W3 and the first working position W1 are respectively located at both sides of the second working position W2. Specifically, the setting of the buffer position W3 can effectively avoid the damage to the light-shielding baffle 32 when the user obtains the articles in the refrigerator; that is, when the user obtains the article, since the light blocking shutter 32 further has the second working position W1 and the buffer position W3, if the light blocking shutter 32 located at the second working position W2 is inadvertently touched, the light blocking shutter 32 can rotate in two different directions, thereby effectively reducing the probability that the light blocking shutter 32 is damaged by the external force.
