As shown in fig. 1, the pipeline fixing structure 100 provided by the present invention includes a connection portion 110, a clamping portion 120, a pipeline fixing portion 130 and a limiting structure 140, where the clamping portion 120, the pipeline fixing portion 130 and the limiting structure 140 are disposed on the connection portion 110. The clamping portion 120 and the limiting structure 140 cooperate with at least two structures to fix the pipeline fixing structure 100, and the pipeline fixing portion 130 fixes a pipeline to be fixed. For example, the clamping portion 120 is matched with a first structure, the limiting structure 140 is matched with a second structure, so as to fix the pipeline fixing structure 100, and preferably, the first structure and the second structure are both pipelines in the device.
Preferably, the connecting portion 110 is of a strip-shaped structure, the pipeline fixing portion 130 is disposed at a first end of the connecting portion 110, the clamping portion 120 is disposed on a first surface of the connecting portion 110, and the limiting structure 140 is disposed on the first surface or a second surface opposite to the first surface of the connecting portion 110.
The pipeline fixing portion 130 is configured to fix a pipeline or a line, and includes a bearing structure 131 and a connecting structure 132, where the connecting structure 132 is connected to the bearing structure 131 through a flexible connection, that is, the connecting structure 132 can rotate relative to the bearing structure 131, preferably, the connecting structure 132 is made of a flexible material, or a connection portion between the bearing structure 131 and the connecting structure 132 is made of a flexible material, so that the connecting structure 132 and the bearing structure 131 can rotate relative to each other. The bearing structure 131 is a part of an annular structure, that is, a structure in which an opening penetrating in an axial direction is formed in the annular structure, and the connection structure 132 may open or close the opening in the annular structure. Preferably, at least part of the carrying structure 131 is of an arcuate configuration to enable better contact with the pipe or line to be secured. The connection structure 132 is fixedly connected with the first end of the bearing structure 131, the second end of the bearing structure 131 is provided with a clamping pin 1311, the connection structure 132 is provided with a clamping hole 1321, and the clamping hole 1321 cooperates with the clamping pin 1311 to realize clamping, so that the connection structure 132 and the bearing structure 131 form a closed annular structure to bind a pipeline or a circuit and the like in the annular structure.
The clamping portion 120 is disposed near the first end of the connecting portion 110. The clamping portion 120 is used for being clamped to a fixed pipeline or other structures to fix the pipeline fixing structure 100, the clamping portion 120 is preferably a cylindrical structure with an opening formed in the side wall along the axial direction, the width of the opening is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical structure, the clamping portion 120 has certain elasticity, so that a pipeline with a pipe diameter larger than the opening width smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the cylindrical structure can be clamped into the clamping portion 120 through the opening, and the purpose of fixing the pipeline fixing structure 100 to the pipeline is achieved.
The limiting structure 140 is a long structure, and the length of the limiting structure 140 is greater than the inner diameter of the clamping portion 120. The extending direction of the limiting structure 140 is the same as that of the connecting portion 110, one end of the limiting structure 140 is connected with the connecting portion 110 through the connecting structure, the other end is a free end, so that a certain distance is formed between the limiting structure 140 and the connecting portion 110, a limiting groove is formed between the connecting portion 110 and the limiting structure 140, and the limiting groove and the limiting structure 140 form a limiting portion. The free end of the limiting structure 140 is located at the same side as the second end of the connecting portion 110, so that a fixed pipeline or other structures can slide into the limiting groove between the connecting portion 110 and the limiting structure 140, preferably, the free end of the limiting structure 140 is flush with the second end of the connecting portion 110. The connection portion 110 and the limit structure 140 cooperate with the fixed pipeline to limit the pipeline fixing structure 100, so that the phenomenon that the clamping portion 120 and the pipeline are clamped and then rotate along the circumferential direction of the pipeline is avoided, and the pipeline fixing structure 100 is more stably installed. Preferably, the limit structure 140 is connected to a position near the clamping portion 120, so that the depth of the limit groove formed between the limit structure 140 and the connecting portion 110 in the extending direction of the connecting portion 110 and the limit structure 140 is deeper, and a plurality of fixed pipelines or other structures can be located in the limit groove at the same time.
As shown in fig. 2, in one specific embodiment, the pipeline securing structure 100 is secured to a first securing pipeline 10 and a second securing pipeline 20, the first securing pipeline 10 and the second securing pipeline constituting the first structure and the second structure. The first and second fixed lines 10 and 20 include portions parallel to each other, and the line fixing structure 100 is mounted to the portions of the first and second fixed lines 10 and 20 parallel to each other. The clamping portion 120 is clamped to the second fixed pipeline 20, and the first fixed pipeline 10 is located in the limiting groove formed between the limiting structure 140 and the connecting portion 110. Due to the arrangement of the limiting structure 140, the distance between the first fixed pipeline 10 and the second fixed pipeline 20 required for the installation of the pipeline limiting structure 100 is lower, that is, the distance between the first fixed pipeline 10 and the second fixed pipeline 20 is larger or smaller, which does not affect the installation effect, so long as the clamping portion 120 is clamped with the second fixed pipeline 20, and the first fixed pipeline 10 is located in the limiting groove. The line fixing portion 130 is provided therein to be fixed to a line or a pipe.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, more fixing pipes may be located in the limiting groove.
The pipeline fixing structure provided by the invention can slide the structure matched with the limiting structure 140 into the limiting groove at first when being installed, and then rotate the connecting part 110 to enable the structure matched with the clamping part 120 to be clamped into the clamping part 120. Moreover, due to the arrangement of the limiting groove and the relatively large depth of the limiting groove, the distance between the structure matched with the limiting structure 140 and the structure matched with the clamping portion 120 may not be limited, or may be within a certain range.
The present invention further provides an air conditioner, wherein the above-mentioned pipe fixing structure 100 is disposed in the air conditioner, preferably, the pipe fixing structure 100 is fixed to two liquid separation pipes, that is, one liquid separation pipe is clamped with the clamping portion 120, and the other liquid separation pipe is located in a limiting groove between the connecting portion 110 and the limiting structure 140. The lines near the liquid separation pipe, such as a pipe temperature sensing line, a bottom line, an environment sensing line, etc., are placed in the pipe fixing portion 130, and are limited in the bearing structure 131 by the connection structure 132, so as to fix the lines.
The pipeline fixing structure is provided with the clamping part and the limiting part, the pipeline fixing structure is installed through the matching of the clamping part and the limiting part, and the requirement of the pipeline fixing structure on the installation position is lower due to the arrangement of the limiting part, so that the pipeline fixing structure can be suitable for more installation positions, and the universality of the pipeline fixing structure is improved.
