为达到上述目的，本实用发明一种双侧带有C型槽横纵结构复合板材，其特征在于包括：上面层(1)，下面层(2)，左C槽(3)，右C槽(4)，芯料(5)，纵肋(6)，横肋(7)构成，所述的纵肋(6)和横肋(7)之间通过焊接或螺栓连接成“井”字形，所述的左C槽(3)和右C槽(4)设置在横肋(7)两端，并通过强力胶将其紧紧粘靠在一起，所述的芯料(5) 填充在左C槽(3)、右C槽(4)与纵肋(6)和横肋(7)组成的空心处，所述的上面层(1)和下面层(2)设置在左C槽(3)、右C槽(4)、纵肋(6)、横肋(7)以及芯料(5)构成的两个端面。
为达到上述目的，本实用发明所述的一种双侧带有C型槽横纵结构复合板材，其特征在于：所述上面层(1)和下面层(2)采用改性砂浆面层，其内加入仿钢纤维，增加抗裂强度。
为达到上述目的，本实用发明所述的一种双侧带有C型槽横纵结构复合板材，其特征在于：所述的芯料(5)采用一种轻质隔热隔音无机或有机材料。
本实用发明的有益效果是：可以实现快速拼接，增加板材的强度及抗变现性。
