Abstract
The invention discloses a plush trimmer, which comprises a machine body and a plush trimming cutter head arranged on the machine body, wherein the plush trimming cutter head comprises: blade protection net cover; a blade mounting plate, a plurality of blades mounted on the blade mounting plate; and a limiting frame arranged right above the blade mounting plate, wherein the blade mounting plate is arranged in the blade protection net cover and is limited by the limiting frame. According to the invention, the whole cutter disc is assembled into the protective net cover together with the blades, so that the cutting injury caused by the exposed blades during disassembly, assembly and cleaning of users is avoided, and the safety performance is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of small household appliances, in particular to a plush trimmer.
Background
When the lint trimmer in the market at present stops using, after the protective cover is unscrewed, the blade is directly exposed outside, and the exposed blade can cause unnecessary injury to operators after the protective cover is removed, and the blade can still rotate under the unexpected starting of the lint trimmer, so that the user can be cut, and personal injury is caused.

a blade mounting plate, a plurality of blades mounted on the blade mounting plate; and
a limit frame arranged right above the blade mounting plate,
wherein, the blade mounting plate is arranged in the blade protection net cover and is limited by the limiting frame.
Preferably, the blade mounting plate is provided with a plurality of radially extending blade mounting through slots, and each blade mounting through slot is floatably provided with a blade.
Preferably, the blade protection net cover comprises a bottom wall and a side wall, wherein the side wall is combined with the bottom wall on the periphery of the bottom wall and extends upwards along the outer Zhou Shuzhi of the bottom wall, a plurality of through holes allowing plush to enter and exit are formed in the bottom wall, and the blade mounting plate and the limiting frame are covered by the blade protection net cover.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a lint trimmer includes a body 1 and a lint trimming blade 2 provided on the body 1, the lint trimming blade 2 including:
a blade protection screen 25;
a blade mounting plate 21; and
a limit frame 22 arranged right above the blade mounting plate 21,
wherein the blade mounting plate 21 is mounted in the blade guard 25 and is restrained by the restraining frame 22.
Referring to fig. 3, the blade mounting plate 21 is provided with a plurality of radially extending blade mounting through-grooves 213, and each blade mounting through-groove 213 has a blade 23 floatably mounted therein. The whole blade mounting plate 21 is mounted in the protective net cover 25 together with the blades 23 and then mounted on the driving device of the blades, so that the situation that the blades 23 are exposed to cut operators when the plush trimming cutterhead is dismounted for cleaning is avoided, and the safety performance is greatly improved.
Further, the blade guard 25 includes a bottom wall and a side wall, the side wall is combined with the bottom wall on the periphery of the bottom wall and extends upward along an outer Zhou Shuzhi of the bottom wall, a plurality of through holes allowing the wool to enter and exit are formed in the bottom wall, and the blade mounting plate 21 and the limiting frame 22 are covered by the blade guard 25.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the root portion of the blade 23 is inserted into the blade mounting through groove 213, and the edge portion of the blade 23 protrudes from the lower surface of the blade mounting plate 21.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, a floating spring piece 24 is provided on the upper surface of the blade mounting plate 21 in the vicinity of each blade mounting through groove 213, and the floating spring piece 24 is always held in contact with the root of the blade 23. Referring to fig. 3, a floating spring mounting groove 212 is provided near each blade mounting through groove 213, and the floating spring mounting groove 212 is adapted in shape and size to the floating spring 24, and the floating spring 24 is mounted in the floating spring mounting groove 212.
Referring to fig. 7, the floating spring piece 24 includes:
a fixing portion 241 having one end fixedly coupled to the blade mounting plate 21, and the other end of the fixing portion 241 extending into the blade mounting through groove 213; and
a transmission 242 extending in the blade mounting channel 213,
the two ends of the transmission portion 242 are respectively provided with a first contact end 243 and a second contact end 244, and the first contact end 243, the second contact end 244, the transmission portion 242, and the fixing portion 241 are all integrally combined. The root of the blade 23 is in continuous contact with the first contact end 243 and the second contact end 244, so that the blade 23 is elastically supported by the floating spring piece 24.
Further, the floating spring piece 24 is made of a resilient metal material.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the blade mounting plate 21 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 211 distributed in the circumferential direction.
Referring to fig. 3, the limiting frame 22 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 221 distributed along the circumferential direction. The pile cut by the cutter blade 23 can pass through the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 221, thereby facilitating the discharge of the pile cutting cutterhead.
In the preferred embodiment, the limiting frame 22 is symmetrically provided with two clamping parts 222 which are convenient for an operator to take and clamp, and grooves recessed along the radial inner side of the limiting frame 22 are formed on the clamping parts 222.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, at least two blade engaging ends 2131 perpendicular to the extending direction of the blade mounting through groove 213 are provided inside the blade mounting through groove 213, and the blade 23 is provided with engaging holes 231 corresponding to the blade engaging ends 2131. In a preferred embodiment, the size of the snap-fit aperture 231 is slightly larger than the cross-sectional size of the blade snap-fit end 2131, such that the blade 23 can selectively move up and down in a vertical plane.

Claims (8)
1. A lint trimmer comprising a body (1) and a lint trimming blade (2) arranged on the body (1), characterized in that the lint trimming blade (2) comprises:
a blade protection screen (25);
a blade mounting plate (21), a plurality of blades (23) mounted on the blade mounting plate (21); and
a limit frame (22) arranged right above the blade mounting plate (21),
wherein the blade mounting plate (21) is mounted in the blade protection net cover (25) and is limited by the limiting frame (22);
a plurality of blade mounting through grooves (213) extending along the radial direction are formed in the blade mounting disc (21), and blades (23) are floatably mounted in each blade mounting through groove (213);
the upper surface of the blade mounting disc (21) and the vicinity of each blade mounting through groove (213) are provided with floating shrapnel (24) corresponding to the blade mounting through grooves one by one, and each floating shrapnel (24) is always kept in contact with the root of the corresponding blade (23);
the floating spring piece (24) comprises: a fixing portion (241), a transmission portion (242), a first contact end (243) and a second contact end (244);
the first contact end (243) and the second contact end (244) are respectively arranged at two ends of the transmission part (242), the fixing part (241) extends from the middle of the transmission part (242) to a direction away from the first contact end (243) and the second contact end (244) and is fixedly connected with the blade mounting disc (21) at the end parts of the fixing part, and the root part of the blade (23) is continuously contacted with the first contact end (243) and the second contact end (244);
wherein the fixing part (241) comprises a fixing end fixedly connected with the blade mounting plate (21); when each floating elastic piece (24) is mounted at the corresponding blade mounting through groove (213), the fixed end of the floating elastic piece (24) is positioned between two adjacent blades (23) and is closer to one side of the blade (23) in corresponding contact with the floating elastic piece (24);
the inner side of the blade mounting through groove (213) is provided with at least two blade clamping ends (2131) perpendicular to the extending direction of the blade mounting through groove (213), and the blade (23) is provided with clamping holes (231) corresponding to the blade clamping ends (2131).

The lint trimmer of claim 1, characterized in that the blade guard (25) comprises a bottom wall and a side wall, the side wall being joined to the bottom wall at the outer periphery thereof and extending upwardly along the outer side Zhou Shuzhi of the bottom wall, the bottom wall being provided with a plurality of through holes for allowing lint in and out, the blade mounting plate (21) and the retainer (22) being covered by the blade guard (25).
3. The lint trimmer of claim 1, characterized in that the root of the blade (23) is inserted into the blade mounting through groove (213), and the edge of the blade (23) protrudes from the lower surface of the blade mounting plate (21).
4. The lint trimmer of claim 1, characterized in that the first contact end (243), the second contact end (244), the transmission portion (242), and the fixing portion (241) are all integrally combined.
5. The lint trimmer of claim 1, characterized in that the floating spring (24) is made of a resilient metallic material.
6. The lint trimmer of claim 1, characterized in that the blade mounting plate (21) is provided with a plurality of first through holes (211) distributed in the circumferential direction.
7. The lint trimmer of claim 1, characterized in that the retainer (22) is provided with a plurality of second through holes (221) distributed in the circumferential direction.
8. The lint trimmer of claim 1, characterized in that the retainer (22) is symmetrically provided with two holding portions (222) for facilitating holding, and the holding portions (222) are formed with grooves recessed along the radial inner side of the retainer (22).
