The invention relates to the field of air conditioner production equipment, in particular to a press fitting tool for decorative strips of tubular shells of vertical air conditioners.
Background
Air conditioners are common electrical appliances for modern life, and are classified into various types, and common types include a hanging type air conditioner, a vertical type air conditioner, a window type air conditioner, a ceiling type air conditioner and the like.
The vertical air conditioner is suitable for large space such as living room, and along with gradual expansion of the integrated development process of the air conditioner, more and more vertical air conditioners adopt a shell with a gap (generally rectangular) in a cylindrical design, and for attractive appearance, the opening edge of the gap is required to be coated with a decorative strip, and the current operation process is as follows: firstly, adding double faced adhesive tape on the inner surface of the decorative strip, then clamping the decorative strip at the edge of the notch, and finally, manually kneading the decorative strip with the tubular shell of the vertical air conditioner step by using tools such as pliers.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the press fitting tool for the decorative strip of the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner, which can improve the working efficiency and can not damage workpieces.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the press-fit tooling for the decorative strip of the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner comprises a support frame, a strip-shaped fixed pressing block and a strip-shaped movable pressing block;
the strip-shaped fixed pressing block is fixed on the support frame, the strip-shaped movable pressing block is connected to the support frame through more than two upper and lower telescopic parts, the strip-shaped movable pressing block is positioned above the strip-shaped fixed pressing block and parallel to the strip-shaped fixed pressing block, two ribs extending along the length direction of the strip-shaped fixed pressing block and distributed at intervals are upwards extended from the top surface of the strip-shaped fixed pressing block, and a groove extending along the length direction of the strip-shaped movable pressing block is formed in the bottom surface of the strip-shaped movable pressing block;
the cross sections of the top surfaces of the two ribs are splayed, the cross sections of the two side walls of the groove are splayed, and the decorative strip is clamped between the top surfaces of the two ribs and the two side walls of the groove during pressing.
Further, the side pressing mechanism comprises more than one top block and two side pressing blocks, the more than one top block is fixed on the bottom wall of the groove, the two side pressing blocks are respectively slidably mounted on the strip-shaped fixed pressing blocks and located between the two protruding edges, the sliding fit direction of the two side pressing blocks and the strip-shaped fixed pressing blocks is parallel to the width direction of the strip-shaped fixed pressing blocks, a reset spring is respectively connected between the two side pressing blocks and the strip-shaped fixed pressing blocks, when the more than two upper and lower telescopic parts are stretched, the more than one top block can extend into the space between the two side pressing blocks and enable the two side pressing blocks to respectively slide outwards to be pressed on the decorative strip, when the more than two upper and lower telescopic parts are shortened, the more than one top block can withdraw from the space between the two side pressing blocks, and the two side pressing blocks can respectively slide inwards under the reset spring.
Further, the cross sections of the two side surfaces of the top block along the width direction of the strip-shaped fixed pressing block are inverted splayed, and the upper parts of the cross sections of the inner side surfaces of the two side pressing blocks are inverted splayed.
Further, the two side pressure blocks are arranged in the accommodating groove formed in the top surface of the strip-shaped fixed pressure block.
Further, a linear guide rail is arranged on the bottom wall of the accommodating groove, and the side pressing block is slidably mounted on the linear guide rail.
Further, two ends of the reset spring are respectively connected to the side wall of the accommodating groove and the outer side face of the side pressing block.
Further, the support frame comprises a base and two strip-shaped supporting seats which are parallel to each other and are vertically distributed at intervals and extend outwards from the base horizontally, the strip-shaped fixed pressing block is fixed on the top surface of the strip-shaped supporting seat positioned below, and the strip-shaped movable pressing block is connected to the bottom surface of the strip-shaped supporting seat positioned above through more than two upper and lower telescopic parts.
Further, the device also comprises a positioning block, wherein the positioning block is fixed on the top surface of the strip-shaped supporting seat below and is positioned on the inner side of the strip-shaped pressing block in the length direction.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
according to the invention, the top surface of the convex rib and the side wall of the groove are used as the pressing surfaces to form the splayed pressing surface, and the splayed pressing surface is close to a part of the cambered surface, has high matching degree with the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner in the cylindrical design, and correspondingly presses the two sides of the decorative strip, so that the decorative strip and the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner can be firmly pressed together, and the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner is not damaged.
The invention can realize automatic control operation, has convenient operation, high automation degree and high precision, can ensure the processing quality and effectively improves the working efficiency.

The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.

The invention relates to a pressing tool for a decorative strip of a tubular shell of a vertical air conditioner, which comprises a support frame, a strip-shaped fixed pressing block 2 and a strip-shaped movable pressing block 3;
the strip-shaped fixed pressing block 2 is fixed on the support frame, the strip-shaped movable pressing block 3 is connected to the support frame through more than two upper and lower telescopic pieces 4, the strip-shaped movable pressing block 3 is positioned above the strip-shaped fixed pressing block 2 and parallel to the strip-shaped fixed pressing block 2, two ribs 21 extending along the length direction of the strip-shaped fixed pressing block 2 and distributed at intervals are extended upwards from the top surface of the strip-shaped fixed pressing block 2, and grooves 31 extending along the length direction of the strip-shaped movable pressing block 3 are formed in the bottom surface of the strip-shaped movable pressing block;
the cross sections of the top surfaces of the two ribs 21 are splayed (the cross section of the top surface of each rib is not splayed, but the cross sections of the top surfaces of the two ribs are combined together to form a splayed, the meanings of the description are the same below), the cross sections of the two side walls of the groove 31 are splayed, and when in pressing, the decorative strip of the tubular shell of the vertical air conditioner can be clamped between the top surfaces of the two ribs 21 and the two side walls of the groove 31.
In specific implementation, the upper telescopic part 4 and the lower telescopic part adopt one of an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or a linear motor, so that the operation and the control are convenient, the strip-shaped movable pressing block can be stably supported and driven to move up and down, and the pressing action and the return to the initial state are realized.
During processing, double faced adhesive tape is stuck on the inner surface of the decorative strip, the decorative strip is clamped at the notch edge of the vertical air conditioner cylindrical shell, then the vertical air conditioner cylindrical shell is sleeved on the strip-shaped fixed pressing block, the decorative strip is positioned on the top surfaces of the two ribs, then the upper and lower telescopic members are controlled to extend (in an initial state, the upper and lower telescopic members are shortened to the point that the strip-shaped movable pressing block cannot block the vertical air conditioner cylindrical shell from being sleeved on the strip-shaped fixed pressing block), so that the strip-shaped movable pressing block is driven to move downwards, and the decorative strip can be clamped between the top surfaces of the two ribs and the two side walls of the groove, so that the decorative strip is combined with the vertical air conditioner cylindrical shell.
Because the vertical air conditioner cylindrical shell is in a cylindrical design, the cross section of the vertical air conditioner cylindrical shell is arc-shaped, and therefore the vertical air conditioner cylindrical shell cannot be pressed through a horizontal pressing surface, otherwise, the vertical air conditioner cylindrical shell is crushed, the horizontal pressing surface is not matched with the vertical air conditioner cylindrical shell, and after pressing, the decorative strip is easy to fall off.
The top surface of the convex rib and the side wall of the groove are used as the pressing surfaces to form the splayed pressing surface, and the splayed pressing surface is close to one part of the cambered surface, has high matching degree with the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner in the cylindrical design, and correspondingly presses the two sides of the decorative strip, so that the decorative strip and the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner can be firmly pressed together, and the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner cannot be damaged.
In particular embodiments, the top surface of the rib 21 and the side walls of the groove 31 are planar, and the inclination angle is determined according to the radian of the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner.
In an embodiment, the side pressing mechanism further includes one or more top blocks 51 and two side pressing blocks 52, the one or more top blocks 51 are fixed on the bottom wall of the groove 31, the two side pressing blocks 52 are slidably mounted on the strip-shaped fixed block 2 and located between the two protruding ribs 21, the sliding fit direction of the two side pressing blocks 52 and the strip-shaped fixed block 2 is parallel to the width direction of the strip-shaped fixed block 2, a return spring 53 is connected between the two side pressing blocks 52 and the strip-shaped fixed block 2, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the two or more upper and lower telescopic members 4 are extended, the one or more top blocks 51 can extend between the two side pressing blocks 52 against the elasticity of the return spring 53, and enable the two side pressing blocks 52 to slide outwards and press on the decorative strip, when the two or more upper and lower telescopic members 4 are shortened, the one or more top blocks 51 can slide from the two side pressing blocks 52 into the two side pressing blocks 52 respectively. The side pressure mechanism can support against the decorative strip from the side surface, so that the decorative strip can be pressed from the side surface in the pressing process, and the decorative strip can be prevented from slipping. The side pressure mechanism with the structure is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and install, high in matching degree with the strip-shaped fixed pressing block and the strip-shaped movable pressing block, and capable of guaranteeing machining precision, and a driving mechanism is not needed to be additionally arranged.
In an embodiment, the cross sections of the two sides of the ejector block 51 along the width direction of the strip-shaped fixed pressing block 2 are inverted splayed, and the upper parts of the cross sections of the inner sides of the two side pressing blocks 52 are inverted splayed, so that the ejector block is convenient to extend into and can eject the strip-shaped fixed pressing block outwards at a constant speed.
In one embodiment, the two side pressure blocks 52 are disposed in the accommodating groove 22 formed on the top surface of the strip-shaped pressing block 2. The design is reasonable in structure and high in space utilization.
In one embodiment, the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 22 is provided with a linear guide rail 23, and the lateral pressure block 52 is slidably mounted on the linear guide rail 23. By the design, sliding fit is smoother, and the freedom of movement in other directions is limited.
In one embodiment, two ends of the return spring 53 are respectively connected to the side wall of the accommodating groove 22 and the outer side surface of the side pressure block 52. The design is reasonable in structure and high in space utilization.
In an embodiment, the supporting frame includes a base 11 and two parallel bar-shaped supporting seats 12 extending from the base 11 horizontally outwards and vertically and spaced apart, the bar-shaped fixed pressing block 2 is fixed on the top surface of the bar-shaped supporting seat 12 below, and the bar-shaped movable pressing block 3 is connected to the bottom surface of the bar-shaped supporting seat 12 above through more than two upper and lower telescopic members 4. The design is reasonable in structure, the strip-shaped fixed pressing block can be stably supported, and the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner is not prevented from being sleeved on the strip-shaped fixed pressing block.
In an embodiment, the positioning block 6 is further included, and the positioning block 6 is fixed on the top surface of the strip-shaped supporting seat 12 located below and located at the inner side of the strip-shaped pressing block 2 in the length direction. The positioning block is used for positioning the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner when the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner is sleeved on the strip-shaped positioning block (the cylindrical shell of the vertical air conditioner stops moving inwards when abutting against the positioning block), so that the machining precision is improved.
