Method embodiment one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a first embodiment of an information processing method according to the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, responding to a deleting operation of a user for an object, and determining a value score of the object; wherein the object comprises: contact information, a value score of the subject determined from operating parameters of the subject;
and 102, processing the object according to the value score, wherein the processing comprises deleting the object and backing up the object, or displaying a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation.
The embodiment of the invention can be applied to terminal equipment, such as a Personal Computer (PC), or any mobile terminal such as a smart phone, a tablet Computer and a notebook Computer. It is to be understood that the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the specific form of the mobile terminal. For convenience of description, the embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to a smart phone as an example, and other application scenarios may be referred to each other.
The object may specifically be any information stored in the mobile terminal, for example, the object may be contact information in the mobile terminal, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific content of the object. For example, the object may further include: short messages, system messages, mails and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a mobile terminal receives a deletion operation of a user for an object, a value score of the object can be determined, the value score can be determined according to an operation parameter of the object, the operation parameter can be information such as the times and duration of the user operating the object, when the object is contact information, the operation parameter can be interaction information such as the times of communication, the duration of communication or the attribute of the contact between the user and the contact, and the importance of the object to the user can be reflected according to the value score determined by the operation parameter. Therefore, in order to avoid that the user deletes the object which is important to the user by mistake, the embodiment of the present invention may process the object to be deleted by the user according to the value score of the object, wherein the processing includes deleting the object and backing up the object, or displaying a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation.
For example, if the value score of an object is high, the object may be deleted by performing the deletion operation, and the object may be backed up, so that the object may be restored according to the backup in the case of the user deleting by mistake, or a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation may be displayed to remind the user that the object is important, and whether the deletion operation is determined to be performed, so as to avoid the occurrence of the user deleting by mistake.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the determining the value score of the object in response to the deletion operation of the user on the object may specifically include:
responding to the deletion operation of a user for an object, and determining the value score of the object according to the operation parameters corresponding to the object; wherein the operating parameters include: at least one of communication times, communication duration and object attributes.
The communication times may specifically be the total number of telephone dialing operations performed by the user for the contact, the total number of sending short messages or instant messages for the contact, and the like. The communication duration may specifically be a total duration of a conversation between the user and the contact, a total duration of a chat through instant messages, and the like. The object attribute may specifically include at least one of the following attributes: whether the contact information is set in the contact list or not; whether the contact information is encrypted; whether the contact information is added into a blacklist; whether a contact is added to a group, etc. The groups may specifically include family, colleagues, friends, and the like, and different score coefficients may be set for different groups.
It is to be understood that, in practical applications, the calculation of the value score of the object using the above three operation parameters is not limited, and the embodiment of the present invention does not impose any limitation on the kinds and the number of the operation parameters. For example, the operation parameters may further include the detailed degree of the contact information, and the more detailed the content of the contact information is, the higher the corresponding value score is. Specifically, the embodiment of the present invention may calculate the value score R of the file by the following formula:
R=(R1×r1+R2×r2+…+Rn×rn)/RT×100 (1)
wherein Rn represents the score coefficient corresponding to the nth operation parameter, Rn represents the score corresponding to the nth operation parameter, RT represents the sum of the scores corresponding to the n operation parameters, and n is more than or equal to 1. It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the score coefficient corresponding to each operation parameter and the specific value of the score are not limited, and the value score R can be calculated by the above formula (1) to obtain a value within the range of the interval [0,100 ].
In one application example of the present invention, n is set to 8, and the value score of the object is calculated using the following 8 operation parameters:
1) the detail degree of the contact information, r1, represents a score coefficient corresponding to the detail degree, the higher the detail degree is, r1 is higher, for example, if the contact information includes at least 5 items of related information such as name, telephone, WeChat, mail, birthday, etc., the detail degree of the contact information can be considered to be higher, and r1 is set to 1; if the contact information only includes the name and phone related information, r1 is 0.2. R1 indicates a score corresponding to the degree of detail, for example, R1 is set to 50.
2) The total number N of the dialing operations performed by the user for the contact person, r2 represents a score coefficient corresponding to the total number, and the larger the total number is, the higher r2 is. R2 represents a score corresponding to the total number of times, for example, R2 is set to 50, R2 takes the maximum value if the total number of times exceeds NT times, otherwise, R2 is set to N/NT. Wherein N and NT are positive integers.
3) And if the contact is set, r3 represents a score coefficient corresponding to the set top, if the contact information is set top, r3 is 1, and otherwise, r3 is 0. R3 indicates a score corresponding to the set top, for example, set R3 ═ 20.
4) A grouping corresponding to a contact, r4 represents a score coefficient corresponding to the grouping, for example, for an important grouping, r4 is 1; for family group, r4 ═ 0.5; for a friend grouping, r4 ═ 0.4, etc. R3 indicates a score corresponding to the grouping, for example, set R4-40.
5) And r5 represents a score coefficient corresponding to the call record of the last 1 day, wherein if the call record of the user and the contact is recorded in the last 1 day, r5 is equal to 1, and otherwise, r5 is equal to 0. R5 indicates the score corresponding to the call record of the last 1 day, for example, set R5 to 10.
6) And if the contact is encrypted, r6 represents a score coefficient corresponding to the encryption, and if the contact information is encrypted, r6 is 1, otherwise r6 is 0. R6 indicates a score corresponding to encryption, and for example, R6 is set to 10.
7) The longest call duration of the user and the contact person, r7, represents the score coefficient corresponding to the longest call duration, and the longer the longest call duration, the higher r 7. R7 represents a score corresponding to the longest call duration. For example, the longest call duration between the user and the contact is set to be T, R7 is 20, and if T exceeds 1 hour, R7 is 1; if T exceeds half an hour and is less than 1 hour, r7 is 0.5, and if T exceeds 10 minutes and is less than half an hour, r7 is 0.3.
8) Whether the contact is blacklisted, if the contact is not blacklisted, then r8 is 1, otherwise, r8 is 0. R8 identifies the score corresponding to the blacklist being added, for example, setting R8 to 10.
RT-R1 + R2+ R3+ R4+ R5+ R6+ R7+ R8-50 +50+20+40+10+10+20+ 10-210. The value score corresponding to the object can be calculated according to the formula (1). It is to be understood that the operation parameter in the above 8 is only an application example of the present invention, and in practical applications, the operation parameter may be expanded according to an operation behavior of a user with respect to an object in a mobile terminal, where r1 to rn correspond to a score coefficient of the operation behavior, where the score coefficient may be of an enumerated type, for example, 0 indicates no, 1 indicates yes, and the score coefficient may also be a coefficient value set according to the operation behavior of the user, for example, the coefficient value is determined to be 1, 0.8, 0.5, and the like according to the number of communications or the frequency, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the processing the object according to the value score may specifically include:
and when the value score is larger than a first preset value, displaying a prompt message for preventing the deleting operation.
If the calculated value score of the object is larger than the first preset value, the object is indicated to be frequently used by the user, for example, the user frequently calls a certain contact person, and the contact person is indicated to be important to the user, a prompt message for preventing the deleting operation can be displayed. For example, a message prompt box may pop up to remind the user that the contact is important and to suggest that the user cancel the operation of deleting the contact.
It can be understood that the specific value of the first preset value is not limited, for example, the first preset value is set to 70, and if it is monitored that the value score of the contact a obtained by calculation is 85 when the deletion operation of the user on the contact a is executed, and the value score is greater than the first preset value 70, a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation may be displayed to prevent the operation of deleting the contact a from being continuously executed.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, after displaying a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation when the merit score is greater than a first preset value, the method may further include:
if an agreement message returned by the user in response to the prompt message is received, deleting the object;
and if a rejection message returned by the user in response to the prompt message is received, deleting the object and backing up the object.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user triggers a deletion operation for an object with a value score larger than a first preset value, a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation can be displayed to remind the user that the object to be deleted is important and to suggest the user to stop deleting the object. And if an agreement message returned by the user in response to the prompt message is received, namely the user agrees to stop deleting the object, deleting the object. Therefore, the user can be prevented from deleting the object with higher value score by mistake.
If the user still wants to delete the object after sending the prompt message for preventing the deletion operation to the user, that is, if a rejection message returned by the user in response to the prompt message is received, in order to avoid the situation that the user needs to use the object after deleting the object with a higher value score but cannot acquire the object, the embodiment of the present invention may delete the object and backup the object. In this way, when the user needs to use the object again, the object can be directly restored to the user, great convenience is brought to the user, and the time spent by the user in re-editing or re-searching the object is saved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the object may be backed up in a customized format, for example, information such as a name, a keyword, and a backup path of the object may be stored. It can be understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific backup manner and the backup location, and the backup may be local to the mobile terminal of the user, or may also be local to the cloud server.
In practical application, when the user returns a rejection message for the prompt message, it indicates that the user intends to delete the current object, and at this time, the deletion operation may be completed first, and then the object is backed up. Alternatively, the deletion operation may not be performed, but the object may be hidden, for example, the object may be set invisible to the user so that the user may assume that the object has been deleted. Therefore, if the user needs to use the object again, the object can be directly displayed to the user, great convenience is brought to the user, and the time spent by the user in re-editing or re-searching the object is saved.
In summary, when the mobile terminal receives a deletion operation of a user for an object, the embodiment of the present invention may determine a value score of the object, where the value score may reflect the importance of the object to the user. According to the embodiment of the invention, the object to be deleted by the user can be processed according to the value score of the object, wherein the object specifically comprises: and the contact information is processed by deleting the object and backing up the object, or displaying a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation. For example, if the value score of the contact information is high, the deleting operation may be performed to delete the contact information, and the contact information may be backed up, so that the contact information may be restored according to the backup in the case of the user deleting the contact by mistake, which brings great convenience to the user and saves the time spent by the user to re-edit or re-search the contact information. Or a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation can be displayed to remind the user that the contact information is important and whether the deletion operation is determined to be executed or not, so as to avoid the situation that the user deletes the contact information by mistake.
Method embodiment two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a second embodiment of the information processing method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, responding to a deleting operation of a user for an object, and determining a value score of the object; wherein the object comprises: contact information, a value score of the subject determined from operating parameters of the subject;
step 202, when the value score is larger than a first preset value, displaying a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation;
step 203, if an agreement message returned by the user in response to the prompt message is received, executing step 204; if a rejection message returned by the user in response to the prompt message is received, executing step 205;
step 204, deleting the object;
and step 205, deleting the object and backing up the object.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the processing the object according to the value score may specifically include:
and when the value score is larger than a second preset value and does not exceed the first preset value, deleting the object and backing up the object.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a deletion operation of a user on a file is received, a value score of the file can be determined, if the value score of the file is greater than a second preset value and does not exceed a first preset value, the file is not particularly important for the user, but the file can be used again, so that for the file, the file can be directly deleted without sending a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation to the user, and the file is backed up, so that when the file is detected to be used again by the user, the file can be directly restored to the user.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the method may further comprise:
and if the value score does not exceed a second preset value, deleting the object.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the value score of the object does not exceed the second preset value, the importance of the object to the user is low, the user rarely uses the object, and the probability of using the object again is low, so that the deletion operation triggered by the user can be directly executed to delete the object.
To sum up, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the mobile terminal receives a deletion operation of a user for an object, a value score of the object may be determined, and if the value score of the object is greater than a first preset value, which indicates that the object is important for the user, a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation may be displayed, and the object may be cancelled according to an agreement message returned by the user for the prompt message, or the object may be deleted according to a rejection message returned by the user for the prompt message, and the object may be backed up, so that when the user needs to use the object again, the object may be restored according to the backup, which brings great convenience to the user, and saves time spent by the user in re-editing or re-searching the object.
In addition, if the value score of the object is greater than the second preset value and does not exceed the first preset value, the object is not particularly important for the user, but the object may be reused, so that the object may be deleted and backed up, so that when it is detected that the user needs to use the object again, the object may be directly restored to the user, great convenience is brought to the user, and time spent by the user in re-editing or re-searching the object is saved.
Method embodiment three
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a third embodiment of the information processing method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 301, responding to a deletion operation of a user for an object, and determining a value score of the object; wherein the object comprises: contact information, a value score of the subject determined from operating parameters of the subject;
step 302, if the value score is larger than a first preset value, executing step 303; if the value score is greater than the second preset value and does not exceed the first preset value, go to step 306; if the value score does not exceed a second preset value, go to step 307;
step 303, displaying a prompt message for preventing the deletion operation;
step 304, if an agreement message returned by the user in response to the prompt message is received, executing step 305; if a rejection message returned by the user in response to the prompt message is received, executing step 306;
step 305, canceling the deletion of the object;
step 306, deleting the object and backing up the object;
step 307, deleting the object;
step 308, if the user is detected to search the deleted object, restoring the object according to the backup of the object; and the time distance between the search operation and the object deletion is smaller than a preset time threshold.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operation behavior of the user can be monitored in real time, if it is detected that the user triggers the search operation for the deleted object, and the time of the search operation is less than the preset time threshold from the time of deleting the object, the probability that the user uses the object is high, and at the moment, the object can be restored according to the backup of the object, so that the user can directly use the object. It can be understood that the specific value of the preset time threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and may be, for example, three days, a week, and the like.
Taking the object as contact information as an example, the search operation may specifically include any one of the following operations: 1) the user searches the deleted contact information through the contact search function. 2) The time length of the user for executing the pull-up or pull-down operation in the contact list exceeds the preset time length. 3) The user stays in the deleted contact person pinyin initial character index range in the contact person list for a time length longer than the preset time length. 4) The first N bits of the telephone number of the contact currently input by the user are matched with the first N bits of the telephone number of the deleted contact, wherein N is a positive integer greater than 1. For example, if the user wants to call contact a, but only remember the first 7 digits of the phone number of contact a, and the user can search for the phone number of contact a by inputting the first 7 digits of the phone number of contact a, at this time, the mobile terminal determines that the first 7 digits of the phone number input by the user match the first 7 digits of the phone number of contact a, and the phone number of contact a is deleted and backed up, it may be considered that the user is detected to trigger a lookup operation for the deleted object. 5) According to the analysis of the historical behaviors of the user, if the probability of the user executing the operation aiming at the deleted contact information is larger than the preset probability value, the fact that the user triggers the search operation aiming at the deleted object can be considered. For example, the user deletes the information of the contact B, and by analyzing the historical call records of the user, it can be known that the user calls the contact B before going to work every day, so that the probability (assumed to be 95%) that the user performs an operation on the deleted contact information is greater than the preset probability value (assumed to be 70%), and at this time, it can be assumed that the user triggers a search operation on the deleted object. 6) The user performs an operation of adding a contact, and the name or phone number of the added contact matches the name or phone number of the deleted contact. It can be understood that, a person skilled in the art may set the preset duration and the preset probability value in the above operations according to actual needs, and the specific values of the preset duration and the preset probability value are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
When the mobile terminal detects any one of the above operations, it may be considered that a search operation of a user for a deleted object is detected, and it may be understood that the above six manners of detecting a search operation of a user for a deleted object are only one application example of the present invention, and a specific manner how to detect whether a user triggers a search operation for a deleted object is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may further determine whether the search operation of the user for the deleted object exceeds the preset search times, and if so, the user is considered to have a requirement for recovering the object, and at this time, the object may be recovered according to the backup of the object. For example, if it is detected that the number of times that the user searches for the deleted object through the search function in the mobile terminal exceeds the preset number of times of search, it may be determined that the user performs the search operation for the deleted object, and the object may be restored according to the backup of the object.
When the mobile terminal detects the search operation of the user for the deleted object, a message prompt box can be popped up to prompt the user that the object currently searched is not deleted, the user can be helped to retrieve the object and inquire whether the user needs to restore the object, and if the user replies an agreed response message, the object can be restored according to the backup of the object. Specifically, if the object backup is local to the mobile terminal, the information of the object can be found and opened in the mobile terminal directly according to the path of the backup. If the application is backed up on the cloud server, the object may be downloaded from the cloud server.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may further record the backup time of the object, and obtain a time interval between the backup time and the current time, and if the time interval exceeds a preset interval, for example, exceeds three months, which indicates that the user no longer needs the object, the object may be completely deleted, for example, the backup of the object is deleted, and information such as a backup path of the object is deleted, so as to save a storage space of the mobile terminal or the cloud server.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention can perform intelligent backup on an object with a higher price score, so that when a search operation of a user for a deleted object is detected, the object can be restored according to the backup of the object, thereby bringing great convenience to the user and saving time spent by the user in re-editing or re-searching the object.
