the management center sets a data acquisition and management area of each intelligent handheld terminal;
the acquisition module acquires data in a data acquisition and management area and temporarily stores the data in the terminal database;
the uploading module uploads the data acquired by the acquisition module to the central database;
when the central database is updated, the management center sets synchronous data which needs to be synchronized to the synchronous resource pool and the intelligent handheld terminal list of the synchronous data in the central database, and updates the synchronous data which needs to be synchronized to the synchronous resource pool in real time;
when the intelligent handheld terminal is networked, the management center downloads the synchronous data in the synchronous resource pool to the intelligent handheld terminal needing to synchronize the synchronous data;
a synchronous updating module of the intelligent handheld terminal receives synchronous data downloaded by the server and synchronizes the synchronous data to the terminal database;
the synchronous data in the synchronous resource pool comprises a synchronous data number, a related handheld terminal list, a data information list to be synchronized, an acquisition and management object list, an update time list and a synchronized handheld terminal list;
when the intelligent handheld terminal is networked, the management center downloads the synchronous data in the synchronous resource pool to the intelligent handheld terminal needing to synchronize the synchronous data, and the process comprises the following steps:
s201, when the intelligent handheld terminal is networked, the management center judges whether the networked intelligent handheld terminal is in a handheld terminal list related to the synchronous data or not; if yes, go to step S202, if no, go to step S204;
