With respect to the assembly of the bottom cover assembly 30 and the shell assembly 10, 4 connecting columns 311 with the diameter of 1.5mm-3mm are added on the bracket 31, the sealing gasket 32 and the locking block 33 are penetrated through, and the locking block 33 can be pulled by the mushroom head shape protruding from the head parts of the connecting columns 311; the bottom cover 34 is easily fixed before the bottom cover 34 is installed. The inclined surfaces of the locking arc surfaces 332 of the two locking blocks 33 are matched with the inclined surfaces on the bottom cover 34, when the bottom cover 34 is installed, the bottom cover 34 upwards extrudes the two locking blocks 33 towards the middle conducting wire 40, the locking convex ribs 333 on the contact surfaces of the locking blocks 33 and the conducting wire 40 tightly clamp the conducting wire 40, the bottom cover 34 continues upwards, the connecting convex buckles 15 of the shell assembly 10 are inserted into the connecting buckle holes 341 of the bottom cover 34, the bottom cover assembly 30 and the shell assembly 10 are tightly clamped and cannot be loosened, and the assembly is completed, as shown in fig. 11. The two locking blocks 33 are used for clamping the conducting wire 40 by utilizing the slope squeezing effect of the bottom cover 34, and the change of the internal structure when the conducting wire 40 is pulled is avoided.
Next, please refer to fig. 11 and 12, which illustrate the shielding connection of the present application; the housing assembly 10 further comprises a terminal fixing frame 16 and a shielding case 17, wherein the terminal fixing frame 16 and the shielding case 17 are inserted into the housing 11; the shielding case 17 is a metal body with two annular hollow bodies at two ends and arc transition in the middle, and the two annular hollow bodies of the shielding case 17 are respectively connected with the terminal fixing frame 16 and the lead 40 in a covering mode. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the shielding case 17 includes an island 171 at one end of the terminal holder 16, the width of the island 171 is larger than the thickness of the terminal holder 16 at the connection position, and the island 171 protruding from the terminal holder 16 can be connected to the upper housing assembly shielding case 212; the island 171 is designed to increase the pulling-out force of the terminal holding frame 16, and it is not easy to take out the terminal holding frame 16 when separating the upper case assembly 20 and the housing assembly 10.
In addition, as shown in fig. 11, the shielding case 17 is pressed by the inner edge of the bottom cover assembly 30 at one end of the lead 40 and tightly connected with the crimping ring 41 of the lead 40; this pressing of the shield 17 is the support 31.
In summary, the shield case 17 is fixed in the housing 11 while surrounding the terminal holder 16, and the tail contact of the shield case 17 is in contact with the shield mesh crimp ring 41 of the lead wire 40, and the head contact is in contact with the upper case assembly shield case 212 to form a shield. The head of the shielding cover 17 is added with an island 171 contact, the inner hole of the bracket 31 presses the tail contact of the shielding cover 17 on the wire harness crimping ring 41, and the shielding cover 17 in the shell 11 is in contact conduction with the upper shell assembly shielding cover 212.
