As a further preferred mode of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the medicine basket charging system 3 includes an automatic medicine basket charging system 9, an incomplete prescription medicine basket buffer rack 11 and a manual medicine basket charging system 10; the automatic medicine basket charging system 9 comprises a medicine storage cabinet 91 and an automatic medicine dispensing device 92, wherein the medicine storage cabinet 91 is provided with a plurality of medicine storage frames for storing and placing various medicines, and the automatic medicine dispensing device 92 is used for sequentially reading patient medicine prescription information in an information reading and writing module of the intelligent medicine basket, and retrieving medicines from the medicine storage frames according to the patient medicine prescription information and dispensing the medicines into the intelligent medicine basket; the intelligent medicine basket which cannot be completely filled with medicines by the automatic medicine basket charging system 9 is transferred to the incomplete prescription medicine basket buffer storage rack 11; the artificial medicine basket charging system 10 is used for manually charging intelligent medicine baskets and/or manually charging intelligent medicine baskets in an incomplete prescription medicine basket cache rack.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, each medicine basket buffer medicine rack 5 is respectively provided with a lifter 12, and the lifter 12 is used for transferring the intelligent medicine basket on the medicine basket conveying system 4 to the matched medicine basket buffer medicine rack in a lifting manner.
The invention relates to a dispensing method of a dispensing system of a hospital pharmacy, which comprises the following steps:
s1, a hospital toll gate charges for a patient medicine prescription, the patient medicine prescription is transmitted to a hospital dispensing management system through a data interface, and simultaneously, a paper medicine taking guide list is provided for a patient, wherein the medicine taking guide list comprises a bar code and/or a two-dimensional code;
s2, the prescription medicine basket binding system is used for calling the prescription of the patient from the hospital medicine dispensing management system, inputting the prescription of the patient into the information reading and writing module of the intelligent medicine basket in sequence, matching the intelligent medicine basket with a medicine basket cache medicine rack, binding the prescription of the patient with the intelligent medicine basket, and transferring the bound intelligent medicine basket to the medicine basket charging system;
s3, filling corresponding medicines into the intelligent medicine basket binding the medicine prescription of the patient by the medicine basket charging system, and transferring the intelligent medicine basket filled with the medicines to the medicine basket conveying system;
s4, the medicine basket conveying system conveys the intelligent medicine basket filled with the medicines to the direction of the matched medicine basket buffering medicine racks, and each medicine basket buffering medicine rack corresponds to one medicine taking window;
s5, before the intelligent medicine basket enters the medicine basket cache medicine rack, the medicine basket sensor reads patient medicine prescription information in the information reading and writing module of the intelligent medicine basket, the patient medicine prescription information is fed back to the hospital medicine dispensing management system, and the hospital medicine dispensing management system controls a corresponding display device to display patient names in the patient medicine prescription information according to the patient medicine prescription information fed back by the medicine basket sensor; after the medicine basket sensor reads, the intelligent medicine basket enters a matched medicine basket cache medicine rack;
s6, the patient gives the medicine taking guide list to pharmacists of corresponding medicine taking windows, the pharmacists scan the code of the medicine taking guide list of the patient by using the code scanning device, and information in the medicine taking guide list is fed back to a hospital medicine dispensing management system through the digital device;
s7, after the code scanning device scans codes, the hospital dispensing management system controls the intelligent medicine basket in the corresponding medicine basket cache medicine rack to send out medicine taking reminding signals, a pharmacist takes the intelligent medicine basket sending out the medicine taking reminding signals out of the medicine basket cache medicine rack, and the hospital dispensing management system controls the corresponding display device to eliminate the name of the patient in the medicine prescription of the patient;
s8, starting an intelligent medicine information capturing system, and enabling a pharmacist to sequentially place medicines in the intelligent medicine basket on a medicine conveying belt of the intelligent medicine information capturing system; the hospital dispensing management system matches the instant photo captured by the CCD camera with the standard photo, identifies the medicine on the medicine conveyor belt, and matches and checks the identified medicine with the prescription of the patient medicine; if the verification is correct, the pharmacist dispenses the medicine to the patient; if the verification is wrong, the intelligent medicine information capturing system gives an alarm.
Preferably, in step S8, the immediate photograph captured by the CCD camera includes a medicine box photograph and a medicine label photograph, and when the error is checked, the error information is automatically recorded to the hospital medication dispensing management system, and the error information includes multiple medicine information, missed medicine information, wrong medicine information and medicine label error-attaching information. In addition, the standard photos stored in the hospital dispensing management system are stored photos after the medicine packages and labels are photographed in advance.

A hospital pharmacy dispensing system, characterized by: the system comprises a hospital dispensing management system, a plurality of intelligent medicine baskets, a prescription medicine basket binding system, a medicine basket charging system, a medicine basket conveying system, a plurality of medicine basket cache medicine racks, a plurality of medicine basket sensors, a plurality of display devices, a plurality of code scanning devices and a plurality of intelligent medicine information capturing systems; the hospital dispensing management system is electrically connected with the prescription medicine basket binding system, the medicine basket sensor, the display device, the code scanning device and the intelligent medicine information capturing system respectively; the medicine basket cache medicine frames, the medicine basket sensors and the display devices are matched in number and correspond to each other one by one; the code scanning device is matched with the intelligent medicine information capturing system in number, wherein:
the intelligent medicine basket is used for containing and transmitting medicines and is provided with an information reading-writing module and a reminding module;
the prescription medicine basket binding system is used for inputting a patient medicine prescription in the information read-write module of the intelligent medicine basket in sequence, and matching a medicine basket cache medicine rack for the intelligent medicine basket so as to bind the patient medicine prescription with the intelligent medicine basket;
the medicine basket charging system is used for charging medicines for the intelligent medicine basket binding the medicine prescription of the patient, and the intelligent medicine basket charged with the medicines is transferred to the medicine basket conveying system;
the medicine basket conveying system is provided with a plurality of medicine basket conveying belts and is used for conveying intelligent medicine baskets filled with medicines to matched medicine basket buffer medicine racks;
the medicine basket buffering medicine rack is used for buffering the matched intelligent medicine baskets transmitted from the medicine basket transmission system;
before the intelligent medicine basket enters the medicine basket cache medicine rack, the medicine basket sensor reads the medicine prescription information of the patient in the information reading and writing module of the intelligent medicine basket and feeds back the medicine prescription information to the medicine dispensing management system of the hospital; the hospital dispensing management system controls the corresponding display device to display the name of the patient in the patient medicine prescription information according to the patient medicine prescription information fed back by the medicine basket sensor;
the code scanning device is used for scanning the code of the medicine taking guide list of the patient and feeding back the information of the medicine taking guide list to the hospital dispensing management system, and the medicine taking guide list corresponds to the medicine prescription of the patient; after the code is scanned, a reminding module of the intelligent medicine basket bound with the medicine prescription of the patient sends out a medicine taking reminding signal, and meanwhile, the hospital medicine dispensing management system controls a corresponding display device to eliminate the name of the patient in the medicine prescription of the patient according to the medicine taking guiding list information;
the intelligent medicine information capturing system is used for matching and checking the medicine prescriptions of the medicine and the patient through the cooperation of the intelligent medicine information capturing system and the hospital dispensing management system before the medicine is taken out from the intelligent medicine basket and delivered to the patient;
the intelligent medicine information capturing system comprises a motor, a medicine conveying belt and a plurality of CCD cameras; the medicine conveyer belt is used for conveying the medicines to be checked, and the motor is connected with the medicine conveyer belt and drives the medicine conveyer belt to move; the CCD cameras respectively capture instant photos of the medicine packages and/or the medicine labels from different directions and transmit the instant photos to a hospital dispensing management system; standard photos of medicine packages and/or medicine labels and patient medicine prescriptions are stored in the hospital dispensing management system; the hospital dispensing management system matches the instant photo captured by the CCD camera with the standard photo, identifies the medicine on the medicine conveyor belt, matches and checks the identified medicine with the prescription of the patient medicine, and judges whether the medicine is correct or not; the medicine conveying belt is provided with a plurality of division bars, and the division bars divide the medicine conveying belt into a plurality of storage grids for storing medicines; the medicine conveyer belt is a transparent medicine conveyer belt, the number of the CCD cameras is four, and the CCD cameras are aligned to the storage grid from the upper direction, the lower direction, the front direction and the rear direction of the transparent medicine conveyer belt respectively so as to capture instant pictures of medicine packages and/or medicine labels in the storage grid from the four directions; the medicine conveying belt is provided with a medicine inlet end and a medicine outlet end, and the medicine outlet end of the medicine conveying belt is provided with a first medicine basket and a second medicine basket; the first medicine basket is arranged above the second medicine basket, and the first medicine basket is connected with a translation device; when the medicine identified by the hospital dispensing management system is matched and checked to be correct with the prescription of the patient medicine, the medicine falls into the first medicine basket from the medicine outlet end of the medicine conveying belt; when the medicine identified by the hospital dosage management system is matched with the prescription of the patient and checked incorrectly, the translation device moves away the first medicine basket, and the medicine falls into the second medicine basket from the medicine outlet end of the medicine conveying belt.
2. The hospital pharmacy dispensing system of claim 1 wherein: the prescription medicine basket binding system is provided with a prescription receiving device and a prescription printing device, the prescription receiving device is used for receiving patient medicine prescriptions transmitted from the hospital dispensing management system, and the prescription printing device is used for printing a paper patient medicine prescription for the bound intelligent medicine basket and placing the paper patient medicine prescriptions in the intelligent medicine basket.

The hospital pharmacy dispensing system of claim 1 wherein: the medicine basket charging system is an automatic medicine basket charging system and comprises a medicine storage cabinet body and an automatic medicine dispensing device; the medicine storage cabinet body is provided with a plurality of medicine storage frames for storing and placing various medicines; the automatic dispensing device is used for sequentially reading patient medicine prescription information in the information reading and writing module of the intelligent medicine basket, and dispensing medicines from the medicine storage rack according to the patient medicine prescription information.

The hospital pharmacy dispensing system of claim 1 wherein: the medicine basket charging system comprises an automatic medicine basket charging system, an incomplete prescription medicine basket caching frame and a manual medicine basket charging system; the automatic medicine basket charging system comprises a medicine storage cabinet body and an automatic medicine dispensing device, wherein the medicine storage cabinet body is provided with a plurality of medicine storage frames for storing and placing various medicines, and the automatic medicine dispensing device is used for sequentially reading patient medicine prescription information in an information reading and writing module of the intelligent medicine basket, and taking medicines from the medicine storage frames according to the patient medicine prescription information and dispensing the medicines into the intelligent medicine basket; the intelligent medicine basket which cannot be completely filled with medicines by the automatic medicine basket charging system is transferred to an incomplete prescription medicine basket buffer storage rack; the artificial medicine basket charging system is used for manually charging the intelligent medicine basket and/or manually charging the intelligent medicine basket in the incomplete prescription medicine basket cache frame.

The hospital pharmacy dispensing system of claim 1 wherein: each medicine basket buffering medicine rack is correspondingly provided with a lifter respectively, and the lifter is used for transferring the intelligent medicine basket on the medicine basket conveying system to the matched medicine basket buffering medicine rack in a lifting mode.
6. A dispensing method of a hospital pharmacy dispensing system according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, a hospital toll gate charges for a patient medicine prescription, the patient medicine prescription is transmitted to a hospital dispensing management system through a data interface, and simultaneously, a paper medicine taking guide list is provided for a patient, wherein the medicine taking guide list comprises a bar code and/or a two-dimensional code;
s2, the prescription medicine basket binding system is used for calling the prescription of the patient from the hospital medicine dispensing management system, inputting the prescription of the patient into the information reading and writing module of the intelligent medicine basket in sequence, matching the intelligent medicine basket with a medicine basket cache medicine rack, binding the prescription of the patient with the intelligent medicine basket, and transferring the bound intelligent medicine basket to the medicine basket charging system;
s3, filling corresponding medicines into the intelligent medicine basket binding the medicine prescription of the patient by the medicine basket charging system, and transferring the intelligent medicine basket filled with the medicines to the medicine basket conveying system;
s4, the medicine basket conveying system conveys the intelligent medicine basket filled with the medicines to the direction of the matched medicine basket buffering medicine racks, and each medicine basket buffering medicine rack corresponds to one medicine taking window;
s5, before the intelligent medicine basket enters the medicine basket cache medicine rack, the medicine basket sensor reads patient medicine prescription information in the information reading and writing module of the intelligent medicine basket, the patient medicine prescription information is fed back to the hospital medicine dispensing management system, and the hospital medicine dispensing management system controls a corresponding display device to display patient names in the patient medicine prescription information according to the patient medicine prescription information fed back by the medicine basket sensor; after the medicine basket sensor reads, the intelligent medicine basket enters a matched medicine basket cache medicine rack;
s6, the patient gives the medicine taking guide list to pharmacists of corresponding medicine taking windows, the pharmacists scan the code of the medicine taking guide list of the patient by using the code scanning device, and information in the medicine taking guide list is fed back to a hospital medicine dispensing management system through the digital device;
s7, after the code scanning device scans codes, the hospital dispensing management system controls the intelligent medicine basket in the corresponding medicine basket cache medicine rack to send out medicine taking reminding signals, a pharmacist takes the intelligent medicine basket sending out the medicine taking reminding signals out of the medicine basket cache medicine rack, and the hospital dispensing management system controls the corresponding display device to eliminate the name of the patient in the medicine prescription of the patient;
s8, starting an intelligent medicine information capturing system, and enabling a pharmacist to sequentially place medicines in the intelligent medicine basket on a medicine conveying belt of the intelligent medicine information capturing system; the hospital dispensing management system matches the instant photo captured by the CCD camera with the standard photo, identifies the medicine on the medicine conveyor belt, and matches and checks the identified medicine with the prescription of the patient medicine; if the verification is correct, the pharmacist dispenses the medicine to the patient; if the verification is wrong, the intelligent medicine information capturing system gives an alarm.
