The invention provides a method and a system for establishing a vehicle parking area, wherein the establishing method comprises the following steps: establishing a database with an electronic map inside; calibrating at least one first place to be established in the parking area range on the electronic map; defining a graphic area around the first location as the vehicle parking area; storing the vehicle parking area in the database; calling the database, and transmitting the vehicle parking area to at least one mobile terminal with the built-in electronic map; and the mobile terminal displays the electronic map calibrated with the vehicle parking area. After the technical scheme is adopted, the parking area is arranged as required, and the parking device is fast and efficient; the parking areas are automatically deleted and increased, so that the vehicle parking is planned better; the parking area is low in setting cost.

Technical Field

The sharing of the single vehicle refers to that an enterprise provides vehicle single vehicle sharing service in a campus, a subway station, a bus station, a residential area, a commercial area, a public service area and the like, and the sharing mode is a time-sharing rental mode. The establishment is determined along with different vehicle flow directions, the generated vehicle parking area is different from the parking area in a physical sense, and a user can only obtain the location of the vehicle parking area through the mobile terminal. Therefore, the flow direction of the vehicle is monitored, the points of vehicle quantity outbreak are found in time, a vehicle parking area is built on the spot, and the public is guided to park.

In practical applications, if the center of the circle with the preset radius is directly used as the first location, although the vehicle can be parked most conveniently, other parking factors, such as policy and regulations, are not necessarily satisfied. Therefore, a group of recommended parking points are established on the electronic map, and the recommended parking points are strictly screened, so that the comprehensive factors meet the requirements for establishing a parking area; then, after the fact that a preset radius circle of the parking area needs to be established is judged, a recommended parking point closest to the circle center of the preset radius circle is taken as a first place.
After a vehicle parking area is established, counting the number of vehicles in the vehicle parking area in real time, and deleting the vehicle parking area when the number of vehicles is smaller than a second threshold value. The number of vehicles is the number of vehicles parked in a unit area, and is used for describing the utilization rate of the defined parking areas of the vehicles. In addition, after the hot spot time and the emergency are finished, the number of vehicles at the event point can be reduced to a conventional value, and the number and the area of the required vehicle parking areas are greatly reduced, so that the use condition of the vehicle parking areas is monitored, and the vehicle parking areas are deleted from the database when no longer needed.
In order to limit the disorder parking and the disorder placing, when the vehicle is in a vehicle parking area, the vehicle can be locked; when the vehicle is outside the vehicle parking area, the vehicle latch is disabled. Through the treatment, the vehicle parking area has practical constraint capacity, and the user can effectively lock the vehicle only by parking the vehicle in the vehicle parking area, so that the effect of standardizing the parking of the user is achieved.

calling the database, and transmitting the vehicle parking area to at least one mobile terminal with the built-in electronic map;
the mobile terminal displays the electronic map calibrated with the vehicle parking area;
