The novel capsule drying and sterilizing device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, drying and sterilizing can be carried out in a drying cylinder in an integrated mode, the working efficiency is improved, capsule fixing holes are formed in the capsule drying layer, each capsule can be fixed in the corresponding hole, drying and sterilizing are guaranteed to be thorough, and the production quality is improved.
