The second connector 22 includes a first concave slot 220.
The slide card 23 includes a card body 231, a second concave slot 230, and the card body 231 has a semi-open structure.
The first concave groove 220 includes an open arc-shaped groove.
The second concave groove 230 includes an open arc groove.
The first connector 12 has an open structure and can be directly welded by a steel plate; the second connector 22 is of an open structure and can be directly welded by steel plates, so that the production cost is reduced.
The middle of the pin shaft 13 is large, the two ends are small, the small end of the pin shaft 13 passes through the holes of the two protruding parts of the first connector 12 and is fixedly connected, and the end face of the large end of the pin shaft 13 is fixedly connected with the two protruding parts of the first connector 12. The connecting mode has the advantages of simple structure, reduced weight, improved strength and rigidity, and reduced production cost.
During installation, the pin shaft 13 slides in the first concave groove 220 of the second connector 22 and the second concave groove 230 of the slide clamp 23, and after the slide clamp 23 is in place, the slide clamp 23 descends to the pin shaft 13 under the action of dead weight, so that the strength and rigidity of the second connector 22 are improved, the deformation of the second connector 22 is avoided, the pin shaft 13 is prevented from falling off, the connection failure is caused, the connection strength is improved, and the connection stability is improved.
