本发明公开了一种轨道列车用消防帘,包括设置在车厢与车厢之间的消防帘,消防帘固定架上的烟雾传感器检测到有火灾时,固定架两旁的指示灯闪烁,蜂鸣器响起,消防帘下降过程中使轨道内触点开关接通,相对应位置的警示灯亮起,示意乘客消防帘已下降到哪个位置,帮助乘客快速逃离,消防帘一端到达轨道底座时,电磁阀打开,固定架内储存箱中灭火剂通过喷淋头喷洒到消防帘表面,增强了消防帘的隔烟耐火性能,红外传感器检测到有人,将消防帘上升到中间位置,当红外传感器失灵时手动按下紧急按钮。本发明节省了乘客逃生时间,优化了列车内消防设备,增加了轨道列车的安全性,结构简单,设计合理。

技术领域
本发明涉及防火设备技术领域,具体为一种轨道列车用消防帘。
背景技术
消防卷帘门主要用于需要进行防火分隔的墙体,特别是防火墙、防火隔墙上因生产、使用等需要开设较大开口而又无法设置防火门时的防火分隔,能有效地阻止火势蔓延,广泛应用于工业与民用建筑的防火隔断区,保障生命财产安全,是现代建筑中不可缺少的防火设施,而在轨道列车上使用时,由于列车上乘客较多,一旦发生火灾,消防措施启动,很可能因为紧急疏散不及时而造成乘客被困的情况,且发生火灾时,产生大量浓烟,列车中空间密闭,容易影响视线从而阻碍乘客的逃生。
现有专利CN203285291U提供了一种无机双轨双帘防火卷帘门,包括防火帘、轨道、驱动机构和控制装置,防火帘下端连接帘座,防火帘由装饰布、防火布、陶瓷纤维毡和防辐射布组成,防火帘两侧安装在轨道内,防火帘上端与驱动机构连接,控制装置通过驱动机构控制防火卷帘门打开或关闭。所述卷帘门由双层并列设置的轨道构成,双层轨道内分别设有防火帘,双层防火帘分别连接驱动机构;控制装置包括火灾烟感传感器和控制器。相对于现有技术,本发明采用双轨道和双层无机防火帘,发生火灾时能有效阻止高温热浪和有毒烟雾的弥漫;防火卷帘门的控制装置具有烟雾感应、远程控制和自动关闭功能,防火功能较强。但该技术隔烟耐热效果一般,且远程控制防火卷帘门的控制装置,灵活性差,不便于个人逃生。
发明内容
为了克服现有背景技术中消防帘耐火性能差、不便逃生的不足之处,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种轨道列车用消防帘,包括消防帘,所述消防帘设置于列车中车厢与车厢之间,所述消防帘一端与设置在固定架内的驱动机构连接,所述消防帘的打开或关闭由控制器通过驱动机构控制,所述固定架底部固定有烟雾传感器,所述烟雾传感器检测到有火灾时,设置在固定架两旁的指示灯闪烁,设置在固定架一旁的蜂鸣器响起,示意周围人群已发生火灾,尽快逃离,所述消防帘的两侧安装在轨道内,所述轨道一表面设置有警示灯,所述轨道内与警示灯位置对应处均匀设置有触点开关,所述消防帘下降过程中使轨道内触点开关接通,相对应的警示灯亮起,列车内浓烟影响视线,警示灯可示意乘客消防帘已下降到哪个位置;
所述控制器通过驱动机构控制消防帘下降,所述固定架内设置有装有灭火剂的储存箱,灭火剂为干粉灭火剂,所述储存箱的支管延伸出固定架,储存箱支管上设置有电磁阀,储存箱支管上均匀设置有喷淋头,所述轨道底侧设置有底座,所述底座内设置有行程开关,所述消防帘一端到达底座时,所述电磁阀打开,储存箱中灭火剂通过喷淋头喷洒到消防帘表面;
所述轨道两旁均设置有观察窗,方便观察火势情况,所述轨道两旁均设置有红外传感器和紧急按钮,所述红外传感器检测到有人,控制器通过驱动机构将消防帘上升到中间位置,当红外传感器失灵时手动按下紧急按钮,将消防帘上升至中间位置。
优选的,所述消防帘帘体由装饰布层、防热辐射层、隔热层、金属丝增强层、防火层和装饰布层依次复合而成,所述消防帘通过金属丝线缝制固定,两侧通过螺丝螺母等间隔固定,所述装饰布层由玻纤防火布和玄武岩纤维防火布复合而成,所述防热辐射层包括铝箔防火布,所述隔热层包括陶瓷纤维与硅酸铝纤维复合而成,所述金属丝增强层包括铂铑合金金属丝网,所述防火层包括高硅氧防火布,高硅氧防火布表面敷有石墨高温抗氧化涂料。
优选的,所述控制器与烟雾传感器、红外传感器信号连接,所述烟雾传感器和红外传感器传输信号至控制器。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过特殊的消防帘帘体设计结合消防帘固定架内设置的储存箱,将灭火剂喷洒在在消防帘帘体上,有助于保护消防帘,增强了消防帘的隔烟耐火性能,通过轨道内设置的触点开关合与其对应的警示灯,帮助乘客在浓烟中快速看到消防帘及消防帘所在位置,节省了乘客逃生时间,优化了列车内消防设备,增加了轨道列车的安全性,结构简单,设计合理。

如图3所示,消防帘1帘体由装饰布层101、防热辐射层102、隔热层103、金属丝增强层104、防火层105和装饰布层101依次复合而成,消防帘1通过金属丝线缝制固定,两侧通过螺丝螺母等间隔固定,装饰布层101由玻纤防火布和玄武岩纤维防火布复合而成,防热辐射层102包括铝箔防火布,隔热层103包括陶瓷纤维与硅酸铝纤维复合而成,金属丝增强层104包括铂铑合金金属丝网,防火层105包括高硅氧防火布,高硅氧防火布表面敷有石墨高温抗氧化涂料。
如图1所示,控制器4与烟雾传感器5、红外传感器17信号连接,烟雾传感器5和红外传感器17传输信号至控制器4。

1.一种轨道列车用消防帘,包括消防帘(1),其特征在于,所述消防帘(1)设置于列车中车厢与车厢之间,所述消防帘(1)一端与设置在固定架(2)内的驱动机构(3)连接,所述消防帘(1)的打开或关闭由控制器(4)通过驱动机构(3)控制,所述固定架(2)底部固定有烟雾传感器(5),所述烟雾传感器(5)检测到有火灾时,设置在固定架(2)两旁的指示灯(6)闪烁,设置在固定架(2)一旁的蜂鸣器(7)响起,所述消防帘(1)的两侧安装在轨道(8)内,所述轨道(8)一表面设置有警示灯(9),所述轨道(8)内与警示灯(9)位置对应处均匀设置有触点开关(10),所述消防帘(1)下降过程中使轨道(8)内触点开关(10)接通,相对应的警示灯(9)亮起;
所述控制器(4)通过驱动机构(3)控制消防帘(1)下降,所述固定架(2)内设置有装有灭火剂的储存箱(11),所述储存箱(11)的支管延伸出固定架(2),储存箱(11)支管上设置有电磁阀(12),储存箱(11)支管上均匀设置有喷淋头(13),所述轨道(8)底侧设置有底座(14),所述底座(14)内设置有行程开关(15),所述消防帘(1)一端到达底座(14)时,所述电磁阀(12)打开,储存箱(11)中灭火剂通过喷淋头(13)喷洒到消防帘(1)表面;
所述轨道(8)两旁均设置有观察窗(16),所述轨道(8)两旁均设置有红外传感器(17)和紧急按钮(18),所述红外传感器(17)检测到有人,控制器(4)通过驱动机构(3)将消防帘(1)上升到中间位置,当红外传感器(17)失灵时手动按下紧急按钮(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道列车用消防帘,其特征在于,所述消防帘(1)帘体由装饰布层(101)、防热辐射层(102)、隔热层(103)、金属丝增强层(104)、防火层(105)和装饰布层(101)依次复合而成,所述消防帘(1)通过金属丝线缝制固定,两侧通过螺丝螺母等间隔固定,所述装饰布层(101)由玻纤防火布和玄武岩纤维防火布复合而成,所述防热辐射层(102)包括铝箔防火布,所述隔热层(103)包括陶瓷纤维与硅酸铝纤维复合而成,所述金属丝增强层(104)包括铂铑合金金属丝网,所述防火层(105)包括高硅氧防火布,高硅氧防火布表面敷有石墨高温抗氧化涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道列车用消防帘,其特征在于,所述控制器(4)与烟雾传感器(5)、红外传感器(17)信号连接。
