Abstract
本发明公开了一种负离子墙衣,其原料按重量份如下:65‑80%的纤维、0.5‑2%的金葱粉、0.5‑2%的金银丝、5‑15%的负离子粉、0.2‑0.5%的粉体防霉剂、10‑15%的羟丙基甲基纤维素、5‑10%的聚乙烯醇,其中各原料质量比的总和为100%。该墙衣具有恒久的空气负离子发生功能;较强的远红外发射功能;优良的抗菌杀菌功能的墙衣。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑涂料技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种负离子墙衣。
背景技术
墙衣于上世纪七十年代诞生于日本、德国等西方发达国家。随着人们环保意识的不断增强,近年来,在欧美各国用墙衣装修居室十分风靡,墙衣大有取代传统内墙装饰材料之势,成为十分流行的既健康环保又独具特色的室内装修材料。墙衣被誉为是继涂料、墙纸等传统内墙装饰材料之后出现的第三类新型内墙装饰材料,是二十一世纪的首选环保绿色内墙装修材料。墙衣是以棉纤维、木质纤维、天然纤维为主要原料经特殊科学工艺而成的室内墙面顶级环保装饰。它不仅具有独特的纹理质感和立体浮雕感,而且可以营造出纯朴、时尚、典雅、富贵、华丽的高品位视觉效果。高档质量墙衣同时具有保温隔热、节能高效的作用,冬天可将严寒阻挡在室外,夏天又可隔绝热浪的侵入,达到冬暖夏凉的效果,从而大大提高墙面的整体质量,全面节省取暖和空调的成本。
市场上现有的墙衣在健康环保方面只能做到产品本身无甲醛、无VOC等有害物质以及部分高档墙衣具有吸附甲醛的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种负离子墙衣,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种负离子墙衣,其原料按重量份如下:65-80%的纤维、0.5-2%的金葱粉、0.5-2%的金银丝、5-15%的负离子粉、0.2-0.5%的粉体防霉剂、10-15%的羟丙基甲基纤维素、5-10%的聚乙烯醇,其中各原料质量比的总和为 100%。
优选的,所述纤维为棉纤维、竹纤维、木质纤维、粘胶纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯晴纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维。
优选的,负离子粉是利用自然界产生负离子的原理,由电气石粉+镧系元素或者稀土元素,其中稀土元素的配比比例大大超过了电气石粉,稀土占到了60%以上的一种以含硼为特征的铝、钠、铁、锂环状结构的硅酸盐物质,类质同象发育的复合矿物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:(1)恒久的空气负离子发生功能;(2)较强的远红外发射功能;(3)优良的抗菌杀菌功能的墙衣。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种负离子墙衣,其原料按重量份如下:65-80%的纤维、0.5-2%的金葱粉、0.5-2%的金银丝、5-15%的负离子粉、0.2-0.5%的粉体防霉剂、10-15%的羟丙基甲基纤维素、5-10%的聚乙烯醇,其中各原料质量比的总和为 100%。
具体的,所述纤维为棉纤维、竹纤维、木质纤维、粘胶纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯晴纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维。
具体的,负离子粉是利用自然界产生负离子的原理,由电气石粉+镧系元素或者稀土元素,其中稀土元素的配比比例大大超过了电气石粉,稀土占到了60%以上的一种以含硼为特征的铝、钠、铁、锂环状结构的硅酸盐物质,类质同象发育的复合矿物。
本发明所述一种负离子墙衣,主要在环保型墙衣的体系中添加负离子粉,其中负离子粉在有温度和压力变化的情况下(即使微小的变化),即能引起成分晶体之间的电势差,这静电高达100万电子伏特,从而使空气发生电离,被击中的电子附着于邻近的水和氧气分子并使它转化为空气负离子,即负氧离子,并能够有效的清除室内空气中游离的甲醛和VOC等有毒有害气体,起到净化空气的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述的墙衣的有益效果为:恒久的空气负离子发生功能;较强的远红外发射功能;优良的抗菌杀菌功能。
(1)恒久的空气负离子发生功能
空气中气体分子电离的机理,主要靠外界催离素对气体作用的结果,催离素有紫外线、放射线、光电效应等。 负离子粉体中的成分具有热电性和压电性,因此在有温度和压力变化的情况下(即使微小的变化)即能引起成分晶体之间的电势差,这静电高达100万电子伏特,从而使空气发生电离,被击中的电子附着于邻近的水和氧气分子并使它转化为空气负离子,即负氧离子。
(2)较强的远红外发射功能
负离子粉体中的成分是以含硼为特征的铝、钠、铁、锂环状结构的硅酸盐物质,类质同象发育,因为其热电性和压电性,使极性离子在平衡位置振动而引起偶极矩变化产生远红外波段的电磁辐射,若按一定比例添加到产品中(例如纤维),使其通过自身的自由离子、不纯物离子和离子性物质,杂质和二、三声子共鸣产生辐射,牵动有机与无机分子交链的离子键极性振动,形成较强的辐射宽带,据测试负离子粉体对远红外的发射率为90%以上。 负离子粉体的远红外性能对人体的保健及其它作用主要有以下几个方面
① 远红外可加速水分子运动,使普通水变成活性水,从而使水的渗透力、扩散力、溶解力、代谢力增强,并产生水保护膜。② 远红外对于循环系统,可起到扩张毛细血管,增强血液循环,促进新陈代谢,增强淋巴循环的作用。③ 远红外对于细胞组织,可使细胞活化,使老死细胞排泄或赋予再生能力,可增强细胞能量,增强细胞的功能和活力等作用。
(3)优良的抗菌杀菌功能
高负离子粉体中产生的负氧离子具有较高的活性,有着很强的氧化还原的作用,能破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞原生质活性酶的活性,从而达到一个抗菌杀菌的目的。

1.一种负离子墙衣,其特征在于,其原料按重量份如下:65-80%的纤维、0.5-2%的金葱粉、0.5-2%的金银丝、5-15%的负离子粉、0.2-0.5%的粉体防霉剂、10-15%的羟丙基甲基纤维素、5-10%的聚乙烯醇,其中各原料质量比的总和为 100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种负离子墙衣,其特征在于:所述纤维为棉纤维、竹纤维、木质纤维、粘胶纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯晴纤维、聚氨酯纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种负离子墙衣,其特征在于:负离子粉是利用自然界产生负离子的原理,由电气石粉+镧系元素或者稀土元素,其中稀土元素的配比比例大大超过了电气石粉,稀土占到了60%以上的一种以含硼为特征的铝、钠、铁、锂环状结构的硅酸盐物质,类质同象发育的复合矿物。
