And the interior wall putty powder has poor water washing resistance, causes the phenomena of pulverization, coating cracking, peeling, falling off and mould growing in later construction, causes building decoration quality problems and disputes, and has insufficient whiteness and texture.

The invention aims to provide the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder and the preparation method thereof, the preparation method is simple and easy to implement, has low requirements on equipment, easily available raw materials, convenient post-treatment and low price, and is suitable for large-scale production; the prepared environment-friendly interior wall putty powder overcomes the defects that the traditional interior wall putty powder is high in cost and poor in water washing resistance, and the phenomena of pulverization, coating cracking, peeling, falling and mildew appear in later-stage construction, so that the quality problem and dispute of building decoration are generated, the whiteness and texture are not enough, formaldehyde is easily released, and the environment pollution threatening the health of people is caused. Compared with the traditional interior wall putty powder in the prior art, the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder disclosed by the invention is lower in price, has more excellent comprehensive performance, is extremely strong in water resistance and cohesiveness, does not have the phenomena of hollowing, peeling, cracking and falling off after being wetted by water, does not have the phenomena of yellowing, mildew and black speck, is good in aesthetic property, does not release toxic and harmful substances, and is safe and environment-friendly.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of clay powder, 15-25 parts of white portland cement, 1-3 parts of pine oil, 1-3 parts of balsam, 0.5-3.5 parts of hydroxypropyl Beta-cyclodextrin, 1-2.5 parts of cationic guar gum silicate, 1.5-3.5 parts of cationic guar gum polyether phosphate and 2-5 parts of anion powder.
Further, the preparation method of the cationic guar gum silicate comprises the following steps: adding cationic guar gum (CAS: 65497-29-2) and sodium silicate into water, stirring at 50-60 deg.C for 10-15 hr, precipitating in 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and oven drying at 90-100 deg.C for 10-12 hr.
Wherein the mass ratio of the cationic guar gum to the sodium silicate to the water is (3-7) to 3: (15-20).
Further, the preparation method of the cationic guar gum polyether phosphate salt comprises the following steps: adding cationic guar gum (CAS: 65497-29-2) and sodium nonylphenol polyether-6 phosphate (CAS: 12068-19-8) into water, stirring at 50-60 deg.C for 10-15 hr, precipitating in 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and oven drying at 90-100 deg.C for 10-12 hr.
Wherein the mass ratio of the cationic guar gum, the sodium nonylphenol polyether-6 phosphate and the water is (3-5) to (3): (15-20).
Preferably, the preparation method of the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder comprises the following steps: after all the components are uniformly mixed, the mixture is input into a grinder to be ground, the fineness of the ground particles is less than 0.2 mm, the ground mixture is input into a superfine grinding machine to be ground, the fineness of the ground particles is less than 0.02 mm, and the ground mixture is packaged into a finished product of the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder disclosed by the invention has the advantages of readily available raw materials, low price, simple and feasible preparation method, low requirement on equipment and suitability for large-scale production.
(2) The environment-friendly interior wall putty powder disclosed by the invention overcomes the defects that the traditional interior wall putty powder is high in cost and poor in water washing resistance, and the phenomena of pulverization, coating cracking, peeling, falling and mildew growth occur in later-stage construction, so that the quality problem and dispute of building decoration are generated, the whiteness and texture are not enough, formaldehyde is easily released, and the environment pollution threatening the health of people is caused. (3) The environment-friendly interior wall putty powder disclosed by the invention is added with natural materials such as pine oil and cedar oil, so that the adhesive force is improved, the putty powder is not peeled off, the quality stability is good, the water resistance of the putty powder is improved when the putty powder is used, no toxic or harmful formaldehyde is generated, and the putty powder is safe and environment-friendly to use.
(4) The environment-friendly interior wall putty powder disclosed by the invention is added with clay powder and white portland cement, so that the caking degree and the water resistance of the putty powder are increased, the drying shrinkage rate is low, and no crack is generated.
(5) The environment-friendly interior wall putty powder disclosed by the invention is added with 1-2.5 parts of cationic guar gum silicate, cationic guar gum polyether phosphate and introduction of a positive charge structure, so that the adhesive force with a wall surface can be further improved; the introduction of the quaternary ammonium salt can effectively resist the generation of mould and prevent the generation of the mould phenomenon; silicate ions and polyether phosphate ions are solid in guar gum through ion exchange, so that the water resistance, flame retardance and fire resistance of the guar gum are effectively improved, the surface of the guar gum is fine, white, smooth, fine and fine, and the quality stability is good.
(6) The environment-friendly interior wall putty powder disclosed by the invention is added with the anion powder, has the effect of generating anions, can play a role in health preservation and health care, and can absorb toxic and harmful gases such as formaldehyde and the like.

The environment-friendly interior wall putty powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of clay powder, 15 parts of white portland cement, 1 part of pine oil, 1 part of balsam, 0.5 part of hydroxypropyl Beta-cyclodextrin, 1 part of cationic guar gum silicate, 1.5 parts of cationic guar gum polyether phosphate and 2 parts of anion powder.
The preparation method of the cationic guar gum silicate comprises the following steps: adding 30g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium silicate into 150g of water, stirring and reacting at 50 ℃ for 10 hours, precipitating in 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and placing in a vacuum drying oven at 90 ℃ for drying for 10 hours.
The preparation method of the cationic guar gum polyether phosphate comprises the following steps: adding 30g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium nonylphenol polyether-6 phosphate (CAS: 12068-19-8) into 150g of water, stirring and reacting at 50 ℃ for 10 hours, precipitating in 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at 90 ℃ for 10 hours.

Example 2
The environment-friendly interior wall putty powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 28 parts of clay powder, 18 parts of white portland cement, 2 parts of pine oil, 1 part of balsam, 1.5 parts of hydroxypropyl Beta-cyclodextrin, 1.5 parts of cationic guar gum silicate, 2 parts of cationic guar gum polyether phosphate and 3 parts of anion powder.
The preparation method of the cationic guar gum silicate comprises the following steps: adding 40g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium silicate into 165g of water, stirring and reacting at 53 ℃ for 13 hours, precipitating in 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at 93 ℃ for 11 hours.
The preparation method of the cationic guar gum polyether phosphate comprises the following steps: adding 35g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium nonylphenol polyether-6 phosphate (CAS: 12068-19-8) into 170g of water, stirring and reacting at 54 ℃ for 13 hours, precipitating in a 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at 93 ℃ for 10.5 hours.
A preparation method of the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder comprises the following steps: after all the components are uniformly mixed, the mixture is input into a grinder to be ground, the fineness of the ground particles is less than 0.2 mm, the ground mixture is input into a superfine grinding machine to be ground, the fineness of the ground particles is less than 0.02 mm, and the ground mixture is packaged into a finished product of the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder.
Example 3
The environment-friendly interior wall putty powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of clay powder, 20 parts of white portland cement, 2 parts of pine oil, 2 parts of balsam, 2 parts of hydroxypropyl Beta-cyclodextrin, 2 parts of cationic guar gum silicate, 2 parts of cationic guar gum polyether phosphate and 3.5 parts of anion powder.
The preparation method of the cationic guar gum silicate comprises the following steps: adding 50g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium silicate into 180g of water, stirring and reacting at 57 ℃ for 14 hours, precipitating in 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and placing in a 97 ℃ vacuum drying oven for drying for 11 hours.
The preparation method of the cationic guar gum polyether phosphate comprises the following steps: 40g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium nonylphenol polyether-6 phosphate (CAS: 12068-19-8) are added into 175g of water, stirred and reacted at 56 ℃ for 14 hours, then precipitated in 20% ethanol solution, centrifuged, and placed in a 97 ℃ vacuum drying oven to be dried for 11.5 hours.

Example 4
The environment-friendly interior wall putty powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 32 parts of clay powder, 22 parts of white portland cement, 3 parts of pine oil, 2 parts of balsam, 3 parts of hydroxypropyl Beta-cyclodextrin, 2 parts of cationic guar gum silicate, 3 parts of cationic guar gum polyether phosphate and 4 parts of anion powder.
The preparation method of the cationic guar gum silicate comprises the following steps: adding 60g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium silicate into 190g of water, stirring and reacting for 15 hours at 58 ℃, precipitating in 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and placing in a vacuum drying oven at 99 ℃ for drying for 12 hours.
The preparation method of the cationic guar gum polyether phosphate comprises the following steps: adding 45g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium nonylphenol polyether-6 phosphate (CAS: 12068-19-8) into 190g of water, stirring and reacting at 58 ℃ for 14 hours, precipitating in a 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at 98 ℃ for 12 hours.

The preparation method of the cationic guar gum silicate comprises the following steps: adding 70g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium silicate into 200g of water, stirring and reacting for 15 hours at 60 ℃, precipitating in 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and placing in a vacuum drying oven at 100 ℃ for drying for 12 hours.
The preparation method of the cationic guar gum polyether phosphate comprises the following steps: adding 50g of cationic guar gum and 30g of sodium nonylphenol polyether-6 phosphate (CAS: 12068-19-8) into 200g of water, stirring and reacting at 60 ℃ for 15 hours, precipitating in a 20% ethanol solution, centrifuging, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at 100 ℃ for 12 hours.

Comparative example 5
The other raw materials of the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder and the preparation method thereof are the same as example 1, except that cationic guar gum polyether phosphate is not added.
Comparative example 6
The other raw materials of the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder and the preparation method thereof are the same as example 1, except that cationic guar gum polyether phosphate and cationic guar gum silicate are not added, and 2.5g of cationic guar gum is added.
The interior wall putty powders obtained in the above examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to the test, and the test results and the test methods are shown in table 1.

From the above table, it can be seen that the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the formaldehyde purification rate of 91-97%, the adhesive force of 4.1-6.2MPa, the surface drying time of 15-25min and no abnormality in water resistance (48h), while the commercially available common interior wall putty powder has the formaldehyde purification rate of 30%, the adhesive force of 0.5MPa, the surface drying time of 65min and the water resistance (48h) of cracking and obvious powder dropping. Therefore, the environment-friendly interior wall putty powder disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has good water resistance and formaldehyde purification performance, and is large in adhesive force and high in surface drying speed. The addition of pine oil, balsam pear oil, hydroxypropyl Beta-cyclodextrin, cationic guar gum polyether phosphate and cationic guar gum silicate can promote the adhesion and water resistance of the putty powder.
