Detailed Description
The principles and features of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the elevator detection ruler comprises a depth ruler 1, a spring piece 3, a positioning pin 4, a main ruler 5 and a diameter ruler 7. The depth gauge 1 and the diameter gauge 7 are connected with the main gauge 5 through dovetail grooves.
The elevator detection ruler comprises a clearance and meshing angle ruler 2 (a clearance ruler measuring part is positioned at the end part of the meshing angle ruler) and a landing door opening ruler 6, wherein the clearance and meshing angle ruler 2 and the landing door opening ruler 6 are positioned at the back of the main ruler and are connected with the main ruler through a positioning pin 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the elevator detection ruler comprises a spring piece 3, a groove with the width of 3mm and the depth of 1mm is reserved at the bottom of a dovetail groove of a main ruler 5, the spring piece 3 with the length of 30mm, the width of 2.5mm and the thickness of 0.5mm is arranged in the groove, and the spring piece 3 realizes damping movement of the measurement ruler.
The directions of up, down, left, right, front and back herein are the directions facing the paper surface.
The working principle of the device is as follows:
when the main scale 5 is used for measurement, the reference surface A, B is tightly attached to a measurement plane, and data to be measured are read from the main scale;
when in depth detection, the datum plane A or C is closely attached to the surface of the rope groove of the traction sheave, the datum plane A or C is kept vertical, the sliding depth gauge reads data, and the sizes of other grooves are measured in the same way for comparison;
during diameter detection, the steel wire rope is cleaned up and placed in the main scale opening groove, the diameter scale is slid, the reference surface D, E is guaranteed to be in parallel and tightly contacted with the steel wire rope, and the measured value is read on the diameter scale.
When detecting the landing door opening, the reference plane G is contacted with one landing door plane, a certain force (150N) is applied, and the largest opening gap of the landing door is measured.
When the gap is detected, the reference surface F is contacted with planes such as a landing door, a sill and the like, the measuring direction is vertical to the reference surface, and the maximum gap value is measured at different positions.
When the meshing angle is detected, the reference surface A is tightly attached to the lower end surface of the locking roller of the layer door, the reference surface A is perpendicular to the surface of the roller, meanwhile, the angle ruler is rotated to enable the reference surface H to be in contact with the movable roller and the static roller of the layer door, the angle value is read on the main ruler, and the display value is the deflection angle of the movable roller.
The device can meet various detection requirements, is suitable for various measurement works of the elevator, has measurement ranges of 0-160mm, phi 0-15mm and 0-90 degrees, and ensures the reliability of detection results with precision of 0.5mm and +/-0.5 degrees.

the main scale has a measuring range of 0-70mm, measuring accuracy of 0.5mm and a reference plane A, B, and is used for measuring the distance between a car and a counterweight, the height of an opening ring frame, the distance between a door sill and a landing sill, and the distance between a landing door lock roller and the car sill.
The measuring range of the depth gauge is 0-60mm, the measuring precision is 0.5mm, the reference surface A or C) is used for measuring the abrasion depth of the traction sheave and the distance between the lift car and the wall of the well.
The measuring range of the diameter ruler is 0-15mm, the measuring precision is 0.5mm, the reference surface is D, E, and the diameters of the traction steel wire rope and the speed limiter steel wire rope are measured.
The measuring range of the clearance ruler is 0-12mm, the measuring precision is 1.0mm, the reference plane F is used for measuring the clearance between the door leaves and the upright posts, the door lintel and the sill.
The measuring range of the landing door opening ruler is 0-50mm, the measuring precision is 1.0mm, the reference plane G is used for measuring the opening distances of the lower ends of the side-opening door and the middle-split door landing door.
The measurement range of the meshing angle ruler is 0-90 degrees, the measurement precision is 1.0 degree, the reference surface A, H) and the deflection angle between the landing door lock rollers is measured. Thereby indirectly measuring the meshing size between the latch hook and the lock bracket in the unlocking process of the landing door.
The depth ruler and the diameter ruler are connected with the main ruler through a dovetail groove, grooves with the width of 3mm and the depth of 1mm are reserved at the bottom of the dovetail groove of the main ruler, and spring pieces with the length of 30mm, the width of 2.5mm and the thickness of 0.5mm are arranged in the grooves to realize damping movement of the measuring ruler. The numerical indication part is positioned on the surface of the measuring ruler, so that data reading is convenient.
When the gap and the meshing angle rule 2 are utilized to measure deflection angles of the movable and static rollers of the door lock, the reference surface A of the main rule is horizontally clamped at the bottom of the static roller, the gap and the meshing angle rule 2 are unfolded from the right side, the reference surface H of the gap and the meshing angle rule 2 simultaneously contacts with the static roller and the movable roller, deflection scale values between the static roller and the movable roller in the closed state of the elevator door can be measured through scales of the measuring angles on the back surface of the main rule 5, and the measured door lock meshing angles are judged to be qualified by comparing with installation debugging values of elevator manufacturers, so that whether the meshing depth of the elevator door lock is qualified is judged. In the past, the engagement depth of the lock hook and the lock bracket is directly measured when the elevator electric appliance is connected, but the accurate measurement is difficult to directly perform and only estimation can be performed due to the installation position and the measurement space limitation of the lock hook and the lock bracket. The displacement of the movable roller is difficult to accurately measure, the operation is inconvenient, the offset angle of the movable roller can be directly read by utilizing the clearance and meshing angle gauge 2, the meshing depth condition of the elevator door lock is further judged, and the efficiency and reliability of door lock inspection are improved.
The elevator detection ruler is designed through a careful overall structure and a reference plane, has reasonable layout of each measuring unit, is suitable for the actual field environment and the measuring space, and has strong operability and convenient carrying. The measuring range and the precision meet the actual measuring requirement with the elevator, and the data is convenient and accurate to read.
