技术领域
本发明涉及皮革领域,特别涉及一种羊皮革。
背景技术
皮革是经脱毛和鞣制等物理、化学加工所得到的已经变性不易腐烂的动物皮。革是由天然蛋白质纤维在三维空间紧密编织构成的,其表面有一种特殊的粒面层,具有自然的粒纹和光泽,手感舒适。
动物皮革是人类当前制作面料的主要用材,由于其具有良好的强度,所以用这类材料制作的鞋类或相关皮具,均结实耐用、外形美观,同时因为动物皮革本身具有自然毛孔,所以动物皮革具有天然的良好透气性及吸潮性,穿着舒适。
羊皮革是羊皮经过处理后的羊皮,有效解决了天然羊皮资源匮乏、成本高的问题,具有天然羊皮结实耐用、外形美观等特点,同时由于经过处理,使得羊皮革质量轻、薄而软,穿戴舒适。
在很多皮革制品中,如定型包等,要求皮革具有较好的定型性,一般是通过在皮革中加入一塑料定型层来提升皮革整体的定型效果,但由于在常温下,塑料的延展性较差,虽然定型效果较好,但是会降低皮革整体的延展性能,从而降低皮革的使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种延展性好、定型性好、使用寿命长的一种羊皮革。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种羊皮革,包括从下至上依次设置的羊皮基层、聚氨酯层、定型层和保护层,所述羊皮基层靠近聚氨酯层一侧的表面呈波纹状,所述聚氨酯层靠近羊皮基层一侧的表面呈波纹状;所述定型层包括交织成经纬网的经线金属丝和纬线金属丝,绕设在经线金属丝表面的经线棉线,绕设在纬线金属丝表面的纬线棉线,填充于经线金属丝和纬线金属丝之间、填充于经线棉线和纬线棉线之间的颗粒填充物。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述经线金属丝和纬线金属丝均呈波纹状,且经线金属丝的波峰与纬线金属丝的波谷相交,经线金属丝的波谷与纬线金属丝的波峰相交。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述经线金属丝和纬线金属丝的波峰和波谷均为圆弧形。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述聚氨酯层上分布有若干个与定型层的相邻经线棉线间隙或相邻纬线棉线间隙相连通的通气孔,所述通气孔贯穿聚氨酯层。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述通气孔的孔径为5um-10um。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、一方面,底层为羊皮基层,羊皮具有一定的延展性,抗拉伸性好;第二方面,设有聚氨酯层,机械强度好,抗形变能力强,进一步增加了本发明的延展性;第三方面,羊皮基层靠近聚氨酯层一侧的表面呈波纹状,所述聚氨酯层靠近羊皮基层一侧的表面呈波纹状,且羊皮基层的波纹与聚氨酯层的波纹相互嵌合,使得羊皮基层与聚氨酯层在平面内均具有一定的抗拉伸能力,进一步增加了本发明的延展性;第四方面,定型层包括交织成经纬网的经线金属丝和纬线金属丝,绕设在经线金属丝表面的经线棉线,绕设在纬线金属丝表面的纬线棉线,填充于经线金属丝和纬线金属丝之间、填充于经线棉线和纬线棉线之间的颗粒填充物,经线金属丝和纬线金属丝交织,使得定型层有一定的形变空间,相对于塑料,金属丝的延展性能更加,且金属丝的外表面均绕设有棉线,棉线增加了金属丝的强度,同时增加了金属丝的弹性、柔韧性和抗形变能力,颗粒填充物填充于经纬网的间隙内,结合经纬网骨架,金属骨架本身可弯折,弯折后能恢复原状,起到定型效果,因此,采用本定型层结构,增加了本发明的延展性和定型性,延长了本发明的使用寿命。
2、经线金属丝和纬线金属丝均呈波纹状,波纹状使得金属丝在自身轴向方向具有一定的拉伸空间,增加了本发明的延展性,且经线金属丝的波峰与纬线金属丝的波谷相交,经线金属丝的波谷与纬线金属丝的波峰相交,定型层骨架连接稳定,抗形变能力强,进一步增加了本发明的定型性。
3、经线金属丝和纬线金属丝的波峰和波谷均为圆弧形,圆弧结构对于经线金属丝和纬线金属丝而言,延展效果最佳,进一步增加了本发明的延展性。
4、聚氨酯层上分布有若干个与定型层的相邻经线棉线间隙或相邻纬线棉线间隙相连通的通气孔,所述通气孔贯穿聚氨酯层。一方面便于液体和气体的排出,气体先进入通气孔,再进入相邻经线棉线间隙或相邻纬线棉线间隙,最后进入保护层排出,通气孔的设置,增加了本发明的透气性,第二方面,使得聚氨酯层在平面内有一定的形变空间,抗形变能力增强,进一步增加了本发明的延展性和定型性。
5、通气孔的孔径为5um-10um,微型通气孔,在保证本发明透气性的同时不会影响本发明的外表美观性。

一种羊皮革100,包括从下至上依次设置的羊皮基层110、聚氨酯层120、定型层130和保护层140,羊皮基层110靠近聚氨酯层120一侧的表面呈波纹状,聚氨酯层120靠近羊皮基层110一侧的表面呈波纹状。
定型层130包括交织成经纬网的经线金属丝131和纬线金属丝132,绕设在经线金属丝131表面的经线棉线133,绕设在纬线金属丝132表面的纬线棉线134,填充于经线金属丝131和纬线金属丝132之间、填充于经线棉线133和纬线棉线134之间的颗粒填充物135。
经线金属丝131和纬线金属丝132均呈波纹状,波纹状使得金属丝在自身轴向方向具有一定的拉伸空间,增加了本发明的延展性,且经线金属丝131的波峰与纬线金属丝132的波谷相交,经线金属丝131的波谷与纬线金属丝132的波峰相交,定型层130骨架连接稳定,抗形变能力强,进一步增加了本发明的定型性。
