In this embodiment, the side wall of the installation groove is preferably provided with a fixing position for fixing the liquid level detector 130. The liquid level detector 130 is fixed on the box seat 110, so that installation space can be saved, meanwhile, the relative position relationship between the liquid level detector 130 and the water storage box 120 is stable, and the working stability and detection accuracy of the liquid level detector 130 are improved.
Specifically, in this aspect, the fixing location includes a positioning notch 114 disposed on a side wall of the mounting groove, and a fixing groove 115 that is communicated with the positioning notch 114. When the liquid level detector 130 is accommodated on the fixed position, the capacitance detection portion is correspondingly positioned at the positioning notch 114, so that the liquid level in the water storage box 120 can be projected onto the capacitance detection portion. The circuit board of the liquid level detector 130 is positioned in the fixing groove 115 so as to protect the circuit board. In one embodiment, the circuit board is electrically connected with a main control board of the steam sterilizing cabinet.
Referring to fig. 3, in this solution, in order to improve the utilization rate of water in the water storage box 120 and prevent bacteria from growing due to long-term inability of water at the bottom of the water storage box 120 to drain from the water outlet 121, in this solution, the water storage box 120 or the box base 110 is provided with a water conduit 124, the inner surface of the bottom of the water storage box 120 is formed with a water storage tank 125, and the water conduit 124 extends from the water outlet 121 into the water storage tank 125. It should be noted that, the bottom of the water storage box 120 refers to the bottom of the water storage box 120 at the lowest side of the water storage box 120 along the up-down direction, based on the normal use orientation of the water storage box 120. The bottom of the water storage tank 125 is the lowest position of the water storage box 120 along the up-down direction. The size, shape and depth of the water storage tank 125 are not limited in this embodiment. Since the penstock 124 extends into the reservoir 125, when the level of water in the storage tank 120 is low, the remaining water in the tank can flow into the reservoir 125 and drain from the penstock 124.
In one embodiment, the water conduit 124 is disposed on the water storage box 120, and the water conduit 124 extends from the water outlet 121 toward the inside of the water storage box 120, and a sealing ring is disposed between the water conduit 124 and the water inlet pipe 112 of the box base 110 in order to prevent water from leaking from the water conduit 124 and the water inlet pipe 112 of the box base 110.
Referring to fig. 6, a valve 126 is provided between the water outlet 121 of the water storage tank 120 and the water conduit 124, such that when the water storage tank 120 is installed in the Rong Zhiwei, the valve 126 controls the water outlet 121 to be opened to communicate the water conduit 124 with the water outlet 121, thereby allowing water in the water storage tank 120 to be discharged from the water outlet 121. The valve 126 may be a solenoid valve 126, or may be a mechanical valve 126, and in this embodiment, the valve 126 is preferably a mechanical check valve 126.
Specifically, the valve 126 includes a valve core 126a, a spring 126c, and a sealing member 126b for sealing the water outlet 121, the spring 126c is sleeved outside the valve core 126a, the sealing member 126b is located at a side of the valve core 126a away from the water passing port, so that when the water storage box 120 is installed in the Rong Zhiwei 111, the water passing hole is abutted against the valve core 126a, so that the sealing member 126b is separated from the water outlet 121, and when the water storage box 120 is separated from the accommodating position 111, the sealing member 126b seals the water outlet 121 under the action of the restoring force of the spring 126c, so that when the water storage box 120 is taken out, water in the water storage box 120 is not leaked, thereby facilitating water taking, pouring and cleaning of the water storage box 120 by a user. It will be appreciated that the seal 126b should be shaped and sized to match the outlet 121.
In order to facilitate the user to fill water into the water box, the water storage box 120 comprises a box body and a box cover 140 covered on the box body, wherein a water pouring hole and a rubber cover 141 for sealing the water pouring hole are arranged on the box cover 140. When the user uses the rubber cap 141, water is injected or discharged through the water pouring hole, and the water pouring hole is sealed. In this embodiment, the water storage box 120 is a square body, and the box cover 140 is disposed opposite to the bottom of the water storage box 120. The cover 140 and the case body are preferably detachably connected, such as by clamping, screwing, etc., so as to facilitate the cleaning of the water storage case 120 by the user.
In order to facilitate the user to withdraw the water storage box 120 from the box seat 110, a push-pull part is arranged on the box cover 140, the push-pull part is a groove concavely arranged on the box cover 140, and the push-pull part can present profiling 142 with different shapes, thereby facilitating the user to withdraw/place the water storage box 120 and improving the beauty of the water storage box 120.
Referring to fig. 10, in this embodiment, a water purifying module is disposed in the water storage box 120 to purify water in the water storage box 120, and preferably, the water purifying module includes a mesh plate 127 disposed in the water storage box 120, and the mesh plate 127 has a water purifying material and/or a water purifying structure. In one embodiment, the mesh plate 127 is connected to the case, and the mesh plate 127 may be plural, and the mesh plates 127 may be arranged in a square grid or other shape to filter the water in the water storage case 120.
Further, the water purification module further comprises a buffer waterway for reducing the flow rate of the water passing through the mesh plate 127, so that the time for the water to pass through the mesh plate 127 is prolonged, the mesh plate 127 can purify the water flowing through the mesh plate more sufficiently, and finally the water flowing out of the water quality filtering structure is purified sufficiently; after the purified water passes through the steam generating system 400 of the steam sterilizing cabinet, purer steam is generated, the sterilizing effect of the steam sterilizing cabinet is effectively improved, and meanwhile, the purified water cannot cause blockage, corrosion and other influences on a pipeline or a water box in the steam sterilizing cabinet, so that the service life of the steam sterilizing cabinet is prolonged.
The buffer waterway can be used for reducing the water flow rate in various ways, for example, the shape and the structure of the buffer waterway are arranged to change the flow track of water, and the kinetic energy loss of the water is caused when the water flow direction is changed, so that the water flow rate is reduced; in another embodiment, the flow rate of water can be directly reduced by arranging barriers such as protrusions in the flow channel; in yet another embodiment, the flow rate of water may also be reduced by modifying the slope of the flow path such that water flows through the flow path having an upward slope.
In this scheme, the shape of the buffer waterway is preferably a serpentine shape, for example, the buffer waterway is spiral, serpentine or other special-shaped, so that when water flows in the buffer waterway, large particulate matters in the water can be deposited to the bottom of the water storage box 120 in a natural precipitation manner, thereby improving the water purifying effect. The setting of buffering water route shape can be directly realized through the setting of runner shape, still can be through setting up the drainage piece that can change the water flow direction in original runner to realize the change of water flow direction. In an embodiment, the buffer waterway includes a plurality of baffles, and the baffles are staggered to form the serpentine buffer waterway; the baffle can be in a straight plate shape or a bent plate shape. The material and thickness of the baffle are not limited herein. Preferably, one end of the buffer waterway corresponds to the water outlet 121, and at least one mesh plate 127 is disposed at the water outlet 121, so that most of the water flowing out of the water outlet 121 can be purified under the combined action of the buffer waterway and the mesh plate 127, thereby improving the utilization effect of the buffer waterway and the mesh plate 127.
The invention also provides a steam sterilizing cabinet, which comprises a main control board, a steam generating system 400 and the water box assembly 100; the specific structure of the water box assembly 100 refers to the above embodiment, and because the steam sterilizing cabinet adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, the steam sterilizing cabinet has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments, and will not be described in detail herein. The water passing hole of the water box assembly 100 is connected with the steam generation system 400, and the liquid level detector 130 of the water box assembly 100 is electrically connected with the main control board and the steam generation system 400, so that when the liquid level of the water storage box 120 of the water box assembly 100 drops to a preset value, the main control board controls the steam generation system 400 to stop working, and meanwhile, the liquid level detector 130 gives an alarm to prompt a user to add water into the water storage box 120.
Specifically, the steam sterilizing cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a door body, a steam generating system 400 and a water box assembly 100. The cabinet body comprises an inner container 200 and a shell 300 arranged outside the inner container 200. Specifically, the inner container 200 has a disinfection chamber therein, and the door body can open or close the disinfection chamber; the water cartridge assembly 100 may be disposed between the inner container 200 and the outer case 300 or detachably coupled to the outside of the outer case 300 for delivering water to the steam generation system 400; the steam generation system 400 is used for processing water in the water box to form steam and delivering the steam into the disinfection cavity; the steam generating system 400 is disposed between the liner 200 and the outer case 300 to prevent the user from being scalded due to contact; the water outlet 121 of the water box assembly 100 and the steam generation system 400 may be connected directly or through a pipe.
In this solution, the box base 110 is connected to the liner 200 by means of a fastener, a screw, or the like, an inlet into which the water storage box 120 is inserted is provided on the surface of the liner 200, and the user pushes the water storage box 120 into the box base 110 from the inlet, so that the box base 110 is connected to the water storage box 120, and the water storage box 120 is fixed in the liner 200; the water storage cartridge 120 is pulled out of the inlet by pushing the water storage cartridge 120 again toward the inlet, thereby disengaging the cartridge holder 110 from the water storage cartridge 120.

Claims (13)

1. A water box assembly for a steam sterilizer, the water box assembly comprising:
the box seat is provided with a containing position and a water passing hole corresponding to the containing position;
the water storage box is arranged in the containing position and is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet corresponds to the water passing hole;
the liquid level detector is connected with the box seat and/or the water storage box and is used for detecting the liquid level in the water storage box;
the water purifying module is arranged in the water storage box and/or at the water outlet of the water storage box so as to purify water in the water storage box;
the water storage box or the box seat is provided with a water diversion pipe, a water storage tank is formed on the inner surface of the bottom of the water storage box, and the water diversion pipe extends into the water storage tank from the water outlet;
the box seat comprises a body and a mounting groove formed on the body, wherein the mounting groove forms the accommodating position.
2. The water cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein a sidewall of the mounting groove is provided with a fixing position for fixing the liquid level detector, and the water cartridge is made of a light-transmitting material.
3. The water cartridge assembly of claim 2 wherein the securing location includes a locating notch disposed in a side wall of the mounting slot and a securing slot in communication with the locating notch; the liquid level detector is used for continuously detecting liquid level change in the water storage box and comprises a capacitance detection part and a circuit board electrically connected with the capacitance detection part;
the capacitance detection part is arranged corresponding to the positioning notch, and the circuit board is accommodated in the fixing groove.
4. The water cartridge assembly of claim 1 wherein the water storage cartridge is removably connected to the cartridge seat.
5. The water tank assembly according to claim 4, wherein a hook is convexly arranged on the surface of one side of the water storage tank facing the water passing hole, the tank base comprises a clamping base, the clamping base is arranged corresponding to the hook, and the clamping base extends from the tank base towards the water storage tank; the clamping hook is clamped with the clamping seat so as to connect the water storage box with the box seat;
and a notch is arranged on one side of the mounting groove, which is away from the clamping seat, so that the clamping hook is separated from the clamping seat when the water storage box is pushed from the notch to the clamping seat.
6. The water tank assembly according to claim 4, wherein a clamping groove is formed in the surface of one side, facing the water passing hole, of the water tank, a clamping piece is arranged on the tank base corresponding to the clamping groove, the clamping piece comprises an elastic arm and a main body rotatably connected with the elastic arm, the elastic arm is clamped in the clamping groove to connect the tank base and the water tank, the water tank is pushed towards the clamping piece, and the elastic arm is separated from the clamping groove.
7. The water box assembly of claim 1 wherein a valve is disposed between the water outlet of the water box and the penstock to control the water outlet to open to communicate the penstock with the water outlet when the water box is installed in the receptacle.
8. The water cartridge assembly of claim 7 wherein the valve includes a valve core, a spring and a seal for sealing the water outlet, the spring being disposed around the valve core, the seal being located on a side of the valve core remote from the water outlet such that when the cartridge is installed in the receptacle, the cartridge seat is held against the valve core to disengage the seal from the water outlet, and when the cartridge is separated from the receptacle, the seal seals the water outlet under the force of the spring restoring force.
9. The water cartridge assembly of claim 1 wherein the water passing hole extends toward the outside of the cartridge seat to form a water outlet pipe and the water passing hole extends toward the water outlet of the water storage cartridge to form a water inlet pipe; the water inlet pipe corresponds to the water outlet, and the water outlet pipe is detachably connected with the box seat or integrally formed.
10. The water tank assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water storage tank comprises a tank body and a tank cover covered on the tank body, and a water pouring hole and a rubber cover for sealing the water pouring hole are arranged on the tank cover.
11. The water cartridge assembly of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the water purification module comprises a mesh plate disposed within the water storage cartridge, the mesh plate having a water purification material and/or structure thereon.
12. The water cartridge assembly of claim 11, wherein the water purification module further comprises a buffer waterway, the buffer waterway comprises a plurality of baffle plates, the baffle plates are staggered to form a serpentine buffer waterway, one end of the buffer waterway corresponds to the water outlet, and the mesh plate is arranged at the water outlet.
13. A steam sterilizer comprising a water cassette assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12; the steam sterilizing cabinet further comprises a cabinet body, a door body and a steam generating system; the water box component is connected with the steam generation system to supply water for the steam generation system;
the water box assembly is detachably connected with the cabinet body, and the cabinet body is provided with an installation position for installing the water box assembly.
