At least a filter screen 35 is arranged on the filter 29 or at least a pressure cover 50 is arranged on the filter 29, the pressure cover 50 closes a feeding opening 310 of the filter 29 to form a piston brewing cavity 31 which flows in and out water in a single direction, and a water inlet hole 51 is arranged at the upper part or the middle part or the bottom part or the side part of the piston brewing cavity 31; the water inlet hole 51 and the filter screen 35 are arranged far away from each other to increase the brewing and soaking time of the material to be brewed; the water inlet hole 51 and the filter screen 35 are arranged up and down or left and right or inside and outside oppositely;
the filter 29 and the brewing and collecting piston container 30 are integrally or separately arranged, or the filter 29 and the pressure cover 50 are integrally or separately arranged;
at least one part of the filter 29 is arranged in the liquid inner cavity 42 or the hot water container 10 in a suspending way;
the hot water container 10 is opened upwards and is used for containing hot water to be brewed.
The periphery of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is provided with a first sealing position 38, the first sealing position 38 is arranged in an annular groove 39, and at least one annular groove 39 is arranged; alternatively, the first sealing position 38 is separate from or integral with the brewing collecting piston container 30; the middle part or one side of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is provided with a liquid channel 17 which is communicated with the piston brewing cavity 31, and a water outlet 37 is positioned on the liquid channel 17 and is positioned at the opening or the inner side of the upper part of the brewing and collecting piston container 30;
the inner wall of the pipeline 44 forms the outer wall of the brewing and collecting piston container 30, the outer wall of the pipeline 44 forms the inner wall of the brewing and collecting piston container 30, and at least one part of the outer wall of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is sleeved inside the hot water container 10 to move up and down.
The brewing and collecting piston container 30 is provided with a pressure cover 50 or a pressing position, and the pressure cover 50 or the pressing position drives the brewing and collecting piston container 30 to move downwards in the hot water container 10 to form a sealed pressure cavity 15;
the pressure of the sealed pressure cavity 15 is generated by the water outlet speed blocked by the material to be brewed in the piston brewing cavity 31; alternatively, the pressure of the sealed pressure chamber 15 is generated by that water in the piston brewing chamber 31 flows out faster and slowly to generate water pressure; the piston brewing chamber 31 is disposed downstream of the water outlet 37 of the sealed pressure chamber 15.
A second sealing position 36 is arranged between the brewing and collecting piston container 30 and the connecting channel of the filter 29 for tight connection and flow guide.
The second sealing location 36 and the first sealing location 38 are of elastic plastic or silicone or rubber material; the second sealing position 36 or the first sealing position 38 is arranged for a sealing ring;
the pressure cover 50 is at least provided with a first connecting position 33 which is matched, positioned and connected with a second connecting position 23 at the opening of the filter 29 in a matching way to form a piston brewing cavity 31; or, the pressure cover 50 and the filter 29 are integrally arranged, and the openings are correspondingly matched, positioned and connected with the brewing cover 25 to form a piston brewing cavity 31; the pressure cap 50 closes or shields the opening of the brewing collecting piston container 30.
The pressure cover 50 or the filter 29 closes the upper opening of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 to form a liquid inner cavity 42 which moves from top to bottom and is relatively sealed; the lower part or the middle part of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is in up-and-down sliding sealing connection with the inner wall of the hot water container 10, and the periphery or the bottom of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 and the inner wall of the hot water container 10 form a sealing pressure cavity 15;
the brewing and collecting piston container 30 and the pressure cover 50 are correspondingly buckled, connected or screwed, buckled rotationally, connected or inserted and connected;
the filter 29 and the pressure cover 50 are correspondingly buckled, connected or screwed, buckled rotationally, connected or inserted and connected;
the brewing cover 25 and the pressure cover 50 are correspondingly buckled, connected or screwed, buckled rotationally, connected or inserted and connected;
the sealing pressure cavity 15 is arranged oppositely and hermetically, and an air inlet valve 32 is arranged on the periphery of the sealing pressure cavity 15; the air inlet valve 32 is a one-way valve body or a two-way valve body when meeting air; the air inlet valve 32 is a one-way valve body when meeting water;
the brewing and collecting piston container 30 moves downwards and an air inlet valve 32 closes the air inlet and outlet 19 of the sealed pressure cavity 15 upwards; the brewing and collecting piston container 30 moves upwards to form a vacuum lower suction air inlet valve 32, and the air inlet and outlet port 19 is opened downwards for air inlet;
or the sealed pressure cavity 15 is communicated with the outside through a filter screen 35 or a gap on the piston brewing cavity 31 to admit air;
or, the sealed pressure cavity 15 is communicated with the outside through an air inlet and outlet gap 18 between the periphery of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 and the inner wall of the hot water container 10 for air inlet;
the air inlet valve 32 is switched to open and close to control the brewing and collecting piston container 30 to move up and down in a telescopic way to complete brewing and taking.
The brewing collection piston container 30 is provided with a piston brewing cavity 31, a liquid channel 17, an air inlet valve 32 and a first sealing position 38 to form a brewing collection piston container assembly;
the piston brewing chamber 31 is arranged at the opening or the inner side of the brewing and collecting piston container 30;
the piston brewing cavity 31 is provided with a sprinkling device 55 for making hot water uniformly permeate into the piston brewing cavity 31 for brewing;
the air inlet valve 32 is arranged at the periphery of the piston brewing cavity 31;
alternatively, the intake valve 32 is provided on the pressure cap 50;
alternatively, the intake valve 32 is provided on the filter 29;
alternatively, the intake valve 32 is disposed between the first seal position 38 and the water inlet 16.
The lower part of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is provided with a water inlet 16, and the upper part is provided with a water outlet 37;
or, the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is opened upwards, the bottom of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is provided with a water inlet 16, a pipeline 44 is arranged in an upward extending manner, and the upper part of the pipeline 44 is provided with a water outlet 37;
or, the brewing collection piston container 30 is opened upwards, the water inlet 16 is arranged at the bottom of the brewing collection piston container 30, the water inlet 16 is movably connected with the pipeline 44, the pipeline 44 is independently arranged, or the pipeline 44 and the filter 29 are integrally arranged, or the pipeline 44 and the brewing cover 20 are integrally arranged;
at least a part of the cross section of the liquid inner cavity 42 of the brewing collecting piston container 30 or the brewing collecting piston container assembly is annular;
the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is provided with a handle 43, the open lower part of the handle 43 is provided with a liquid cavity 42 convenient for the liquid to enter the inner side of the hot water container 10, the main body of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is arranged straight, and the periphery of the bottom of the pipeline 44 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the main body of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 or is integrally arranged to form a pipeline 44 which is through up and down;
the pressure cover 50 is provided with an air inlet 19, a lifting handle 52 and a first connecting position 33;
the handle 52 is arranged at the upper part or the side part of the pressure cover 50, and the first connecting position 30 and the air inlet and outlet 19 are arranged at the side part or the lower part of the pressure cover 50; the handle 52 or the handle 43 is pulled by force to move the brewing collection piston container 30 upwards to be separated from the hot water container 10;
at least one part of the piston brewing cavity 31 or the lower part of the filter 29 is suspended in the brewing and collecting piston container 30;
the filter 29 is provided with a distributor 55, the distributor 55 is arranged at the inlet end of the piston brewing cavity 31 of the filter 29 and distributes hot water evenly into the piston brewing cavity 31 to dissolve and brew the material to be brewed, and the dissolved liquid enters the liquid inner cavity 42 at least after passing through the first filter screen or the filter hole 35;
the sprinkling device 55 is arranged for a filter screen or an overflowing hole; the distributor 55 is disposed downstream of the inlet hole 51; the distributor 55 is arranged at the bottom or the upper part or one side or the inner part of the piston brewing cavity 31 or the filter 29; the upstream of the water inlet hole 51 is communicated with the water outlet 37; the piston brewing chamber 31 is arranged at least above one atmospheric pressure to force the liquid to flow out from the first filter screen or the filter hole 35;
the hot water container 10 is provided with a hot water container opening 130, a handle 13 and a container body 2, or the hot water container 10 is provided with the hot water container opening 130, the handle 13, the container body 2, a sealing member 3, a temperature controller component 4, a heating element 5, a bottom cover 8, a kettle cover 1 and a temperature controller switch 14;
the air inlet valve 32 on the air inlet and outlet gap 18 or the air inlet and outlet 19 controls the sealed pressure cavity 15 to be communicated with the outside;
the air inlet valve 32 is arranged on the passage of the air inlet 19 and the air outlet 19 of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 or the pressure cover 50, and the air inlet valve 32 is a cover plate or a sphere.
The brewing collecting piston container 30 is at least partially disposed up and down in the hot water container 10.

the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is movably arranged in the hot water container 10 in a lifting manner, the piston brewing cavity 31 on the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is suspended above the liquid in the liquid inner cavity 42, the brewing and collecting piston container 30 moves downwards, hot water is pressed into the piston brewing cavity 31 and enters the liquid inner cavity 42 through the first filter screen or the filter hole 35 for filtering, and the brewing and collecting piston container 30 divides the hot water container 10 into an upper volume cavity and a lower volume cavity, namely a sealed pressure cavity 15 and a liquid inner cavity 42; the filter 29 separates the sealed pressure cavity 15 from the liquid inner cavity 42;
the liquid brewed by the filter 29 on the brewing collection piston container 30 is collected through the liquid inner cavity 42, and the tasteless inner cavity of the hot water container 10 is separated from the flavoured liquid inner cavity 42, so that the smell can not be tainted and the liquid can not be used in different areas; when the hot water container 10 is used independently, no peculiar smell exists when hot water is contained or heated;
a first sealing position 38 is arranged on the periphery of the brewing and collecting piston container 30, the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is connected with the inner wall of the hot water container 10 in a sliding and sealing mode through the first sealing position 38, and the first sealing position 38 and the brewing and collecting piston container 30 are arranged in a split mode or an integrated mode; alternatively, the first sealing position 38 is provided separately from or integrally with the hot water tank 10;
the lower part of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 forms a sealed pressure cavity 15, a piston brewing cavity 31 of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is the only water outlet channel of the sealed pressure cavity 15, at least one first filter screen or filter hole 35 is arranged at the downstream of the piston brewing cavity 31 of the filter 29, at least one water outlet 37 is arranged at the downstream of the first filter screen or filter hole 35, hot water enters the piston brewing cavity 31 through the water inlet 16, the channel 17 to the water outlet 37 and the water inlet hole 51 of the filter 29 to dissolve the material to be brewed, and the dissolved liquid filters the liquid inner cavity 42 flowing out through the first filter screen or filter hole 35 of the filter 29;
or, a first filter screen or filter hole 35 is arranged between the filter 29 and the pressure cover 50, the first filter screen or filter hole 35 is independently arranged, a gap or a liquid outlet channel 54 is arranged between the first filter screen or filter hole 35 and the bottom of the pressure cover 50, an upright column 290 is arranged on the periphery of the liquid outlet channel 54, and the upright column 290 is arranged between the filter 29 and the pressure cover 50;
the piston brewing cavity 31 on the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is independently arranged or the piston brewing cavity 31 and the brewing and collecting piston container 30 are integrally arranged;
the filter 29 is held up and down in the liquid chamber 42 by the pressure cap 50 and the brewing collection piston container 30;
the pressure cover 50 or the brewing collection piston container 30 is at least provided with a hand pressing position, and the hand pressing position presses downwards to drive the brewing collection piston container 30 to move downwards to generate a pressure cavity; the hand pressing position is arranged to be an upward face or line;
the temperature controller 14 or the high-low temperature change-over switch 140 or the adjustable electronic control panel is arranged on the hot water container 10 or the power supply seat 99, the high-low temperature change-over switch 140 or the adjustable electronic control panel controls the water temperatures of different materials to be brewed, the hot water heating of the materials to be brewed at different temperatures is completed, different tastes and brewing qualities are controlled, the brewed liquid separates the brewing collection piston container 30 from the hot water container 10 through the pressure cover 50 or the handle 43, and the liquid in the brewing collection piston container is poured out; or the pressure cover 50, the handle 13 or the handle 43 can move the whole machine to incline, and the liquid in the machine can be poured out.
The invention also provides a water kettle comprising the pressure method for driving the pressure cavity.
A pressure method of driving a pressure chamber, the method comprising:
a step of pressurizing the sealed pressure cavity 15, which is to insert the brewing collection piston container 30 into the hot water container 10 to be spliced and combined into the sealed pressure cavity 15, to slide the brewing collection piston container 30 downwards, the downstream of the sealed pressure cavity 15 is communicated with the filter 29, the filter 29 is filled with a material to be brewed and blocks the water outlet speed of the sealed pressure cavity 15 to generate pressure to be manually executed, and a step of brewing the material to be brewed, which is to dissolve and brew the material to be brewed by feeding water under the pressure of the sealed pressure cavity 15 into the piston brewing cavity 31 of the filter 29, and to execute the pressure step by using external force.
The pressing step and the brewing step are performed simultaneously.
In the pressure step, a power source for transmitting the entire pressure of the sealing pressure chamber 15 is applied by an external force.
In the pressure step, a first sealing position 38 is arranged between the periphery of the brewing collection piston container 30 and the inner wall of the hot water container 10, and is in sealing sleeve connection with and slides downwards to generate pressure, and the bottom of the outer wall of the brewing collection piston container 30 and the bottom of the inner wall of the hot water container 10 move relatively to generate pressure.
In the pressure step, the space capacity of the sealed pressure cavity 15 is gradually reduced from top to bottom; the internal water pressure of the sealed pressure chamber 15 is at least greater than one atmosphere.
In the pressure step, the farther the distance between the water inlet 16 of the piston brewing chamber 31 of the filter 29 and the first filter screen or the filter hole 35 is, the larger the external force required in the sealed pressure chamber 15 is, that is, the larger the water outlet resistance of the material to be brewed in the piston brewing chamber 31 is generated.
In the brewing step, the material to be brewed is placed in the piston brewing cavity 31, the feeding opening 310 of the filter 29 is closed, the piston brewing cavity 31 flowing in and out water in one direction is formed, the piston brewing cavity 31 is communicated with the sealed pressure cavity 15, and hot water in the sealed pressure cavity 15 is pressed by the discharged water to enter the piston brewing cavity 31 to dissolve and brew the material to be brewed.
In the brewing step, the water is uniformly pressurized by the sealed pressure cavity 15 and enters the piston brewing cavity 31 to be dissolved and brewed, the taste of the material to be brewed is better, and the extraction rate is higher.
In the brewing step, the more the pressure applied to the sealed pressure cavity 15 is, the more water flows into the piston brewing cavity 31 to dissolve and brew the foam of the material to be brewed, and the better the taste is.

Claims (8)

1. A pressure method of driving a pressure chamber, the method comprising,
-a step of pressurizing the sealed pressure chamber (15): the brewing collection piston container (30) is inserted into the hot water container (10) and is internally jointed to form a sealed pressure cavity (15), the brewing collection piston container (30) slides downwards, the downstream of the sealed pressure cavity (15) is communicated with a filter (29), and the filter (29) is filled with a material to be brewed and blocks the water outlet speed of the sealed pressure cavity (15) to generate pressure for manual execution;
and (3) flow guiding of the pressure cavity: a second sealing position (36) is arranged between the brewing and collecting piston container (30) and a connecting channel of the filter (29) for tight connection and flow guide;
the periphery of the brewing and collecting piston container 30 is provided with a first sealing position (38), the first sealing position (38) is arranged in an annular groove (39), and at least one annular groove (39) is arranged; or the first sealing position (38) and the brewing and collecting piston container (30) are arranged separately or integrally; the middle part of the brewing and collecting piston container (30) is provided with a liquid channel (17) which is communicated with the piston brewing cavity (31), and a water outlet (37) is positioned on the liquid channel (17) and positioned at the opening or the inner side of the upper part of the brewing and collecting piston container (30);
the inner wall of the pipeline (44) forms the outer wall of the brewing and collecting piston container (30), the outer wall of the pipeline (44) forms the inner wall of the brewing and collecting piston container (30), and at least one part of the outer wall of the brewing and collecting piston container (30) is sleeved in the hot water container (10) to move up and down;
brewing: in the brewing step, water is fed into a piston brewing cavity (31) of a filter (29) through a sealed pressure cavity (15) under pressure to dissolve and brew the material to be brewed;
and (3) filtering: the filter (29) is used for containing and dissolving a material to be brewed, a water inlet (16) is arranged at the upstream of the filter (29) and is communicated with a sealed pressure cavity (15), the downstream of a piston brewing cavity (31) of the filter (29) is communicated with a liquid inner cavity (42), a brewing and collecting piston container (30) is arranged separately from the filter (29), a pressure cover (50) closes a feeding opening (310) of the filter (29) to form a piston brewing cavity (31) which flows in and out water in a unidirectional mode, and a water inlet hole (51) is arranged at the upper portion or the middle portion or the bottom portion or the side portion of the piston brewing cavity (31); the water inlet hole (51) and the filter screen (35) are arranged far away from each other to increase the brewing and soaking time of the material to be brewed; the water inlet holes (51) and the filter screen (35) are arranged up and down, left and right or inside and outside correspondingly.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the pressure step, the flow directing step, the brewing step, and the filtering step are performed sequentially.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the pressing step, the external force applies a power source for transmitting the entire pressure of the sealed pressure chamber (15).
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the pressure step, a first sealing position (38) is arranged between the periphery of the brewing collection piston container (30) and the inner wall of the hot water container (10) to be in sealing sleeve connection and slide downwards to generate pressure, and the bottom of the outer wall of the brewing collection piston container (30) and the bottom of the inner wall of the hot water container (10) move relatively to generate pressure.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein in the pressure step, the space capacity of the sealed pressure cavity (15) is gradually reduced from top to bottom; the internal water pressure of the sealed pressure chamber (15) is at least greater than one atmosphere.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein in the pressure step, the farther the distance between the water inlet (16) of the piston brewing chamber (31) of the filter (29) and the first filter screen or filter hole (35) is, the larger the external force is required to seal the pressure chamber (15), i.e. the larger the water outlet resistance of the material to be brewed in the piston brewing chamber (31) is.
7. The method according to claim 2, wherein in the brewing step, the sealed pressure chamber (15) is uniformly pressurized to discharge water into the piston brewing chamber (31) to dissolve and brew the substance to be brewed, and the extraction rate is higher.
8. The method according to claim 2, wherein in the brewing step, the more the pressure is applied to the sealed pressure chamber (15), the more water is discharged into the piston brewing chamber (31) to dissolve and brew the foam of the material to be brewed, and the better the taste is.
