Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种带配件的绝缘子,该绝缘子上粘结安装有配件。
一般情况下,在瓷器绝缘子上都接合配件,例如,在悬式绝缘子的头部外侧接合盖配件,头部的内侧接合销形配件。此外,在长杆绝缘子的上下端也接合配件。为进行这样的绝缘子和配件的接合,可使用粘接剂,但为提高粘接的接合强度,预先使瓷质砂粒附着于接合配件绝缘子的表面上,采用将配件粘接于该表面的方法。
过去,瓷器的碎粒作为上述的砂粒使用,但为了性能稳定,最近使用由本发明人在特公平6-53601号公报揭示的方法制造的棱角少的砂粒。且,从经验上揭示了砂粒粒度在1000μm上下为好。但,即使使用上述的砂粒,在产品出厂前的强度实验仍发现了绝缘子和配件间的接合强度低的产品。
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种绝缘子,可使之接合强度误差少且稳定于高强度水平。
为解决上述问题,预先使瓷质砂粒附着于接合配件绝缘子的表面上,采用将配件粘接于该表面的绝缘子中,本发明的绝缘子的特征在于:绝缘子表面的砂粒的粘着密度为30-60粒/cm2。最好砂粒的粒度分布为700μm-1700μm。砂粒可以是无釉砂粒,也可是表面施釉的砂粒。
根据本发明,绝缘子表面的砂粒的粘着密度为30-60粒/cm2,这样,可防止砂粒的重叠或局部砂粒的不足,可使配件和绝缘子之间的接合强度稳定于高水平。
下面就实施例详细说明本发明。
图1是绝缘子表面粘着砂粒状态的正视图。图1中,1是瓷制绝缘子(悬式绝缘子),2是其头部。此头部的外周面粘接安装末图示的盖配件。但在此工序之前,先对绝缘子表面施釉,然后如图所示,由釉药在粘接配件的表面附着瓷质的砂粒3,进行烧结。
如上所述,砂粒3的棱角较少,最好如特公平6-53601号公报所示的那样,将制砂材料挤压成面条状,再整粒、烧结。最好砂粒的粒度分布调整为700-1700μm。如果砂粒比此范围的砂粒细,则提高强度的效果变小。相反,如果砂粒比此范围的砂粒粗,则砂粒或阻碍配件粘接于所定位置,或在砂粒间易产生作为破损起点的空洞。
本发明中,绝缘子表面的砂粒的粘着密度调整为30-60粒/cm2的范围。过去虽没对粘接密度进行管理,但观察过去的产品,发现其密度多为20-25粒/cm2。如本发明这样,使粘着密度增加至30-60粒/cm2,则可消除局部的砂粒不足区域。
砂粒对粘着剂具有锚的效果,故,通过使粘着密度大于30粒/cm2,可消除微观区域的粘着剂的粘接强度误差。当粘着密度小于30粒/cm2时,因为砂粒3不相互接触,所以,在烧结时,砂粒自由地沉积至绝缘子表面的下釉层的内部,不是夹着下釉层而是直接与绝缘子表面接触,成为使强度降低的缘由。
然而,反之,若砂粒密度大于60粒/cm2,则在绝缘子表面产生砂粒间互相重叠现象,在砂粒粘着后烧结收缩时,导致砂粒剥落现象。
为了确认本发明和效果,进行了如下的实验:使绝缘子表面的砂粒粘接密度变化,粘接安装配件,测试配件的粘接强度。此处,绝缘子为直径92mm的实蕊长杆绝缘子,在其表面形成0.2mm的下釉层,在其表面粘附粒度为800-1600的无釉砂粒。结果如下表所示。表中为三次实验的平均值。

如上所述,本发明的带配件的绝缘子通过使绝缘子表面的砂粒粘着密度为30-60粒,可防止由砂粒的重叠产生的空洞或局部的砂粒不足,使配件和绝缘子表面的粘接强度稳定于较高水平。
Claims (4)
1、一种带配件的绝缘子,预先使瓷质砂粒附着于接合配件绝缘子的表面上,采用将配件粘接于该表面,其特征在于:绝缘子表面的砂粒的粘着密度为30-60粒/cm2。
2、如权利要求1记载的带配件的绝缘子,其特征在于:砂粒的粒度分布为700μm-1700μm。
3、如权利要求1或2记载的带配件的绝缘子,其特征在于:砂粒是无釉砂粒。
4、如权利要求1或2记载的带配件的绝缘子,其特征在于:砂粒是表面施釉的砂粒。
