A method of structured storage of medical records as shown in fig. 1, comprising the steps of:
s101: acquiring a check list, and extracting basic information and all check item information on the check list; the basic information comprises hospital information, patient information, examination list names, examination time and sample types; the whole examination item information comprises an examination item name, examination data and a data unit.
The checklist may be in the form of a picture or document. The hospital information may include a hospital name, a hospital ID number (identification number for distinguishing different hospitals), etc., and the patient information may include information of a patient name, sex, identification number, age, etc. The examination order is obtained, typically from the corresponding hospital. The basic information and all the inspection item information on the inspection sheet can be extracted by a scanning method, and the text recognition is performed.
S102: searching a corresponding inspection sheet template according to the basic information and all the inspection item information, and calling out the inspection sheet template if the inspection sheet template corresponding to the basic information and all the inspection item information exists; if not, creating a check list template corresponding to the basic information and all check item information, generating a check list template ID number corresponding to the check list template, and storing the check list template; the inspection sheet template comprises an information template and an integral inspection item template, wherein the input frames of the information template are in one-to-one correspondence with the basic information, and the input frames of the integral inspection item template are in one-to-one correspondence with the integral inspection item information.
And searching a corresponding inspection sheet template according to the basic information and all the inspection item information, specifically searching a corresponding inspection template according to the basic item names of the basic information, all the inspection items of the inspection item information and auxiliary item names corresponding to the inspection items. For example: basic information of the check list: hospital name: guiyang first hospital, hospital ID number: 11107 patient name: pony, patient identification number: XXXX, check sheet name: blood routine, examination time: 2016 8 month 25 days, sample type: whole blood.
