Abstract

本发明公开了一种双密封气体喷射阀,包括:固定连接在一起的前阀体和后阀体,所述前阀体开设有进气口和出气口,所述前阀体内设置有阀座和阀芯安装孔;阀芯的导流孔的延伸方向偏离所述阀芯的中心,使从所述导流孔流过的气流对所述阀芯产生旋转力;所述阀芯的尾部通过弹簧座顶靠于所述回位弹簧,所述阀芯的尾部通过弹簧座顶靠于所述回位弹簧,所述弹簧座与所述阀芯的尾部转动配合。本发明所述弹簧座与阀芯尾部之间的摩擦力非常小,当气流从所述导流孔流过时,气流对阀芯产生的旋转力带动阀芯缓慢旋转并落座,从而提高了阀芯与阀座的密封性能。

双密封气体喷射阀
技术领域
本发明涉及气体喷射阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种电磁控制阀芯开启和关闭的气体喷射阀。
背景技术
中国实用新型专利CN206754406U公开了一种双密封气体喷射阀,其将导流通道开设在阀芯上,省去了起导向作用的阀杆,使阀芯的导向部设置在两密封面之间,结构简单,导向效果好,解决了由于阀杆设置在阀芯的一端,使阀芯的重心不在导向部上,容易造成阀芯偏磨,降低阀芯密封效果的问题。同时,在阀芯上加工导流通道要比在阀体上加工容易的多,在阀体具有同样外部尺寸的的情况下,阀芯可以做的更大,因而可提高气体的过流面积,并降低制造成本。
但是,上述技术方案存在以下问题:阀芯相对于阀体沿阀芯轴线方向做往复运动,实践证明,为了保证阀芯与阀体锥面的密封效果,希望阀芯围绕其轴线做缓慢的旋转运动,由于上述专利的阀芯端面与回位弹簧端面摩擦力太大,导致阀芯不能旋转,影响密封效果,从而影响阀的寿命。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的以上不足,本发明提供一种双密封气体喷射阀,以提高阀芯与阀座的密封性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的双密封气体喷射阀,包括:固定连接在一起的前阀体和后阀体,所述前阀体开设有进气口和出气口,所述前阀体内设置有阀座和阀芯安装孔;阀芯,所述阀芯与所述阀芯安装孔滑动配合,所述阀芯与所述阀座相配合实现所述喷射阀的开启或关闭;所述进气口与位于所述阀芯一侧的阀体内腔连通;所述阀芯的外周面设置有两个环形的凸缘部,所述凸缘部具有与所述阀座相适配的密封面,所述阀芯的两个凸缘部之间的部分与所述前阀体的内表面相对应形成环形腔,所述环形腔与所述出气口连通,所述阀芯的两个凸缘部之间的部分设置有导向部,所述导向部与所述阀芯安装孔相对应,所述阀芯的导向部开设有导流槽,所述阀芯内部开设有连通所述阀芯两侧的前阀体内腔的导流通道;所述导流通道包括开设于所述阀芯的轴向贯通孔以及将所述轴向贯通孔与所述阀芯的外周面连通的导流孔;动衔铁、静衔铁和电磁线圈,所述动衔铁固定于所述阀芯的尾部,所述静衔铁固定于所述后阀体,所述电磁线圈围绕于所述静衔铁的外周,所述静衔铁的内孔中套设弹簧套筒,所述弹簧套筒内设置有回位弹簧;所述导流孔的延伸方向偏离所述阀芯的中心,使从所述导流孔流过的气流对所述阀芯产生旋转力;所述阀芯的尾部通过弹簧座顶靠于所述回位弹簧,所述弹簧座与所述阀芯的尾部转动配合。
优选的,所述弹簧座与所述阀芯的尾部通过凹凸结构转动配合。
优选的,所述阀芯的尾部开设有凹的支撑孔,所述弹簧座设置有凸的的支撑面,所述支撑面与所述支撑孔线接触配合。
优选的,所述支撑孔为内锥孔,所述支撑面为球面。
优选的,所述导流孔与以所述阀芯的中心为圆心以设定尺寸为半径的圆相切。
优选的,所述导流孔开设于靠近所述阀芯尾部的凸缘部。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的技术效果是,所述弹簧座与阀芯尾部转动配合,其两者之间的摩擦力非常小,当气流从所述导流孔流过时,气流对阀芯产生的旋转力带动阀芯缓慢旋转并落座,从而提高了阀芯与阀座的密封性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种双密封气体喷射阀,前阀体100和后阀体300固定连接在一起,电磁铁的动衔铁403固定于阀芯尾部206,静衔铁405固定于后阀体300,静衔铁405的内孔中套设弹簧套筒501,弹簧套筒501内设置有回位弹簧502。
后阀体300连接有端盖401,两者之间设有密封圈,电磁线圈402中置于后阀体300和端盖401内,“中置”是与“侧置”相对而言的。电磁线圈402的内孔中设置有隔磁环404,隔磁环404由隔磁金属材料构成,隔磁环404的两个端面分别贴靠于后阀体300的侧壁和端盖401的内侧端面形成平面密封,这样,电磁线圈402的四周就被后阀体300、端盖401和隔磁环404包围起来,使电磁线圈402与充满气体(也可能是可燃气体)的阀体内腔完全隔离开,消除了安全隐患。为了便于部件安装,后阀体300被设置成分体结构。当电磁线圈402“侧置”时,电磁线圈也需围绕于静衔铁的外周。
动衔铁403经端盖401的中心孔伸入隔磁环404的内孔,静衔铁405从另一端伸入隔磁环404的内孔,两个端面相对,中间留有磁隙t,磁隙t是阀芯200的行程。
如图1所示,前阀体100开设有进气口101和出气口102,前阀体100内设置有阀座,阀体100内开设有阀芯安装孔,阀芯200与阀芯安装孔滑动配合,阀芯200与阀座相配合实现上述喷射阀的开启或关闭。进气口101与位于阀芯200一侧的阀体内腔连通。为了提高阀体的耐磨性,阀体100的阀芯安装孔内可以设置有导向套(本实施例未示出),相应的,阀芯200就应当与导向套滑动配合。阀座与前阀体100一体设置,阀座与前阀体100也可以分体设置,阀座可以采用更为耐磨的材料制造。
如图2所示,阀芯200的外周面设置有两个环形的凸缘部201,凸缘部201具有与阀座相适配的密封面。阀芯200的两个凸缘部201之间的部分与阀体100的内表面相对应形成环形腔,所述环形腔与出气口102连通。
阀芯200的两个凸缘部201之间的部分设置有导向部,所述导向部与阀芯安装孔相对应,所述阀芯的导向部开设有导流槽203,阀芯200内部开设有连通所述阀芯两侧的阀体内腔的导流通道。阀芯的导向部包括两个间隔设置的导向环202,导流槽203开设于导向环202的周面上。导向环202间隔设置,一是为了开设导流槽的需要,二是为了减小导向部与阀芯安装孔的接触面积,防止阀芯200被磨屑卡住。
在本实施例中,导流通道包括开设于阀芯200的轴向贯通孔204以及将轴向贯通孔204与阀芯200的外周面连通的导流孔205,导流孔205开设于靠近阀芯尾部206的凸缘部201上。
如图3所示,导流孔205的延伸方向偏离阀芯200的中心,使从导流孔205流过的气流对阀芯200产生旋转力。本实施例中,导流孔205与以阀芯的中心为圆心以设定尺寸为半径的圆R相切,更有利于增大旋转力。
如图1和图2所示,阀芯尾部206通过弹簧座503顶靠于回位弹簧502,弹簧座503与阀芯的尾部206转动配合,优选的,弹簧座503与阀芯的尾部206通过凹凸结构转动配合。进一步的,阀芯尾部206开设有凹的支撑孔,弹簧座503设置有凸的支撑面,支撑面与所述支撑孔线接触配合。本实施例中,所述支撑孔为内锥孔,所述支撑面为球面。
综上所述,本发明对现有技术的贡献主要体现在,增加了弹簧座503,使弹簧座503与阀芯尾部206之间形成转动配合结构,其两者之间的摩擦力非常小,并在阀芯200上设置了可通过气流产生旋转力的导流孔205,当气流从所述导流孔流过时,气流对阀芯200产生的旋转力带动阀芯缓慢旋转并落座,从而提高了阀芯与阀座的密封性能。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,一切基于本发明的构思、原理、结构及方法所作出的种种改进,都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种双密封气体喷射阀,包括:
固定连接在一起的前阀体和后阀体,所述前阀体开设有进气口和出气口,所述前阀体内设置有阀座和阀芯安装孔;
阀芯,所述阀芯与所述阀芯安装孔滑动配合,所述阀芯与所述阀座相配合实现所述喷射阀的开启或关闭;所述进气口与位于所述阀芯一侧的阀体内腔连通;所述阀芯的外周面设置有两个环形的凸缘部,所述凸缘部具有与所述阀座相适配的锥形密封面,所述阀芯的两个凸缘部之间的部分与所述前阀体的内表面相对应形成环形腔,所述环形腔与所述出气口连通,所述阀芯的两个凸缘部之间的部分设置有导向部,所述导向部与所述阀芯安装孔相对应,所述阀芯的导向部开设有导流槽,所述阀芯内部开设有连通所述阀芯两侧的前阀体内腔的导流通道;所述导流通道包括开设于所述阀芯的轴向贯通孔以及将所述轴向贯通孔与所述阀芯的外周面连通的导流孔;
动衔铁、静衔铁和电磁线圈,所述动衔铁固定于所述阀芯的尾部,所述静衔铁固定于所述后阀体,所述电磁线圈围绕于所述静衔铁的外周,所述静衔铁的内孔中套设弹簧套筒,所述弹簧套筒内设置有回位弹簧;其特征在于,
所述导流孔的延伸方向偏离所述阀芯的中心,使从所述导流孔流过的气流对所述阀芯产生旋转力,所述导流孔与以所述阀芯的中心为圆心以设定尺寸为半径的圆相切;
所述阀芯的尾部通过弹簧座顶靠于所述回位弹簧,所述弹簧座与所述阀芯的尾部转动配合,所述阀芯的尾部开设有凹的支撑孔,所述弹簧座设置有凸的支撑面,所述支撑面与所述支撑孔线接触配合,所述支撑孔为内锥孔,所述支撑面为球面。
2.如权利要求1所述的双密封气体喷射阀,其特征在于,所述导流孔开设于靠近所述阀芯尾部的凸缘部。
