Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the positively-stressed straight edge 16 is parallel to the central axis of the nipple nut 1; the reverse force curve edge 18 or the rounded curved surface gradually extends towards the end surface 19 of the second end along the unscrewing direction.
The forward force-bearing linear edge 16 is parallel to the central axis of the adapter nut 1, so that a screwing force perpendicular to the central axis of the adapter nut 1 can be conveniently applied to the adapter nut 1 through a wrench, the purpose of screwing the adapter nut 1 with relatively small force is achieved, and a certain included angle can be formed between the linear edge and the central axis of the adapter nut 1; once the pipe nut is screwed to a certain degree and then reversely unscrewed, the wrench is only in point contact with the reverse stress curve edge 18 or the fillet curved surface formed on the curved surface 17, and the reverse stress curve edge 18 or the fillet curved surface gradually extends towards the end face direction of one end, connected with the connecting pipe, of the connecting pipe nut 1 along the unscrewing direction, so that the wrench and the reverse stress curve edge 18 are only in point contact, the wrench is easy to slip outwards when applying force, effective screwing torque cannot be applied to the connecting pipe nut 1 through the wrench, the connecting pipe nut 1 cannot be unscrewed reversely through the wrench, and the purpose of reversely preventing disassembly is achieved.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 7, the top end of the curved surface 17 gradually converges toward the central axis of the union nut 1 in the unscrewing direction with respect to the bottom end of the curved surface 17.
The bottom of the relative curved surface 17 in top of curved surface 17 is along the unscrewing direction and is being close to the direction convergence of the axis of taking over nut 1 gradually, makes the spanner have no effort point with this curved surface 17 when the unscrewing on the one hand, and the slippage is outwards easy to reach the reverse purpose of preventing tearing open, and the curved surface 17 nonparallel of two relative indents of on the other hand makes the spanner can't block and dismantle on taking over two curved surfaces 17 of nut 1, further reaches the purpose of preventing tearing open.
Preferably, the curved surface 17 is formed by processing the curved surface 17, wherein the curved surface is an extension of the wrench locking surface 15 and an extension of the cylindrical surface 14 adjacent to the wrench locking surface in the unscrewing direction.
During specific processing, the whole outer side surface of the adapter nut 1 can be processed into a cylindrical surface 14, then two wrench clamping surfaces 15 which are oppositely arranged and are parallel to each other are processed on the outer side surface of the end, connected with the adapter, of the adapter nut 1, and a linear positive stress edge is formed at the joint of the wrench clamping surfaces 15 and the cylindrical surface 14 connected with the wrench clamping surfaces along the screwing direction and is used for clamping the wrench to screw positively; then, a curved surface 17 is processed on the wrench clamping surface 15 and the cylindrical surface 14 connected with the wrench clamping surface in the loosening direction, and a reverse stress straight line edge formed at the joint of the wrench clamping surface 15 and the cylindrical surface 14 connected with the wrench clamping surface in the loosening direction is processed when the curved surface 17 is processed, namely, the reverse stress straight line edge originally used for line contact with the wrench on the wrench clamping surface 15 is cut off by processing the curved surface 17 and is replaced by the curved surface 17 formed between the wrench clamping surface 15 and the cylindrical surface 14 adjacent to the wrench clamping surface in the loosening direction, so that a curved reverse stress edge is formed at the joint of the curved surface 17 and the cylindrical surface 14 connected with the wrench clamping surface in the loosening direction, and the wrench can only carry out point contact (preferably one point contact) with a reverse stress curve edge 18 formed on the curved surface 17 or a round-chamfered curved surface formed by rounding the reverse stress curve edge 18 in the loosening direction, the spanner is easy to outwards slip when force is applied, effective unscrewing torque can not be applied to the pipe nut 1 through the spanner butt joint, the reverse anti-dismounting purpose is achieved, the purposes of forward screwing and reverse unscrewing can be achieved, the structure is simple, and machining is convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 7, a step surface 20 for the wrench to abut is formed between the bottom end of the wrench locking surface 15 and the bottom end of the curved surface 17 and the outer side surface of the first end.
Preferably, the diameter of the cylindrical surface 14 formed by the outer side surface of the first end is greater than or equal to the diameter of the cylindrical surface 14 formed by the outer side surface of the second end; because the wrench clamping surface 15 and the curved surface 17 are both concave relative to the cylindrical surface 14, a step surface 20 for the wrench to abut against is formed between the bottom end of the wrench clamping surface 15 and the outer side edge of the bottom end and the first end of the curved surface 17, and the step surface 20 is used for limiting the fixed position of the wrench, so that the wrench cannot exceed the step surface 20, and the wrench can apply effective screwing torque to the pipe nut 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, one, two or more pairs of wrench clamping surfaces 15 are formed on the outer side surface of the second end, and the union nut 1 is rotationally symmetric around the central axis thereof.
One pair, two pairs or more pairs of wrench clamping surfaces 15 can be processed on the outer side surface of the connecting end of the connecting pipe nut 1 and the connecting pipe according to the specific size of the connecting pipe nut 1, so that the wrench can clamp the connecting pipe nut 1 from multiple angles, and the convenience of assembling the connecting pipe nut 1 is improved; preferably, the adapter nut 1 is rotationally symmetrical around the central axis thereof, so that the structural symmetry of the adapter nut 1 is better, the structural strength of the adapter nut 1 is improved, and the assembly of the adapter nut 1 is more convenient.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a pair of wrench locking surfaces 15 are formed on the outer side surface of the connection end of the nipple nut 1 and the nipple, the wrench locking surfaces being opposite to each other and parallel to each other.
In a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, two pairs of wrench locking surfaces 15 are formed on the outer side surface of the connection end of the union nut 1 and the union, wherein the wrench locking surfaces are arranged oppositely and parallel to each other, and preferably, the union nut 1 is rotationally symmetric around the central axis thereof, i.e. the two pairs of wrench locking surfaces 15 are uniformly distributed on the outer side surface of the union nut 1, so as to improve the convenience of assembling the union nut 1 and balance the stress of the union nut 1.
An embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention provides a pipe joint removal prevention device including: the pipe joint and the connecting pipe nut 1, the connecting pipe nut 1 is the one-way anti-dismounting connecting pipe nut of any one of the above embodiments.
According to the anti-dismantling pipe joint device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pipe joint and the connecting pipe nut 1 are connected with a pipeline, and the pipe joint and the connecting pipe nut 1 can be screwed down only by using a common adjustable wrench or a fixed wrench; after the coupling is screwed up with takeover nut 1, because takeover nut 1's special construction, can't exert effectual reverse unscrewing moment to takeover nut 1 through the spanner to reach the reverse purpose of preventing tearing open, guarantee the non-detachability of coupling and takeover nut 1, avoid because of the mistake dismantlement lead to the emergence of the interior refrigerant of pipeline etc. the accident of revealing, simple structure, convenient operation, processing and installation cost are low.
An embodiment of a third aspect of the present invention provides an air conditioner (not shown in the drawings) comprising: the outdoor unit is connected with a first connecting pipe for the circulation of refrigerant, the indoor unit is connected with a second connecting pipe for the circulation of refrigerant, and the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are connected through the anti-dismantling pipe connecting device in the embodiment.
The air conditioner provided by the above embodiment of the present invention includes the anti-disassembly pipe connecting device according to the above embodiment, so that the air conditioner has the beneficial effects of the anti-disassembly pipe connecting device according to the above embodiment, and further description is omitted here.
In summary, in the one-way anti-detachment union pipe nut provided by the embodiment of the present invention, at least one pair of wrench clamping surfaces which are oppositely arranged and parallel to each other is formed on the outer side surface of the union pipe nut at the end connected with the union pipe, so that the wrench can better clamp the union pipe nut when being tightened; specifically, when the pipe joint is screwed forward, only a common adjustable wrench or a common fixed wrench is needed to be used, the wrench is in line contact with two forward stressed straight line edges formed on the clamping surfaces of the oppositely arranged wrenches along the screwing direction, and the pipe joint nut are locked by applying screwing torque to the pipe joint nut through the wrench; in case screw up to the certain degree when reverse unscrewing again, the spanner only can carry out the point contact along the unscrewing direction with the reverse atress curve limit that forms on the curved surface or carry out the radius angle curved surface that the radius angle was handled and is formed to reverse atress curve limit, and the spanner outwards slippage easily when the application of force can't apply effectual unscrewing moment to the coupling pipe nut through the spanner, reaches the reverse purpose of preventing tearing open, satisfies easily fires refrigerant and takes over the requirement that the pipeline was prevented tearing open.

the outer side surface of the first end is a cylindrical surface, the whole outer side surface of the second end is a cylindrical surface, at least one pair of wrench clamping surfaces which are oppositely arranged and are parallel to each other is formed on the outer side surface of the second end, the top end of each wrench clamping surface penetrates through the end surface of the second end, and the width of the top end of each wrench clamping surface is larger than zero;
a forward force-bearing straight line edge used for being in line contact with a wrench during screwing is formed on the wrench clamping surface, a curved surface which is concave relative to an extension surface of the wrench clamping surface and an extension surface of a cylindrical surface is formed between the wrench clamping surface and the cylindrical surface adjacent to the wrench clamping surface along the unscrewing direction, and a reverse force-bearing curved edge or a fillet curved surface used for being in point contact with the wrench during unscrewing is formed on the curved surface;
the side edge of the wrench clamping surface opposite to the straight line edge stressed in the positive direction is a curved edge.
2. The one-way tamper evident tube nut of claim 1,
the joint of the wrench clamping surface and the cylindrical surface connected with the wrench clamping surface along the screwing direction forms the positive stress straight line edge;
the curved surface and the connecting position of the cylindrical surface connected with the curved surface along the unscrewing direction form the reverse stress curve edge or the reverse stress curve edge is subjected to rounding treatment to form the rounding curved surface.
3. The one-way tamper evident tube nut of claim 1,
the positive stress straight line edge is parallel to the central axis of the adapter nut;
the reverse stress curve edge or the rounded curved surface gradually extends towards the end face direction of the second end along the unscrewing direction.
4. The one-way tamper evident tube nut of claim 1,
the top end of the curved surface is opposite to the bottom end of the curved surface, and the top end of the curved surface gradually converges towards the direction close to the central axis of the adapter nut along the unscrewing direction.

and step surfaces for butting the wrench are formed between the bottom end of the wrench clamping surface and the bottom end of the curved surface and the outer side surface of the first end.

and one or more pairs of wrench clamping surfaces which are oppositely arranged and are parallel to each other are formed on the outer side surface of the second end, and the adapter nut is rotationally symmetrical by taking the central axis of the adapter nut as the center.
7. A one-way anti-disassembly nipple nut having a first end for connection to a pipe connection and a second end for connection to a nipple,
the outer side surface of the first end is a cylindrical surface, the whole outer side surface of the second end is a cylindrical surface, at least one pair of wrench clamping surfaces which are oppositely arranged and are parallel to each other is formed on the outer side surface of the second end, the top end of each wrench clamping surface penetrates through the end surface of the second end, and the width of the top end of each wrench clamping surface is larger than zero;
a forward force-bearing straight line edge used for being in line contact with a wrench during screwing is formed on the wrench clamping surface, a curved surface which is concave relative to an extension surface of the wrench clamping surface and an extension surface of a cylindrical surface is formed between the wrench clamping surface and the cylindrical surface adjacent to the wrench clamping surface along the unscrewing direction, and a reverse force-bearing curved edge or a fillet curved surface used for being in point contact with the wrench during unscrewing is formed on the curved surface;
at least the part of the side edge of the wrench clamping surface, which is opposite to the forward stress linear edge and is close to the second end face, is a linear edge parallel to the forward stress linear edge, and the width of the top end of the wrench clamping surface is less than or equal to the vertical distance between the forward stress linear edge and the projection of the central axis of the adapter nut on the wrench clamping surface.
8. The one-way tamper evident tube nut of claim 7,
the joint of the wrench clamping surface and the cylindrical surface connected with the wrench clamping surface along the screwing direction forms the positive stress straight line edge;
the curved surface and the connecting position of the cylindrical surface connected with the curved surface along the unscrewing direction form the reverse stress curve edge or the reverse stress curve edge is subjected to rounding treatment to form the rounding curved surface.

a pipe joint; and
a nipple nut, which is a one-way tamper-evident nipple nut as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
14. An air conditioner, comprising:
the outdoor unit is connected with a first connecting pipe for circulation of refrigerant; and
the indoor unit is connected with a second connecting pipe for the circulation of refrigerant, and the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are connected through the anti-dismantling pipe connecting device according to claim 13.
