本发明涉及一种生活污水环保处理装置,污水管网经加温绞龙连接至初滤箱顶部,初滤箱中部设有转盘式打包滤芯装置,初滤箱下部设有水量传感器并经泵连接精滤箱上部,精滤箱内由上至下设沸石层、麦饭石层、活性炭层;所述转盘式打包滤芯装置包括秸秆进料斗、转盘式输送机、压滤机、打包机,秸秆进料斗对应设置于转盘式输送机一端,转盘式输送机中间段穿接于初滤箱中,转盘式输送机另一端对应设置压滤机,压滤机连接有打包机,转盘输送机的输送带上均布过水孔。能有效利用秸秆资源、节约过滤成本,简化作业。

本发明涉及环保处理装置,具体说是一种生活污水环保处理装置。
背景技术
现有环保水处理设备大都采用多级过滤,对滤芯进行反冲洗或更换,其作业不便,浪费使用成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能有效利用秸秆资源、节约过滤成本,简化作业的生活污水环保处理装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种生活污水环保处理装置,其特征在于:包括加温绞龙、初滤箱、转盘式打包滤芯装置、水量传感器和精滤箱,污水管网经加温绞龙连接至初滤箱顶部,初滤箱中部设有转盘式打包滤芯装置,初滤箱下部设有水量传感器并经泵连接精滤箱上部,精滤箱内由上至下设沸石层、麦饭石层、活性炭层;所述转盘式打包滤芯装置包括秸秆进料斗、转盘式输送机、压滤机、打包机,秸秆进料斗对应设置于转盘式输送机一端,转盘式输送机中间段穿接于初滤箱中,转盘式输送机另一端对应设置压滤机,压滤机连接有打包机,转盘输送机的输送带上均布过水孔。
进一步地,所述转盘式输送机另一端对应压滤机设有朝向压滤机伸缩推料的推料头。
进一步地,所述初滤箱下部设有曝气管。
进一步地,所述秸秆进料斗内设粉碎机。
使用时,将秸秆等加入秸秆进料斗经粉碎机粉碎后落入转盘式输送机一端,转盘式输送机带动秸秆粉末输送至初滤箱内,对应污水管网经加温绞龙初步加温、搅碎后落至转盘式输送机上,通过秸秆粉末初滤污水,将污水中油脂等过滤下,过滤后的水落入初滤箱内,经水量传感器监控并曝气,控制水泵将水送至精滤箱内由上至下的沸石层、麦饭石层、活性炭层进行精滤,精滤后污水可直接排放,转盘式输送机上持续进料秸秆,秸秆循环对污水初滤,在水量传感器报警过滤水量时,秸秆充分过滤,推料头在其电机带动下推动工作将秸秆推入压滤机压滤后通过打包机打包,过滤、压滤、打包后的秸秆块可直接作电厂燃料使用,其过滤油脂等污物有效提高其热值,能有效利用秸秆资源、节约过滤成本,机械化作业简洁、方便。

图1所示:一种生活污水环保处理装置包括加温绞龙2、初滤箱3、水量传感器4、泵5、精滤箱6、沸石层7、麦饭石层8、活性炭层9、秸秆进料斗10、转盘式输送机11、压滤机12、打包机13、推料头14、粉碎机15、曝气机16。污水管网1经加温绞龙2连接至初滤箱3顶部,初滤箱3中部设有转盘式打包滤芯装置,初滤箱下部内接曝气管16,初滤箱3下部设有水量传感器4并经泵5连接精滤箱6上部,精滤箱内由上至下设沸石层7、麦饭石层8、活性炭层9;转盘式打包滤芯装置包括秸秆进料斗10、转盘式输送机11、压滤机12、打包机13,秸秆进料斗内设粉碎机15,秸秆进料斗对应设置于转盘式输送机一端,转盘式输送机中间段穿接于初滤箱3中,转盘式输送机另一端对应设置压滤机,且转盘式输送机另一端对应压滤机设有带电机朝向压滤机伸缩推料的推料头14,压滤机连接有打包机,转盘输送机的输送带上均布过水孔。

1.一种生活污水环保处理装置,其特征在于:包括加温绞龙、初滤箱、转盘式打包滤芯装置、水量传感器和精滤箱,污水管网经加温绞龙连接至初滤箱顶部,初滤箱中部设有转盘式打包滤芯装置,初滤箱下部设有水量传感器并经泵连接精滤箱上部,精滤箱内由上至下设沸石层、麦饭石层、活性炭层;所述转盘式打包滤芯装置包括秸秆进料斗、转盘式输送机、压滤机、打包机,秸秆进料斗对应设置于转盘式输送机一端,转盘式输送机中间段穿接于初滤箱中,转盘式输送机另一端对应设置压滤机,压滤机连接有打包机,转盘输送机的输送带上均布过水孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生活污水环保处理装置,其特征在于:所述转盘式输送机另一端对应压滤机设有朝向压滤机伸缩推料的推料头。
