Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a polytetrafluoroethylene clamping sleeve nut and a special tool thereof, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: selecting polytetrafluoroethylene plates or bars as raw materials, and processing the raw materials into hexagonal cylinders with required sizes by using a milling machine; clamping the obtained hexagonal cylinder on a lathe, and machining an inner hole and an inner thread by the lathe, wherein the machining length of the inner thread is 70% -80% of the required thread length; and processing the hexagonal cylinder processed by the lathe into an internal thread and an annular boss with required lengths by using a special tool to obtain a finished product. The special tool comprises a tap body, the teeth of the tap body are matched with the internal threads of the polytetrafluoroethylene clamping sleeve nut, the front end of the tap body is provided with an annular sharp edge, the axis is provided with a central hole, and the central hole is matched with the outer diameter of an annular boss in the central hole of the polytetrafluoroethylene clamping sleeve nut. The connector clamping sleeve used on the quartz heating tank is arranged at the liquid outlet of the quartz heating tank and is used for discharging acid liquor in the quartz heating tank. At present, the connector cutting sleeve is formed by casting and pressing liquid transparent polytetrafluoroethylene at one time, so that the device investment is large, the raw material cost is high, and the production period is long.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the manufacturing process of the polytetrafluoroethylene clamping sleeve nut provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
1. Polytetrafluoroethylene plates or bars are selected as raw materials, and the raw materials are processed into hexagonal cylinders with required sizes by using a milling machine.
2. Clamping the obtained hexagonal cylinder on a lathe, and machining a required inner hole and an internal thread 2 by the lathe, wherein the machining length of the internal thread 2 is 70% -80% of the required thread length; the working length of the internal thread 2 is preferably 75% of the desired thread length.
3. Fixing the hexagonal cylinder processed by the lathe on a fixture, and manually processing the internal thread 2 and the annular boss 1 with required lengths by using a special tool to obtain a finished product.

(3) Processing the hexagonal cylinder processed by the lathe into an internal thread and an annular boss with required lengths by using a special tool to obtain a finished product;
