Abstract
本发明提供了一种管线清洗机,包括臭氧发生器,所述臭氧发生器下端与水入口相连,其上端与臭氧管入口相连,臭氧发生器上部通过管道与防腐自吸泵相连,防腐自吸泵与射流器相连,射流器入口与臭氧发生器相连,射流器与防腐增压泵相连,防腐增压泵通过臭氧水混合入口与气水混合器相连,气水混合器一侧设有高压气体入口,高压气体入口与无油气泵相连,气水混合器下端设有混合出口。本发明可在养殖过程中,随时清洗禽畜饮水管线中的污垢药残、杀菌、消毒,不用空棚,且无残留,操作简单方便。

技术领域
本发明属于养殖设备技术领域,具体地说涉及一种管线清洗机。
背景技术
目前,养殖场禽畜饮水管线在养殖过程中由于水中的生物膜及养殖用药等原因,管线及乳头经常堵塞,水中的药残、细菌影响了禽畜饮水安全,现在只能在空棚时用药物侵泡,养殖过程中只能是用气泵冲洗,效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种管线清洗机,解决了背景技术中管线气泵冲洗效果差、药残细菌影响禽畜饮水安全的缺点。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:管线清洗机,包括臭氧发生器,所述臭氧发生器下端与水入口相连,其上端与臭氧管入口相连,臭氧发生器上部通过管道与防腐自吸泵相连,防腐自吸泵与射流器相连,射流器入口与臭氧发生器相连,射流器与防腐增压泵相连,防腐增压泵通过臭氧水混合入口与气水混合器相连,气水混合器一侧设有高压气体入口,高压气体入口与无油气泵相连,气水混合器下端设有混合出口;
优选的,所述臭氧管氧气入口与氧气流量调节表相连,氧气流量调节表与氧气入口相连;
优选的,所述臭氧发生器下端设有臭氧输出口;
优选的,所述气水混合器上部设有点接触压力表。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可在养殖过程中,随时清洗禽畜饮水管线中的污垢药残、杀菌、消毒,不用空棚,且无残留,操作简单方便。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:管线清洗机,包括臭氧发生器1,臭氧发生器1下端与水入口11相连,其上端与臭氧管入口16相连,臭氧发生器1下端设有臭氧输出口9,臭氧管氧气入口16与氧气流量调节表8相连,氧气流量调节表8与氧气入口7相连,臭氧发生器1上部通过管道与防腐自吸泵2相连,防腐自吸泵2与射流器4相连,射流器入口10与臭氧发生器1相连,射流器4与防腐增压泵3相连,防腐增压泵3通过臭氧水混合入口12与气水混合器6相连,气水混合器6一侧设有高压气体入口15,高压气体入口15与无油气泵5相连,气水混合器6下端设有混合出口13,气水混合器6上端设有点接触压力表14,点接触压力表14设定电接触压力表压力工作范围,控制设备输出压力。
接通电源,防腐自吸泵2、防腐增压泵3运转,抽取自来水经水入口11、臭氧发生器1、防腐自吸泵2、射流器4、防腐增压泵气3到气水混合器6,氧气由入口7、氧气流量调节表8、臭氧管氧气入口16进入臭氧发生器1,臭氧气体由射流器4吸入,经防腐增压泵3与水混合加压到气水混合器6;无油气泵5工作,高压气体经高压气体入口15加压到气水混合器6内,水、气、臭氧混合后由混合出口13输出冲洗管道,其中气体为动力、水为载体、臭氧是氧化剂。
流经水入口11、臭氧发生器1的自来水同时为臭氧发生器降温用。
由于射流器4输出压力不高于0.1mp,用防腐增压泵3减少射流器4出口压力,增加输出压力。
本发明可在养殖过程中,随时清洗禽畜饮水管线中的污垢药残、杀菌、消毒,不用空棚,且无残留,操作简单方便。
本发明适用于多种管道清洗消毒。
Claims (4)
1.管线清洗机,包括臭氧发生器(1),其特征在于所述臭氧发生器(1)下端与水入口(11)相连,其上端与臭氧管入口(16)相连,臭氧发生器(1)上部通过管道与防腐自吸泵(2)相连,防腐自吸泵(2)与射流器(4)相连,射流器入口(10)与臭氧发生器(1)相连,射流器(4)与防腐增压泵(3)相连,防腐增压泵(3)通过臭氧水混合入口(12)与气水混合器(6)相连,气水混合器(6)一侧设有高压气体入口(15),高压气体入口(15)与无油气泵(5)相连,气水混合器(6)下端设有混合出口(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的管线清洗机,其特征在于所述臭氧管氧气入口(16)与氧气流量调节表(8)相连,氧气流量调节表(8)与氧气入口(7)相连。
3.如权利要求1所述的管线清洗机,其特征在于所述臭氧发生器(1)下端设有臭氧输出口(9)。
4.如权利要求1所述的管线清洗机,其特征在于所述气水混合器(6)上部设有点接触压力表(14)。
