Abstract

本发明提供了一种新型光子能量熏蒸舱,包括舱底壳、与所述舱底壳通过铰链连接的舱上壳、气撑杆、设置于所述舱底壳底部的进水三通、与所述进水三通配合的进水球阀、连接所述进水球阀末端的蒸汽出气管,位于所述蒸汽出气管末端的蒸汽喷射嘴,以及位于所述舱底壳的舱底排废水口,所述舱底排废水口用于将舱内产生的冷凝废水排岀舱外,在蒸汽出气管的中部还连接有光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒,所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒与所述蒸汽出气管位于同一平面,以使得所述中药蒸汽通过蒸汽出气管输送到光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒,经过所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒活化后,进入蒸汽喷射嘴,喷入舱内。解决了现有技术的问题,提高了用户体验。

Description

一种新型光子能量熏蒸舱
技术领域
本发明涉及家电结构领域,具体而言,涉及一种新型光子能量熏蒸舱。
背景技术
中医药是祖国璀灿文化的重要组成部分。中药外治疗法是中医药学的一个分支。中药外治,方法众多,洋洋洒洒,林林总总百多种,较之汤药内服真可谓其法变化无穷。历经千百年的实践,这些疗法或借自然之力,或倚人力之功,或操器具之便,或依药石之效,诸法合用,诸力共施,收事半功倍之效,于急救、于治疾、于康复、于养生,皆显不凡之身手,深得医家、病者之青睐,因此千百年来非但不衰不竭,反而波涌浪涛,不断发展,日臻完备。
现有技术中,为了增加中药疗效,通常都通过中药熏蒸辅助人体进行药效吸收,具体的,目前技术中通过对中药药液进行加热,产生蒸汽,利用中药蒸汽对人体皮肤或患部进行直接熏蒸,达到医疗和保健的效果,但是目前的中药熏蒸其结构原理简单,仅仅只能将中药成分溶解在水中进行加热产生蒸汽,或者直接涂抹在用户身上,无法充分分解中药成分,人体吸收较差,特别是在存在温差时,药效溶解更差,造成中药材料的浪费,增加成本,造成用户体验较差,因此现有技术亟待提供一种促进人体吸收效果更好的新型能量熏蒸方式或者设备。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种新型光子能量熏蒸舱,可以解决现有技术仅仅能将中药成分溶解在水中或者直接对用户进行涂抹或者服用,无法充分分解中药成分,造成人体吸收较差,特别是在存在温差时,药效溶解较差,造成中药材料浪费,增加成本,用户体验较差的问题。
有鉴于此,本发明提出的一种新型光子能量熏蒸舱,其特征在于,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱包括舱底壳(1)、与所述舱底壳(1) 通过铰链(4)连接的舱上壳(2)、所述舱底壳(1)和所述舱上壳(2)构成容纳空间,以使得用户可在舱内进行中药熏蒸,用于支撑所述舱上壳(2)开启和关闭的气撑杆(5)、设置于所述舱底壳(1)底部的进水三通(6)、与所述进水三通(6)配合的进水球阀(7)、连接所述进水球阀(7)末端的蒸汽出气管(11),位于所述蒸汽出气管(11)末端的蒸汽喷射嘴(13),所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)用于喷射中药蒸汽,以及位于所述舱底壳(1)的舱底排废水口(24),所述舱底排废水口(24)用于将舱内产生的冷凝废水排岀舱外,在所述蒸汽出气管(11)的中部还连接有光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12),所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12)与所述蒸汽出气管(11)位于同一平面,以使得所述中药蒸汽通过蒸汽出气管(11)输送到光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12),经过所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12)活化后,进入蒸汽喷射嘴(13)喷入舱内,其中,所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)包括围设成预设角度均匀分布的至少2个小喷气孔。
优选的,所述舱底壳(1)的底部配合安装有用于移动所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱本体的脚轮(3)、在由所述舱底壳(1)和所述舱上壳(2)构成容纳空间中,还配合设置有可供用户使用的座盘(15),在所述座盘(15)的下部设置有臭氧发生器(16),所述座盘(15)的背部分布有至少一排凸起的半球,以利于所述中药蒸汽的气流通过并可以按摩用户背部,所述座盘(15)可活动的连接于所述舱底壳(1)以实现座位高低调节。
优选的,所述舱底壳(1)、舱上壳(2)的表面涂层的制备材料中混合有光子能量粉末,以使得在水蒸汽加热作用下,舱壳壳体表面材料启动光子能量光波与药物中逸出的中药分子或离子产生集波共振,作用于用户体表或体内细胞起到杀菌、消炎、止痒、止痛、活化细胞、促进血液循环的药疗作用。
优选的,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱还配置有与所述进水三通(6)配合的进水电磁阀(8),所述进水电磁阀(8)用于控制所述进水三通(6)以进行加水,以及控制启动中药熏蒸功能。
优选的,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱还配置有设置于所述进水球阀(7)与所述蒸汽出气管(11)之间的蒸汽发生器(9),所述蒸汽发生器(9)用于溶解中药材料,并加热产生中药蒸汽。
优选的,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱还配置有水位传感器(10),用于检测水位,以在缺水时控制所述进水电磁阀(8)启动加水功能。
优选的,所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)的外侧还设置有紫晶滤层(14),以对所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)喷射的中药蒸汽进行过滤和微量元素激发。
优选的,所述舱上壳(2)的内表面还配置有臭氧发生器(16)、温控头(17)、远红外线灯(18);所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱的外壳舱体还配置有扬声器(19)、UBS接口(20)、控制器(21),与所述控制器(21)配合的交互控制面板(22),以及电源插头(23)。
优选的,所述舱底壳(1)以及所述舱上壳(2)的制备材料中混合有光子能量粉末,其中所述光子能量粉末的组分和配比包括:氧化锆5%~15%、氧化镁5%~10%、氧化钇1%~5%、氧化钛5%~10%、氧化硅20%~30%、氧化镧5%~10%、氧化铈20%~30% 。
优选的,所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12)的组份和配比包括:氧化镍0.5%~1.5%,氧化钴1%~3%,氧化铁5%~10%,氧化钛1%~3%,氧化锌2%~4%,氧化锰3%~5%,氧化铬1%~2%,氧化铝2%~4%,氧化镧1%~3%,氧化铈1%~3%,氧化钇2%~3%,氧化锆4%~6%、电气石20%~40%、以及适量粘合剂。
本发明的目的在于克服现有的中药熏蒸的缺点,本申请提供的光子能量熏蒸舱一方面能将含中药成分水蒸气通过光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒将蒸气集具离子化、抗氧化、抗菌杀菌等功能于一体生成的蒸气小分子团,即针对中药成分进行离子化、能量化。因其活性强,所以溶解力、渗透力得以提升,熏蒸效果较佳。最终通过使药物离子化,对皮肤或患部进行直接熏蒸;因皮肤具有吸收、渗透、促进新陈代谢作用的特牲,通过全身皮肤、穴位、孔窍药物离子的吸收渗透,达到疏通经络、调和气血、使肌体内毒外出、扶正祛邪的疗效。
另一方面舱壳内层材质中混合光子能量粉末材料,在水蒸汽加热作用下,以使得在水蒸汽加热作用下,舱壳壳体表面材料启动光子能量光波与药物中逸出的中药分子或离子产生集波共振,作用于用户体表或体内细胞起到杀菌、消炎、止痒、止痛、活化细胞、促进血液循环的药疗作用。特别是在出现温差时,可以启动与人体同波长和频率的能量光波,与人体产生集波共振,激发人体细胞再生,从而大大提高了用户体验。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明并不限于下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
参考图1~图5所示,本发明提供一种新型光子能量熏蒸舱,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱包括舱底壳(1)、与所述舱底壳(1) 通过铰链(4)连接的舱上壳(2)、所述舱底壳(1)和所述舱上壳(2)构成容纳空间,以使得用户可在舱内进行中药熏蒸,用于支撑所述舱上壳(2)开启和关闭的气撑杆(5)、设置于所述舱底壳(1)底部的进水三通(6)、与所述进水三通(6)配合的进水球阀(7)、连接所述进水球阀(7)末端的蒸汽出气管(11),位于所述蒸汽出气管(11)末端的蒸汽喷射嘴(13),所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)用于喷射中药蒸汽,以及位于所述舱底壳(1)的舱底排废水口(24),所述舱底排废水口(24)用于将舱内产生的冷凝废水排岀舱外,在所述蒸汽出气管(11)的中部还连接有光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12),所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12)与所述蒸汽出气管(11)位于同一平面,以使得所述中药蒸汽通过蒸汽出气管(11)输送到光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12),经过所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12)活化后,进入蒸汽喷射嘴(13),喷入舱内,其中,所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)包括围设成预设角度均匀分布的至少2个小喷气孔。
优选的,所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)包括多个向前方伸出的小喷气孔,例如,所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)包括向前方向成30度角至60度角均匀分布6-18个小孔,形状较为类似家用燃气灶的中心出气孔。
本发明所提供的新型光子能量熏蒸舱一方面提供了舱上壳和舱下壳的斜线设计,掀开舱盖后,用户出入方便。另一方面通过气撑杆使得舱体可前后倾角,用户进出方便,可自由选择体位,熏蒸过程舒适;优选的,舱内配件可采用不锈钢、黄铜为原料,避免锈蚀、延长设备使用寿命;
中药蒸汽可从用户的背部、足底循环送气,符合人体经络走向,温度均衡、时间控制精确,确保疗效;同时在舱底壳设置了针对冷凝水回收的功能,可确保舱体内干爽。
本发明配置的光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒能将蒸气集具活化、净化、离子化、抗氧化、抗菌杀菌等功能于一体生成的蒸气小分子团。因其活性强,始终存在,所以溶解力,渗透力,扩散力,乳化力,使药物离子化小分子,对皮肤或患部进行直接熏蒸;因皮肤具有吸收、渗透、排泄作用的特牲,通过药物离子对全身皮肤、穴位、孔窍的吸收渗透,达到疏通经络、调和气血、使肌体内毒外出、扶正祛邪的疗效;
优选的,所述舱底壳(1)的底部配合安装有用于移动所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱本体的脚轮(3)、在由所述舱底壳(1)和所述舱上壳(2)构成容纳空间中,还配合设置有可供用户使用的座盘(15),在所述座盘(15)的下部设置有臭氧发生器(16),所述座盘(15)的背部分布有至少一排凸起的半球,以利于所述中药蒸汽的气流通过并可以按摩用户背部,所述座盘(15)可活动的连接于所述舱底壳(1)以实现座位高低调节。
进一步的,所述所述舱底壳(1)、舱上壳(2)的表面涂层的制备材料中制备材料中混合有光子能量粉末,以使得在水蒸汽加热作用下,光子能量粉末材料将药物中逸出的中药离子化小分子,作用于用户体表或体内细胞产生杀菌、消炎、止痒、治痛的药疗作用。
较佳的,在舱壳内层材质中混合光子能量粉末材料,在水蒸汽加热作用下,以使得在水蒸汽加热作用下,舱壳壳体表面材料启动光子能量光波与药物中逸出的中药分子或离子产生集波共振,作用于用户体表或体内细胞起到杀菌、消炎、止痒、止痛、活化细胞、促进血液循环的药疗作用。
优选的,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱还配置有与所述进水三通(6)配合的进水电磁阀(8),所述进水电磁阀(8)用于控制所述进水三通(6)以进行加水,以及控制启动中药熏蒸功能。
优选的,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱还配置有设置于所述进水球阀(7)与所述蒸汽出气管(11)之间的蒸汽发生器(9),所述蒸汽发生器(9)用于溶解中药材料,并加热产生中药蒸汽。
本申请的新型光子能量熏蒸舱是通过蒸汽发生器(9)将含中药成份蒸汽由皮肤给药,可避免药物对口腔粘膜、消化道及胃肠的刺激,减轻肝脏、肾脏负担,药物直达患处,疗效好、副作用少。
优选的,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱还配置有水位传感器(10),用于检测水位,以在缺水时控制所述进水电磁阀(8)启动加水功能。
优选的,所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)的外侧还设置有紫晶滤层(14),以对所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)喷射的中药蒸汽进行过滤和微量元素激发。
中药蒸气通过紫晶滤层增加人体所需的硒、锌、镍、钴、锰、镁、钙等30多种对人体有益的微量元素,这些元素散发的启动波和人体细胞的启动波是同一种波动状态,人体细胞随着从锗石散发出的波动产生共鸣和共振,使人体细胞组织更具活力,并促进血液循环,增强新陈代谢,及进排除体内废物疗效。
优选的,所述舱上壳(2)的内表面还配置有臭氧发生器(16)、温控头(17)、远红外线灯(18);所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱的外壳舱体还配置有扬声器(19)、UBS接口(20)、控制器(21),与所述控制器(21)配合的交互控制面板(22),以及电源插头(23)。
本发明可在治疗结束后,一键自动臭氧消毒,有效避免医源性交叉感染;通过控制器以及交互控制面板可配备MP4及语音呼叫系统,方便病人使用,使治疗更加轻松、舒适,有助于药物吸收;
本发明提供的交互控制面板,可调节设定参数,包括时间、温度、时长等等,例如,温度设定为44℃,时间30分钟,时间为冬天30分钟,夏天20分钟。
优选的,所述舱上壳(2)的制备材料中混合有光子能量粉末,其中所述光子能量粉末的组分和配比包括:氧化锆5%~15%、氧化镁5%~10%、氧化钇1%~5%、氧化钛5%~10%、氧化硅20%~30%、氧化镧5%~10%、氧化铈20%~30% 。在制备时,示例的,以上材料均要求纯度达99%以上,充分混合均匀后,置入陶瓷炉中,缓慢升温至850度(用时2小时),保温2小时,再升温至1150度,保温8小时,经过自然冷却,再球磨至微粉。将加工好的微粉按7:3的比例加入电气石粉,搅拌均匀。所述光子能量粉末功能材料制备好,在制作熏蒸舱内壁时加入主材料中,功能材料于主材料的比例要求30%~40%:70%~60%。
优选的,所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12)的组份和配比包括:氧化镍0.5%~1.5%,氧化钴1%~3%,氧化铁5%~10%,氧化钛1%~3%,氧化锌2%~4%,氧化锰3%~5%,氧化铬1%~2%,氧化铝2%~4%,氧化镧1%~3%,氧化铈1%~3%,氧化钇2%~3%,氧化锆4%~6%、电气石20%~40%、以及适量粘合剂。
在制备时,示例的,将所述氧化镍、氧化钴、氧化铁、氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化锰、氧化铬、氧化铝、氧化镧、氧化铈、氧化钇、氧化锆及电气石球磨至150~200目后混合,并用600~700度的温度锻烧2小时,再球磨至350~450目,而后加入粘合剂,最后倒模成型再以1200度高温煅烧(4小时升温过程,12小时保温)。

1.一种新型光子能量熏蒸舱,其特征在于,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱包括舱底壳(1)、与所述舱底壳(1) 通过铰链(4)连接的舱上壳(2)、所述舱底壳(1)和所述舱上壳(2)构成容纳空间,以使得用户可在舱内进行中药熏蒸,用于支撑所述舱上壳(2)开启和关闭的气撑杆(5)、设置于所述舱底壳(1)底部的进水三通(6)、与所述进水三通(6)配合的进水球阀(7)、连接所述进水球阀(7)末端的蒸汽出气管(11),位于所述蒸汽出气管(11)末端的蒸汽喷射嘴(13),所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)用于喷射中药蒸汽,以及位于所述舱底壳(1)的舱底排废水口(24),所述舱底排废水口(24)用于将舱内产生的冷凝废水排岀舱外,在所述蒸汽出气管(11)的中部还连接有光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12),所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12)与所述蒸汽出气管(11)位于同一平面,以使得所述中药蒸汽通过蒸汽出气管(11)输送到光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12),经过所述光子能量负离子陶瓷芯片滤筒(12)活化后,进入蒸汽喷射嘴(13)喷入舱内,其中,所述蒸汽喷射嘴(13)包括围设成预设角度均匀分布的至少2个小喷气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型光子能量熏蒸舱,其特征在于,所述舱底壳(1)的底部配合安装有用于移动所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱本体的脚轮(3)、在由所述舱底壳(1)和所述舱上壳(2)构成容纳空间中,还配合设置有可供用户使用的座盘(15),在所述座盘(15)的下部设置有臭氧发生器(16),所述座盘(15)的背部分布有至少一排凸起的半球,以利于所述中药蒸汽的气流通过并可以按摩用户背部,所述座盘(15)可活动的连接于所述舱底壳(1)以实现座位高低调节。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型光子能量熏蒸舱,其特征在于,所述舱底壳(1)、舱上壳(2)的表面涂层的制备材料中混合有光子能量粉末材料,以使得在水蒸汽加热作用下,舱壳壳体表面材料启动光子能量光波与药物中逸出的中药分子或离子产生集波共振,作用于用户体表或体内细胞起到杀菌、消炎、止痒、止痛、活化细胞、促进血液循环的药疗作用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型光子能量熏蒸舱,其特征在于,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱还配置有与所述进水三通(6)配合的进水电磁阀(8),所述进水电磁阀(8)用于控制所述进水三通(6)以进行加水,以及控制启动中药熏蒸功能。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型光子能量熏蒸舱,其特征在于,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱还配置有设置于所述进水球阀(7)与所述蒸汽出气管(11)之间的蒸汽发生器(9),所述蒸汽发生器(9)用于溶解中药材料,并加热产生中药蒸汽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型光子能量熏蒸舱,其特征在于,所述新型光子能量熏蒸舱还配置有水位传感器(10),用于检测水位,以在缺水时控制所述进水电磁阀(8)启动加水功能。
