When the water level control component 8 detects a low water level, the water level control component 8 can send a signal to the controller of the steam heating device, after the controller receives the signal, the steam generator 2 is controlled to stop working, meanwhile, the water supply pump 3 is controlled to convey a certain amount of water solution mixed with the descaling agent in the water supply area into the pipeline, the water level control component 8 and the steam generator 2, after the water level control component 8 detects a high water level, the controller sends a signal to the controller again, the controller controls the water supply pump 3 to stop working, meanwhile, the water return pump 4 is controlled to start, the water solution mixed with the fouling in the pipeline and the steam generator 2 is pumped back to the water return area by the water return pump 4, the water solution in the water return area returns to the water supply area after being filtered by the water return filter screen 103, and is a working cycle, the process is repeated, the pipeline, the water level control component 8, the water-air separation component 9 and the steam generator 2 are continuously softened and dissolved, the impurities are repeatedly filtered by the water return filter screen 103 after the water return pump 4 is circulated for a certain times, and the scale in the pipeline, the water level control component 8, the water-air separation component 9 and the steam generator 2 are cleaned.
In the prior art, any structure capable of realizing the water level detection function and sending a corresponding signal to the controller can be used as the water level control assembly 8 pointed by the present embodiment.
Further, a cleaning button may be provided on the control panel of the steam heating device, and after a certain amount of detergent and a certain amount of water are injected into the water tank 1, the cleaning button and the water supply and drainage system are started to clean the pipeline, the steam generator 2 and other scale. By repeated soaking and flushing of the aqueous solution mixed with the descaling agent, the scale is gradually softened, dissolved and flushed away, thereby achieving the purpose of thoroughly clearing the scale in the pipeline and the steam generator 2.
In this embodiment, the top of the water level control assembly 8 may be provided with a water level balancing pipe 801, and the water level balancing pipe 801 is communicated with the inner container of the steam heating device.
The top of the water level control assembly 8 is communicated with a water level balance pipe 801, and the water level balance pipe 801 is communicated with the inner container of the steam heating device, so that the influence of negative pressure can be eliminated, and the water level inside the water level control assembly 8 is consistent with the water level in the steam generator 2.

The water supply and drainage system comprises a water-gas separation assembly 9 which is vertically arranged and is communicated with the horizontal section, the top of the steam generator 2 is communicated with the top of the water-gas separation assembly 9, steam generated by the steam generator 2 enters the inner container of the steam heating device through the water-gas separation assembly 9, and water separated from the steam returns to the main pipeline 7, so that on one hand, the water-gas separation assembly 9 can realize water-gas separation of the water steam output by the steam generator 2 to a certain extent, and the quantity of water carried by the steam in the inner container of the steam heating device is reduced; on the other hand, the water separated by the water-gas separation assembly 9 falls back into the main pipeline 7, and can exchange heat with the water solution in the main pipeline 7, so that the temperature of the water solution in the main pipeline 7, the first pipeline 5 and the second pipeline 6 is increased, and the descaling agent can exert better descaling effect.
Specifically, the water-gas separation assembly 9 may include a separation kettle provided with a cavity and a separation net fixedly arranged in an inner cavity of the separation kettle, wherein one end of the separation kettle is communicated with the steam generator 2 and the inner container of the steam heating device, and the other end of the separation kettle is communicated with the main pipeline 7.
The separation kettle can include the kettle body and with last kettle body detachable fixed connection's lower kettle body, the separation net sets firmly in the junction of last kettle body and lower kettle body, goes up the kettle body and keeps away from the one end of lower kettle body and communicates with steam generator 2 and steam heating device's inner bag, and the kettle body is kept away from the one end of last kettle body and main line 7 intercommunication down.
The cross-sectional shape of the separation pot may be circular.
In this embodiment, the top of the water tank 1 may be provided with a water filling port 105 that can be opened and closed.
A water filling port 105 which can be opened and closed is arranged at the top of the water tank 1, so that water and a scale remover can be conveniently added into the water tank 1.
In this embodiment, the water supply and drainage system may further include a water tank mounting bracket, where the water tank 1 is detachably and fixedly connected to the water tank mounting bracket, and is disposed in the steam heating device through the water tank mounting bracket.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the steam heating cooking device may be a steam oven, a steaming and baking integrated machine, or a microwave oven integrated machine.

9. A steam heating cooking device characterized in that a water supply and drainage system according to any one of claims 1-8 is provided.
10. The steam heating cooking device of claim 9, wherein the steam heating cooking device is a steam oven or a microwave oven.
