In the length direction along the wire groove bottom shell 31, the plurality of wire loops 33 are arranged at intervals, so that the situation that the cable is bent when the cable is long can be avoided, and the wiring quality is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and fig. 11 to 13, a bottom chassis base plate boss 315 is provided on a surface of the bottom chassis base plate 310 facing the side of the wire groove cover plate 32, and a wire loop groove 334 is provided on a surface of the wire loop 33 facing the side of the bottom chassis base plate 310. The bottom chassis floor boss 315 snaps into the collar recess 334.
The structural strength of the bottom chassis base 310 can be improved by providing the bottom chassis base boss 315, which is also used for positioning and mounting the wire loop 33.
During assembly, the bottom shell bottom plate boss 315 is clamped in the wire ring groove 334, so that the wire ring can be transversely positioned, and the stability of connection between the bottom shell bottom plate boss and the wire ring is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and 11-13, side plate stopper portions 316 are formed on the inner surfaces of the first side plate 311 and the second side plate 312, respectively, and wire loop stepped portions 335 are formed on both sides of the wire loop 33, respectively, and the wire loop stepped portions 335 are in contact with the side plate stopper portions 316.
When the wire loop 33 is put into the wire slot 3, the wire loop step portion 335 is in contact with the side plate limiting portion 316, and the wire loop 33 is longitudinally positioned by the side plate limiting portion 316, so that the stability of connection between the wire loop and the side plate limiting portion is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5 and 14-15, the end of the wire chase 3 remote from the wiring hose 4 is further provided with a corner connector 7 for connecting between adjacent wire chases 3 at the corners.
The corner connector 7 comprises a connector body 71, a first clamping end 72 and a second clamping end 73 which are connected to two ends of the connector body 71 and are used for being connected with the wire slot 3, and clamping buckles 74 used for clamping the wire slot 3 are respectively arranged at the first clamping end 71 and the second clamping end 73.
The connector body 71 includes a body bottom plate 711 having a bent portion, two body side plates 712 are provided opposite to each other on both sides of the body bottom plate 711, and a wiring passage 713 is formed between the body bottom plate 711 and the two body side plates 712.
That is, the corner adapter 7 mainly comprises an adapter body 71, a first snap end 72 and a second snap end 73. The first fastening end 72 and the second fastening end 73 are respectively connected to two ends of the adapter body 71, and the first fastening end 72 and the second fastening end 73 are both used for connecting with the wire slot 3. The first snap end 72 and the second snap end 73 have the same structure and different extending directions, and are used for connecting adjacent trunking 3 at the corner.
The adapter body 71 includes a body base 711, and the body base 711 has a bent portion for guiding the transmission direction of the wire bundle. Two body side plates 712 are provided opposite to each other on both sides of the body bottom plate 711, and a wiring passage 713 is formed between the body bottom plate 711 and the two body side plates 712, the wiring passage 713 being for accommodating a wire harness.
The first snap end 72 and the second snap end 73 each comprise a snap base and two base side plates, and the two base side plates are relatively fixed on two sides of the snap base. A U-shaped groove is formed between the two substrate side plates and the buckle substrate, and the U-shaped groove is used for connecting the wire groove 3.
The U-shaped groove is communicated with the wiring channel 713, and the wire harness is transmitted out of the external wire groove by inserting the end part of the wire groove into the U-shaped groove, so that the wire harness enters the U-shaped groove and the wiring channel 713.
The fastening base plate and the main body base plate 711 are fixedly connected by a connecting piece such as a screw or a corner bracket, and each base plate side plate and the main body side plate 712 connected with the base plate are fixedly connected by a connecting piece such as a screw or a corner bracket, so that the first fastening end 72 and the second fastening end 73 are respectively fixedly connected with the adapting main body 71. The first snap-fit end 72 and the second snap-fit end 73 are respectively integrally formed with the adapter body 71, which is beneficial to improving the structural strength of the corner adapter and is easy to realize in terms of technology.
Each substrate side plate is provided with a clamping buckle 74, the clamping buckle 74 extends towards the U-shaped groove, and the end part of the wire slot 3 inserted into the U-shaped groove is fastened in the U-shaped groove through the clamping buckle 74.
The catch 74 may be a boss with a pointed end.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an assembling method for assembling the bottom box connection assembly, including the following steps:
s001: a substrate opening 11 is provided at a predetermined position of the substrate 1.
S002: the wire groove 3 is mounted on a predetermined position on the back surface of the substrate 1, and the wiring hose 4 is connected to the wire groove 3.
S003: the end of the wiring hose 4 is connected to the bottom box wire inlet hole 22 of the bottom box 2.
S004: the bottom box outlet 21 of the bottom box 2 is aligned with the substrate opening 11, and the bottom box 2 is fixed on the back surface of the substrate 1.
That is, the substrate opening 11 on the substrate 1 is prefabricated in advance in a factory, the wire slot 3 is mounted on the wall surface or the back surface of the substrate 1, the wiring hose 4 is assembled with the lower end of the wire slot 3, the power line passes through the wire slot 3, 20% of the line is led out from the wiring hose 4 and reserved, the power line passes through the bottom box wire inlet hole 22, the wiring hose 4 is mounted on the bottom box wire inlet hole 22, the bottom box wire outlet 21 is aligned with the substrate opening 11, and the bottom box 2 is fixed on the back surface of the substrate 1 through the corner bracket 23, so that the mounting is completed. The whole construction process does not need to carry out lofting and positioning on the trunking and the bottom box at first, so that the installation is quick, the labor is saved, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved; factory production, field assembly type construction, low noise, little pollution, economy and environmental protection; the site does not need manual tapping, errors in manual tapping construction of workers are avoided, and construction quality is guaranteed.
The above technical schemes can be combined according to the need to achieve the best technical effect.

Claims (9)

1. A bottom box connecting assembly, which is characterized by comprising a base plate, a bottom box arranged on the back surface of the base plate and a wire slot arranged on the back surface of the base plate;
the substrate is provided with a substrate opening, the bottom box is provided with a bottom box outlet, and the bottom box outlet is communicated with the substrate opening;
at least one bottom box wire inlet hole is also arranged on the bottom box;
a wiring hose for passing a wire harness is connected between the wire groove and at least one wire inlet hole of the bottom box;
a wire slot adapter used for being connected with the wire slot is arranged at one end of the wiring hose;
the wire slot adapter comprises an adapter main body, one end of the adapter main body is provided with a wire slot adapter, and the wire slot adapter is provided with a wire slot clamping groove;
a main body through hole communicated with the wire slot clamping groove is formed in the adapter main body;
the adapter body is also provided with at least one body opening part communicated with the body through hole, and an opening part buckle for clamping the wiring hose is arranged in the body opening part;
the end part of the wire slot is clamped in the wire slot clamping groove;
the end of the wiring hose is fastened in the main body through hole through the opening part.

the wire slot bottom shell comprises a bottom shell bottom plate, and a first side plate and a second side plate which are connected to the bottom shell bottom plate;
the wire slot cover plate is provided with a connecting side edge and a buckling side edge, and the connecting side edge and the buckling side edge are oppositely arranged at two sides of the wire slot cover plate;
the connecting side edge is connected with the first side plate, and the buckling side edge extends towards the second side plate side;
a side plate clamping hook is arranged at the end part of the second side plate, which faces the wire slot cover plate, and a cover plate clamping groove matched with the side plate clamping hook is arranged at one side of the wire slot cover plate, which faces the bottom shell bottom plate;
the side plate clamping hooks are clamped in the cover plate clamping grooves.
5. The base box connection assembly of claim 4, wherein the wire chase is secured to the base plate by a wire chase mount;
the wire slot base comprises a base bottom plate and two base side plates arranged on two sides of the base bottom plate;
the tail ends of the base side plates are respectively inwards extended with side plate clamping strips;
limiting grooves matched with the side plate clamping strips are formed on the outer side surfaces of the first side plate and the second side plate respectively;
each side plate clamping strip is correspondingly clamped in one limiting groove.

the wire loop notch is formed between the wire loop first end and the wire loop second end.
8. The bottom box connection assembly of claim 1, wherein the end of the wire chase remote from the routing hose is further provided with a corner connector for connecting between a corner and an adjacent wire chase;
the corner connector comprises a connector main body, a first clamping end and a second clamping end which are connected to two ends of the connector main body and are used for being connected with the wire slot, and clamping buckles used for clamping the wire slot are respectively arranged in the first clamping end and the second clamping end;
the connector main body comprises a main body bottom plate with a bending part, two main body side plates are oppositely arranged on two sides of the main body bottom plate, and a wiring channel is formed between the main body bottom plate and the two main body side plates.
9. An assembling method for assembling the floor box connection assembly of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s001: opening a substrate opening at a predetermined position of the substrate;
s002: mounting a wire groove at a predetermined position on the back surface of the substrate, connecting a wiring hose to the wire groove,
s003: connecting the end part of the wiring hose with a bottom box wire inlet hole of the bottom box;
s004: and aligning a bottom box outlet of the bottom box with the opening of the substrate, and fixing the bottom box on the back surface of the substrate.
