本发明属于电力设备技术领域,具体公开了一种新型智能接地线。该接地线包括接地操作头、高压绝缘杆、地电位均衡器、软铜线、接地夹,所述接地操作头和高压绝缘杆以卡口方式连接,所述接地操作头通过软铜线与地电位均衡器的一端连接,所述地电位均衡器的另一端通过软铜线与接地夹连接。该接地线通过加装地电位均衡器,使得正常情况下,高压线路端与接地端是隔离的。施加低电压,小电流,都不会导入接地系统,从而获得准确的试验结果;不仅提供了现有接地线提供的功能和安全,而且更进一步,满足了现有接地线无法满足的安全情况下的安全功能。

新型智能接地线
技术领域
本发明属于电力设备技术领域,涉及一种接地线,具体涉及一种新型智能接地线。
背景技术
为了保障供电系统的安全可靠运行,高中压设备的定期检修是必不可少的。在检修过程中,为了保障设备和检修人员的安全,需要对设备进行可靠接地。因此可靠的接地线是必备的。根据DL/T879-2004标准规定,现有的接地线结构通过线路端线夹-短路电缆-接地端线夹-接地系统的方式,将高压线路直接安全接地。
但是在每年的现场预防性试验或检修中,其中有主回路电阻试验和断路器合分闸特性试验。这两项试验都是需要在设备的高压回路上施加一定的电流(最大100A,电压<10V),以获得试验结果的。但是由于接地线的存在,如果施加电流,会使得施加的电流从接地线处导入大地。从而无法得到正确的试验结果。导致这两项试验需要在拆除接地线的情况下进行。但是,在试验进行中,又会有反送电或误合闸的可能性,导致回路中的高电压通过试验设备直接接地短路,形成放电,从而导致人身及设备收到伤害及损害。
为了应对这种不够安全的情况,本申请提供一种既可以在高压回路带高压电时接地保护人身及设备安全,又可以在施加小电流,低电压时,与地电位隔离的智能接地线。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种既可以在高压回路带高压电时接地保护人身及设备安全,又可以在施加小电流,低电压时,与地电位隔离的智能接地线。
所述新型智能接地线,包括接地操作头、高压绝缘杆、地电位均衡器、软铜线、接地夹,所述接地操作头和高压绝缘杆以卡口方式连接,所述接地操作头通过软铜线与地电位均衡器的一端连接,所述地电位均衡器的另一端通过软铜线与接地夹连接。
进一步的,上述新型智能接地线中,所述接地操作头为角度可调式接地操作头。
进一步的,上述新型智能接地线中,所述接地夹为平口可调式接地夹。
进一步的,上述新型智能接地线中,所述接地操作头与软铜线、地电位均衡器与软铜线、软铜线与接地夹的连接方式均为接线铜端子和螺栓配合固定连接。
进一步的,上述新型智能接地线中,所述地电位均衡器的型号为SDJD-5/75地电位均衡器。
进一步的,上述新型智能接地线中,连接接地操作头和地电位均衡器的软铜线的长度为1米,连接接地夹和地电位均衡器的软铜线的长度为2米。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的新型智能接地线通过加装地电位均衡器,使得正常情况下,高压线路端与接地端是隔离的。施加低电压,小电流,都不会导入接地系统,从而获得准确的试验结果。而在非正常情况下,如反送电,断路器误合闸的情况下,高压线路端带电时(超过55V),会使得“地电位均衡器”动作(微秒级动作时间),使接地线直接接地,避免设备及人身伤害。该接地线既可以在高压回路带高压电时接地保护人身及设备安全,又可以在施加小电流,低电压时,与地电位隔离。另外,通过选用角度可调式接地操作头,使用时更加方便,且接地操作头与高压绝缘杆卡口连接,可单手拆换,作业时只需要携带一根高压绝缘棒+3个接地操作头即可,携带方便,节省成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:请参照图1所示的新型智能接地线,包括接地操作头1、高压绝缘杆2、地电位均衡器3、软铜线4、接地夹5,接地操作头1和高压绝缘杆2以卡口方式连接,接地操作头1通过软铜线4与地电位均衡器3的一端连接,地电位均衡器3的另一端通过软铜线4与接地夹5连接。接地操作头1为角度可调式接地操作头,使用时更加方便,而市面上几乎都是90度不可调的,连接高压母排时有角度受限不能连接的可能。接地夹5为平口可调式接地夹。接地操作头1与软铜线4、地电位均衡器4与软铜线4、软铜线4与接地夹5的连接方式均为接线铜端子和螺栓配合固定连接方式。软铜线4采用25平方的软铜线,连接接地操作头1和地电位均衡器3的软铜线4的长度为1米,连接接地夹5和地电位均衡器3的软铜线4的长度为2米。地电位均衡器的型号选用SDJD-5/75型地电位均衡器。

1.新型智能接地线,其特征在于,该接地线包括接地操作头、高压绝缘杆、地电位均衡器、软铜线、接地夹,所述接地操作头和高压绝缘杆以卡口方式连接,所述接地操作头通过软铜线与地电位均衡器的一端连接,所述地电位均衡器的另一端通过软铜线与接地夹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型智能接地线,其特征在于,所述接地操作头为角度可调式接地操作头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型智能接地线,其特征在于,所述接地夹为平口可调式接地夹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型智能接地线,其特征在于,所述接地操作头与软铜线、地电位均衡器与软铜线、软铜线与接地夹的连接方式均为接线铜端子和螺栓配合固定连接方式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型智能接地线,其特征在于,所述地电位均衡器的型号为SDJD-5/75地电位均衡器。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的新型智能接地线,其特征在于,连接接地操作头和地电位均衡器的软铜线的长度为1米,连接接地夹和地电位均衡器的软铜线的长度为2米。
