and displaying a voice input page within third preset time of automatically popping up the second window to enable a user to cancel the selection of the to-be-handled item in a mode of inputting the serial number by voice, and further cancel the examination and approval of the corresponding serial number item, wherein the third preset time is less than the second preset time.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein entering the workbench page further comprises entering the workbench page after authenticating the identity of the user through face recognition.
5. A workstation voice-controlled approval system comprising:
a workbench import module configured for entering a workbench page;
the examination and approval page selection module is configured to select an examination and approval page in a mode of inputting keywords by user voice on the workbench page;
wherein the approval page selection module further comprises:
the function counting unit is configured to count the functions used by the users most through data mining and user behavior analysis after entering the workbench page, wherein if the functions used by the users the same times appear, the function closest to the current time in terms of time is further selected;
a first window prompt unit configured to recommend the function most used by the user to the user in a manner of automatically popping up a first window, wherein if the function recommended to the user is not the function required by the user, prompt windows corresponding to the functions are automatically popped up in sequence to be displayed to the user in an order of gradually decreasing the predetermined time interval based on the statistical number of the use of the functions;
the system comprises an approval page selection unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the approval page selection unit is configured to display a voice input page after a first preset time appears in an automatic pop-up first window of a required function, so that a user can input keywords of the required function in a voice mode to select a corresponding approval page, and the first preset time is less than the preset time interval;
the approval instruction input module is configured to enter a corresponding approval page and input an approval instruction in a mode of inputting keywords by user voice;
and the examination and approval module is configured to jump to the workbench page after the examination and approval instruction is utilized to examine and approve the project to be handled.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the approval instruction input module further comprises:
the system comprises an approval page display unit, a verification unit and a verification unit, wherein the approval page display unit is configured to display a corresponding approval page and automatically and completely select to-be-approved items according to keywords of required functions input by user voice;
a second window prompting unit configured to prompt the user to input a keyword pass or a keyword fail in a manner of automatically popping up a second window;
an approval instruction input unit configured to display a voice input page to enable a user to voice-input a pass or no approval instruction after automatically popping up the second window for a second predetermined time.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the approval instruction input module further comprises a pending item selection cancellation unit configured to, when all of the automatically selected pending items in the corresponding approval page are displayed and all of the selected pending items are not or partially passed, display a voice input page within a third predetermined time period automatically popping up the second window to enable a user to cancel selection of the pending items by voice input of a serial number and further cancel approval of the corresponding serial number items, wherein the third predetermined time period is less than the second predetermined time period.
8. The system of claim 5, wherein the workbench importing module further comprises a face recognition unit configured to enter the workbench page after authenticating the identity of the user through a face recognition method.
