In the embodiment of the disclosure, a historical order with a matching degree with order characteristic information meeting a preset condition can be retrieved from historical order information of a current user. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the human, animal, or machine device making the voice input may be different from the current user who owns the historical order information. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a historical order whose matching degree with time characteristic information, location characteristic information, item provider characteristic information, and item characteristic information extracted from order information satisfies a preset condition may be retrieved from historical order information of a current user. In other words, the time characteristic information, the place characteristic information, the item provider characteristic information and the item characteristic information can be extracted by analyzing the order information input by the voice, and then the historical order information of the current user is retrieved according to the four types of characteristic information, so as to locate the order with the matching degree meeting the preset condition, namely, the order with the extracted time characteristic information, the extracted place characteristic information, the extracted item provider characteristic information and the extracted item characteristic information meeting the preset condition. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the degree of match may be calculated according to various specific calculation methods of the degree of match. For example, different threshold values may be set for various different order feature information, or a threshold value may be set for a result of performing weighted calculation on all the order feature information, and then the screened orders are sorted to select a historical order with a matching degree satisfying a preset condition. In the present disclosure, the preset condition is not limited. For example, the historical order with the matching degree meeting the preset condition may be the historical order with the best matching degree, the historical order with the next best matching degree, or even the historical order with the worst matching degree. For another example, the historical orders whose matching degrees meet the preset conditions may be a plurality of orders whose matching degrees reach a certain threshold.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, generating a new order based on the retrieved historical orders may be to copy all information in the historical orders to generate an identical new order, or to generate a new order similar to but different from the historical orders, or to generate an entirely different order from the historical orders.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the recognition module is used for recognizing the order information input by voice; the extraction module is used for extracting order characteristic information from the identified order information; the retrieval module is used for retrieving the historical order with the matching degree meeting the preset conditions with the order characteristic information from the historical order information of the current user; the first generation module is used for generating a new order based on the retrieved historical order, simplifying the operation of placing the order by the user by utilizing the voice recognition technology and retrieving the historical order, saving the order placing time of the user, improving the experience of the user, and increasing the order placing amount of the user by enabling the user to easily find the item provider of the historical order from the item provider.
Fig. 6 shows a block diagram of an order processing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes a determination module 601 and a retrieval module 503. The retrieval module 503 is the same as the retrieval module 503 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
The determination module 601 is used to determine whether an order is to be placed from a particular item provider based on order characteristics information.
The retrieval module 503 is configured to: when the determining module 601 determines that an order is not placed from a specific item provider, a historical order matching the order feature information with a preset condition is retrieved from the historical order information of the current user.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, when performing order processing, it may be determined whether an order is to be placed from a specific item provider according to order feature information, and when it is determined that an order is not to be placed from the specific item provider, a historical order whose matching degree with the order feature information satisfies a preset condition is retrieved from historical order information of a current user. In this embodiment of the present disclosure, by determining whether to place an order from a specific item provider according to the order feature information, rather than retrieving a historical order whose matching degree with the order feature information satisfies a preset condition from the historical order information of the current user, the user may perform order placing processing by accessing the interested specific item provider, and the comparison is in accordance with the order placing habit of the user in a general consumption situation. In addition, whether the order is to be placed from the specific item provider or not is determined according to the order characteristic information, so that a new choice can be provided for the user, the new requirement of the user is met, and the choice of the user is large. Of course, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art will appreciate that, in another embodiment, after retrieving a historical order whose matching degree with the order feature information satisfies a preset condition from the historical order information of the current user, whether the matching degree of the historical order whose matching degree satisfies the preset condition reaches a preset threshold may be calculated, and when the matching degree does not reach the preset threshold, whether to place an order from a specific item provider may be determined according to the order feature information.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, order characteristic information may be extracted from the identified order information. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the order characteristics information may include at least one of the following information: time characteristic information, place characteristic information, item provider characteristic information, and item characteristic information. In one embodiment, when there is time characteristic information, for example, time characteristic information indicating a specific time point or a certain time period, historical order information of the current user may be retrieved using order characteristic information including the time characteristic information. That is, the temporal characteristic information facilitates locating a particular historical order in historical order information that includes a plurality of historical orders. In this case, it is advantageous to retrieve the historical order from the historical order information of the current user based on the time characteristic information, the place characteristic information, the item provider characteristic information, and the item characteristic information.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the embodiment shown in fig. 6 may be combined with the embodiment shown in fig. 5. That is, the determination module 601 is provided before the retrieval module 503, and when the operation result of the determination module 601 is to determine that an order is not placed from a specific item provider, the retrieval module 503 is configured to retrieve a history order whose matching degree with the order feature information satisfies a preset condition from history order information of a current user.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the determining module is used for determining whether to place the order from the specific item provider according to the order characteristic information; wherein the retrieval module is configured to: when the determining module determines that the order is not placed from the specific item provider, the historical order with the matching degree with the order characteristic information meeting the preset condition is retrieved from the historical order information of the current user, the user can retrieve the historical order with the matching degree with the order characteristic information meeting the preset condition from the historical order information of the current user based on the voice recognition technology, the order placing operation of the user is simplified, the order placing time of the user is saved, the experience of the user is improved, the item provider of the historical order is easy to find for the user from the item provider, and the order placing amount of the user can be increased.
Fig. 7 shows a block diagram of an order processing apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment shown in fig. 7 differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 6 in that a second generation module 701 is further included after the determination module 601.
The second generation module 701 is used to generate a new order to be placed to a particular item provider based on the order characteristics information when the determination module 601 determines to place an order from the particular item provider.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, order characteristic information may be extracted from the identified order information. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the order characteristics information may include at least one of the following information: time characteristic information, place characteristic information, item provider characteristic information, and item characteristic information. In one embodiment, when the time characteristic information does not exist or does not represent the historical time, it may be more difficult to retrieve the historical order information of the current user using the order characteristic information. In this case, it is advantageous to determine the specific item provider and the specific item from the place feature information, the item provider feature information, and the item feature information. In another embodiment, a new order to be placed to a particular item provider may be generated based on order characteristics information even if time characteristics information exists.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the second generation module is used for generating a new order to be placed to the specific item provider based on the order characteristic information when the determination module determines to place the order from the specific item provider, so that the operation of placing the order by the user is simplified, the order placing time of the user is saved, the experience of the user is improved, and the user can easily find the required item provider from the aspect of the item provider and increase the order placing amount of the user.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating an example of the determining module 601 according to the embodiment shown in fig. 6. As shown in fig. 8, the determination module 601 includes a first determination sub-module 801 and a second determination sub-module 802.
The first determining sub-module 801 is configured to determine a specific item provider based on the place feature information and the item provider feature information extracted from the order information.
The second determining sub-module 802 is configured to determine whether to place an order for the specific item from the specific item provider based on item feature information extracted from the order information.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, order characteristic information may be extracted from the identified order information. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the order characteristics information may include at least one of the following information: time characteristic information, place characteristic information, item provider characteristic information, and item characteristic information. In one embodiment, when the time characteristic information does not exist or does not represent the historical time, it may be more difficult to retrieve the historical order information of the current user using the order characteristic information. In this case, it is advantageous to determine the specific item provider and the specific item from the place feature information, the item provider feature information, and the item feature information. In one embodiment, where a particular item provider is determined from the location characteristic information and the item provider characteristic information, it may be determined whether to place an order for the particular item from the particular item provider based on the item characteristic information.
In another embodiment, in the event that a particular item provider cannot be determined from the location characteristic information and the item provider characteristic information, then it is determined that an order is not to be placed from the particular item provider. In another embodiment, where it cannot be determined from the item characteristic information whether an order is to be placed for a particular item from a particular item provider, then it is determined that an order is not to be placed from the particular item provider.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the first determining submodule is used for determining the specific item provider according to the place characteristic information and the item provider characteristic information extracted from the order information; the second determining submodule is used for determining whether to place an order for the specific item from the specific item provider according to the item feature information extracted from the order information, so that the order placing operation of the user is simplified, the order placing time of the user is saved, the experience of the user is improved, and the user can easily find the required item provider from the item provider and increase the order placing amount of the user.
The present disclosure also discloses an electronic device, fig. 9 shows a block diagram of a structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 900 includes a memory 902 and a processor 901; wherein,
the memory 902 is used to store one or more computer instructions, which are executed by the processor 901 to implement all or some of the aforementioned method steps.
FIG. 10 is a block diagram of a computer system suitable for implementing an order processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 10, the computer system 1000 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1001 that can execute various processes in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 8 described above according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1002 or a program loaded from a storage section 1008 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1003. In the RAM1003, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1000 are also stored. The CPU1001, ROM1002, and RAM1003 are connected to each other via a bus 1004. An input/output (I/O) interface 1005 is also connected to bus 1004.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1005: an input section 1006 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 1007 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 1008 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1009 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1009 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 1010 is also connected to the I/O interface 1005 as necessary. A removable medium 1011 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1010 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1008 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the method described above with reference to fig. 1 may be implemented as a computer software program. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing the aforementioned order processing method. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 1009 and/or installed from the removable medium 1011.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowcharts or block diagrams may represent a module, a program segment, or a portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units or modules described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. The units or modules described may also be provided in a processor, and the names of the units or modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the units or modules themselves.
As another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be the computer-readable storage medium included in the apparatus in the above-described embodiment; or it may be a separate computer readable storage medium not incorporated into the device. The computer readable storage medium stores one or more programs for use by one or more processors in performing the methods described in the present disclosure.
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the present disclosure is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents is possible without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) the features disclosed in this disclosure having similar functions are replaced with each other to form the technical solution.

A4, the method according to any of A1 to A3, the order characteristics information comprising at least one of: time characteristic information, place characteristic information, item provider characteristic information, and item characteristic information. A5, according to the method in A4, the retrieving the historical orders, the matching degree of which with the order characteristic information meets the preset conditions, from the historical order information of the current user includes: and searching the historical order with the matching degree of the time characteristic information, the place characteristic information, the item provider characteristic information and the item characteristic information which are extracted from the order information and meet the preset condition from the historical order information of the current user. A6, the method of A4, the determining whether to place an order from a particular item provider according to the order characteristics information, comprising: determining a specific project provider according to the location feature information and the project provider feature information extracted from the order information; and determining whether to place an order for the specific item from the specific item provider according to the item feature information extracted from the order information.
The present disclosure discloses B7, an order processing apparatus, comprising: the recognition module is used for recognizing order information input by voice; the extraction module is used for extracting order characteristic information from the identified order information; the retrieval module is used for retrieving a historical order which meets the preset conditions with the matching degree of the order characteristic information from the historical order information of the current user; a first generation module to generate a new order based on the retrieved historical orders. B8, the apparatus according to B7, further comprising: a determining module for determining whether to place an order from a specific item provider according to the order characteristic information; the retrieval module is configured to retrieve a historical order with matching degree meeting preset conditions with the order characteristic information from the historical order information of the current user when the determination module determines that the order is not placed from a specific item provider. B9, the apparatus according to B8, further comprising: a second generating module for generating a new order to be placed to a specific item provider based on the order characteristic information when the determining module determines to place an order from the specific item provider. B10, the apparatus according to any one of B7 to B9, the order characteristics information comprising at least one of the following information: time characteristic information, place characteristic information, item provider characteristic information, and item characteristic information. B11, the apparatus of B10, the retrieval module configured to: and searching the historical order with the matching degree of the time characteristic information, the place characteristic information, the item provider characteristic information and the item characteristic information which are extracted from the order information and meet the preset condition from the historical order information of the current user. B12, the apparatus of B10, the means for determining comprising: the first determining submodule is used for determining a specific project provider according to the place characteristic information and the project provider characteristic information extracted from the order information; and the second determining submodule is used for determining whether to place an order for the specific item from the specific item provider according to the item feature information extracted from the order information.
The present disclosure discloses C13, an electronic device comprising a memory and a processor; wherein the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of A1-A6.
The present disclosure discloses D14, a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method as recited in any of a1-a 6.
Claims (10)
1. An order processing method, comprising:
recognizing order information input by voice;
extracting order characteristic information from the identified order information;
retrieving a historical order with matching degree meeting preset conditions with the order characteristic information from historical order information of a current user;
a new order is generated based on the retrieved historical orders.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining whether to place an order from a specific item provider according to the order characteristic information;
the step of retrieving the historical order with the matching degree meeting the preset conditions with the order characteristic information from the historical order information of the current user is as follows:
and when the order is determined not to be placed from the specific item provider, retrieving the historical order with the matching degree of the order characteristic information meeting the preset condition from the historical order information of the current user.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
when it is determined to place an order from a particular item provider, a new order to be placed to the particular item provider is generated based on the order characteristics information.
4. The method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the order characteristics information comprises at least one of the following information: time characteristic information, place characteristic information, item provider characteristic information, and item characteristic information.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the retrieving, from the historical order information of the current user, the historical order whose matching degree with the order characteristic information meets a preset condition comprises:
and searching the historical order with the matching degree of the time characteristic information, the place characteristic information, the item provider characteristic information and the item characteristic information which are extracted from the order information and meet the preset condition from the historical order information of the current user.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein determining whether to place an order from a particular item provider based on the order characteristics information comprises:
determining a specific project provider according to the location feature information and the project provider feature information extracted from the order information;
and determining whether to place an order for the specific item from the specific item provider according to the item feature information extracted from the order information.
7. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the recognition module is used for recognizing order information input by voice;
the extraction module is used for extracting order characteristic information from the identified order information;
the retrieval module is used for retrieving a historical order which meets the preset conditions with the matching degree of the order characteristic information from the historical order information of the current user;
a first generation module to generate a new order based on the retrieved historical orders.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a determining module for determining whether to place an order from a specific item provider according to the order characteristic information;
wherein the retrieval module is configured to:
and when the determining module determines that the order is not placed from a specific item provider, retrieving the historical order with the matching degree of the order characteristic information meeting the preset condition from the historical order information of the current user.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor; wherein,
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1-6.
