本发明公开了一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,包括安装架和WiFi模块,所述WiFi模块安置于安装架上,所述安装架上安装进风筒,所述进风筒内安装单向翻板,所述进风筒外安装驱动架,所述驱动架内安装电磁推杆,所述电磁推杆驱动端连接单向翻板,所述安装架上安装过滤箱,所述过滤箱内安装空气过滤器,所述进风筒与过滤箱进风口连接,所述过滤箱出风口安装鼓风机,所述鼓风机出风口安装灭菌箱,所述灭菌箱内安装紫外线灭菌灯,所述灭菌箱出风口安装出风筒。本发明可以引进室外空气,通过过滤和灭菌,使干净的空气送入室内,使室内空气质量提高,防止空气含氧量降低影响人们的身体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及室内新风领域,特别是一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,环境污染问题越来越严重,城市内空气污染严重,使很多家庭无法进行开窗通风,使室内空气含氧量降低,长时间会使住户感到眩晕,不利于身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,包括安装架和WiFi模块,其特征在于,所述WiFi模块安置于安装架上,所述安装架上安装进风筒,所述进风筒内安装单向翻板,所述进风筒外安装驱动架,所述驱动架内安装电磁推杆,所述电磁推杆驱动端连接单向翻板,所述安装架上安装过滤箱,所述过滤箱内安装空气过滤器,所述进风筒与过滤箱进风口连接,所述过滤箱出风口安装鼓风机,所述鼓风机出风口安装灭菌箱,所述灭菌箱内安装紫外线灭菌灯,所述灭菌箱出风口安装出风筒。
优选的,所述安装架上开有嵌装槽,所述嵌装槽上安装防护罩,所述防护罩上开有第一开口和第二开口,所述进风筒和出风筒分别位于第一开口和第二开口内。
优选的,所述进风筒外上安装防护网,所述出风筒安装分流器。
优选的,所述过滤箱上开有第三开口,所述第三开口上安装扣盖。
优选的,所述安装架上开有固定孔。
优选的,所述WiFi模块型号为ESP8266串口WIFI无线透传模块。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,可以引进室外空气,通过过滤和灭菌,使干净的空气送入室内,使室内空气质量提高,防止空气含氧量降低影响人们的身体健康。

在本发明的描述中,还需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,包括安装架1和WiFi模块2,所述WiFi模块2安置于安装架1上,所述安装架1上安装进风筒3,所述进风筒3内安装单向翻板4,所述进风筒3外安装驱动架5,所述驱动架5内安装电磁推杆6,所述电磁推杆6驱动端连接单向翻板4,所述安装架1上安装过滤箱7,所述过滤箱7内安装空气过滤器8,所述进风筒3与过滤箱7进风口连接,所述过滤箱7出风口安装鼓风机9,所述鼓风机9出风口安装灭菌箱10,所述灭菌箱10内安装紫外线灭菌灯11,所述灭菌箱10出风口安装出风筒12;所述安装架1上开有嵌装槽,所述嵌装槽上安装防护罩13,所述防护罩13上开有第一开口和第二开口,所述进风筒3和出风筒12分别位于第一开口和第二开口内;所述进风筒3外上安装防护网14,所述出风筒12安装分流器15;所述过滤箱7上开有第三开口,所述第三开口上安装扣盖16;所述安装架1上开有固定孔;所述WiFi模块2型号为ESP8266串口WIFI无线透传模块。
具体使用时:在本装置空闲处,安置所有电器件与其相匹配的驱动器,并且通过本领域人员,将上述中所有驱动件,其指代动力元件、电器件以及适配的电源通过导线进行连接,具体连接手段,应参考下述工作原理中,各电器件之间先后工作顺序完成电性连接,其详细连接手段,为本领域公知技术,下述主要介绍工作原理以及过程,不在对电气控制做说明。
整体装置工作原理如下:首先通过WiFi模块2并入家庭局域网络,在移动端安装匹配的APP进行控制,通过安装架1上的固定孔安装在相应的安装位置,然后将进风筒3与室外相通,使用时,先启动驱动架5内的电磁推杆6,电磁推杆6带动单向翻板4翻转,将进风筒3打开,然后启动灭菌箱10内的紫外线灭菌灯11,同时启动鼓风机9,通过鼓风机9产生的吸力,使室外空气通过进风筒3进入过滤箱7,在通过过滤箱7内的空气过滤器8,空气过滤器8对空气进行粉尘吸附,使空气的杂质剔除,空气在进入鼓风机9,在通过鼓风机9送入灭菌箱10内,通过紫外线灭菌灯11进行灭菌,然后在通过出风筒12和分流器15送入室内,通过分流器可以分散排气的气流,同时通过防护罩13可以进行防护,使用一段时间后,打开扣盖16对空气过滤器8进行更换或者清洗,保证正常使用,通过与房子的排风系统配合使用效果更好,当不使用时,通过关闭电磁推杆6使单向翻板4关闭,防止不使用时进风,通过防护网14可以防止过大杂物进入进风筒3,具体工作原理演示完毕。

1.一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,包括安装架(1)和WiFi模块(2),其特征在于,所述WiFi模块(2)安置于安装架(1)上,所述安装架(1)上安装进风筒(3),所述进风筒(3)内安装单向翻板(4),所述进风筒(3)外安装驱动架(5),所述驱动架(5)内安装电磁推杆(6),所述电磁推杆(6)驱动端连接单向翻板(4),所述安装架(1)上安装过滤箱(7),所述过滤箱(7)内安装空气过滤器(8),所述进风筒(3)与过滤箱(7)进风口连接,所述过滤箱(7)出风口安装鼓风机(9),所述鼓风机(9)出风口安装灭菌箱(10),所述灭菌箱(10)内安装紫外线灭菌灯(11),所述灭菌箱(10)出风口安装出风筒(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,其特征在于,所述安装架(1)上开有嵌装槽,所述嵌装槽上安装防护罩(13),所述防护罩(13)上开有第一开口和第二开口,所述进风筒(3)和出风筒(12)分别位于第一开口和第二开口内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,其特征在于,所述进风筒(3)外上安装防护网(14),所述出风筒(12)安装分流器(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,其特征在于,所述过滤箱(7)上开有第三开口,所述第三开口上安装扣盖(16)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,其特征在于,所述安装架(1)上开有固定孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网控制的室内通风装置,其特征在于,所述WiFi模块(2)型号为ESP8266串口WIFI无线透传模块。
