Abstract
The invention relates to a stepped water tank system for a steam generator, which comprises a tank body and a water level control device arranged in the tank body; the box body is provided with an air outlet for discharging steam; the box body is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the water level control device; the water level control device is arranged in the box body through the mounting hole; the water level control device comprises a switch floating ball and a water inlet valve, wherein the switch floating ball is arranged on the water inlet valve and used for controlling the water inlet valve to add water into the water tank; the bottom of the water tank is provided with a deep water area and a shallow water area, and the deep water area is positioned below the switch valve; the deep water area can enable the switch floating ball to be in a floating state when the water surface is higher than the bottom of the shallow water area. The invention can control the water level in the steam water tank and can ensure that the water tank can improve the heating efficiency and speed, save the preheating time of the steam water tank and improve the efficiency of generating water steam by the water tank.

Technical Field

Background

the control box is electrically connected with the water level control device.
Preferably, the control box comprises a display screen; the display screen can synchronously display the air pressure, temperature and water pressure data in the box body.

Specifically, the bottom of the water tank in this embodiment is divided into two parts, namely a deep water area and a shallow water area, and the deep water area in this embodiment is located below the water inlet valve 8 in this embodiment.
Further, the deep water area in this embodiment can make the switch floating ball 5 in the present invention in a floating state when the water surface is higher than the bottom of the shallow water area in this embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 3: a baffle 4 is also provided in the present embodiment above the demarcation location between the deep and shallow water areas in the tank 9 of the stepped water tank system for the steam generator.
Of course, a flow space capable of communicating shallow water region water with deep water region water is also provided below the baffle plate 4 in the present embodiment.
The bottom of one side of the shallow water area of the baffle is a heating area, and the other side of the shallow water area is a water adding area in the embodiment.
The baffle 4 in this embodiment can prevent the newly added cold water from communicating with the hot water rapidly, thereby affecting the function of the switch floating ball 6.

The air pressure data in the embodiment can enable a worker to know whether heating power needs to be improved or not or to properly reduce the heating power, so that energy can be more reasonably utilized;
the temperature data can also enable a worker to estimate whether the switch floating ball in the deep water area is greatly influenced by hot water impact of the hot water area, and whether the baffle plate can block the influence of boiling water in the shallow water area on the switch floating ball 5 or not;
the water pressure data can clearly reflect whether the internal water level is lower than a shallow water area or not, so that dry heating is caused.
By using the stepped water tank system for the steam generator in the present embodiment, a worker or technician can also know important data information inside the tank 9 in real time through the display screen.

the water level control device is arranged in the box body (9) through the mounting hole;
the water level control device comprises a switch floating ball (5) and a water inlet valve (8), wherein the switch floating ball (5) is arranged on the water inlet valve (8) and used for controlling the water inlet valve (8) to add water into the water tank;
the bottom of the water tank is provided with a deep water area and a shallow water area, and the deep water area is positioned below the water inlet valve (8);
the deep water area can enable the switch floating ball (5) to be in a floating state when the water surface is higher than the bottom of the shallow water area;
a baffle (4) is arranged above the boundary between the deep water area and the shallow water area;
a space which can enable the water in the shallow water area to be communicated with the water in the deep water area is arranged below the baffle plate (4);
the bottom of one side of the shallow water area of the baffle plate (4) is a heating area;
one side of the deep water area of the baffle (4) is a water adding area;
the water outlet control device comprises a water outlet valve and a water pipe interface end;

6. Stepped water tank system for a steam generator according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that it further comprises a control box electrically connected to the sensor (6);
the control box is electrically connected with the water level control device.
7. The stepped water tank system for a steam generator of claim 6, wherein said control tank includes a display screen; the display screen can synchronously display the air pressure, temperature and water pressure data in the box body (9).
