A limit alarm device for tunneling in a shield tunneling machine steel sleeve is characterized in that: the upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right parts of each section of steel sleeve and the upper and lower parts of the rear end cover are respectively provided with a connecting pipe, and one side of the connecting pipe in the steel sleeve is connected with a probe for detecting the posture of the shield machine in the steel sleeve and the arrival position of the cutter head; the connecting pipe is connected with a detection pipe at one side outside the steel sleeve, and an electric contact pressure alarm is arranged on the detection pipe and used for detecting the pressure in the pipe; the external outlet of the detection tube is provided with a manual ball valve which is connected with an air tube and is used for providing air pressure for the detection tube. The invention can monitor whether the position of the shield machine in the steel sleeve exceeds the limit in real time and can give an alarm in time when the position exceeds the limit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a limiting alarm device, in particular to a limiting alarm device for tunneling in a steel sleeve of a shield tunneling machine.
Background
The shield tunneling machine is a special engineering machine for tunneling, integrates light, mechanical, electric, liquid, sensing and information technologies, has the functions of cutting soil body, conveying soil residue, assembling tunnel lining, measuring, guiding and correcting errors and the like, has extremely high reliability requirements, and is widely applied to tunnel engineering of subways, railways, highways, municipal administration, hydropower and the like. And the starting and receiving of the shield machine are important links in shield construction. The current common construction method is that the end of the starting end and the receiving end are reinforced and the continuous wall is manually broken, but when underground pipelines are more in the end reinforcing range and the change is difficult, the surrounding environment is complicated and the place is narrow, another construction method, namely, the steel sleeve method is adopted for starting and receiving. When the shield machine is received by the steel sleeve method, the shield machine needs to tunnel in the steel sleeve, and the following method exists for monitoring the position of the shield machine in the steel sleeve: firstly, by means of a guide system on a shield machine, the method needs to be accurately calculated and has no overrun alarm system; secondly, two oil cylinders and rollers are arranged on the left side and the right side below the steel sleeve, after the shield tunneling machine enters the steel sleeve, the rollers are pushed into the steel sleeve for a certain distance by the oil cylinders, so that the phenomenon of 'head planting' of the shield tunneling machine in the steel sleeve is prevented, the method can only limit the downward posture of the shield tunneling machine, and whether the shield tunneling machine is out of limit or not and the position reached by the cutter head cannot be detected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a limit alarming device for tunneling in a steel sleeve of a shield machine, which overcomes the defect that the tunneling position of the existing shield machine in the steel sleeve cannot be monitored in real time to judge whether the tunneling position exceeds the limit.
A limit alarm device for tunneling in a shield tunneling machine steel sleeve is characterized in that: the upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right parts of each section of steel sleeve and the upper and lower parts of the rear end cover are respectively provided with a connecting pipe, and one side of the connecting pipe in the steel sleeve is connected with a probe for detecting the posture of the shield machine in the steel sleeve and the arrival position of the cutter head; the connecting pipe is connected with a detection pipe at one side outside the steel sleeve, and an electric contact pressure alarm is arranged on the detection pipe and used for detecting the pressure in the pipe; the external outlet of the detection tube is provided with a manual ball valve which is connected with an air tube and is used for providing air pressure for the detection tube.

Further, the probe is made of a cast iron pipe DN25, one side connected with the connecting pipe is provided with an opening, the other side is blocked, and the length of the probe is determined by the inner diameter of the steel sleeve, the excavation radius of the shield tunneling machine and the technical requirement.
Further, a welding connection mode is adopted between the connecting pipe and the steel sleeve, namely, a detection hole is cut on the steel sleeve, then the connecting pipe is inserted into the hole, and finally the connecting pipe and the steel sleeve are fully welded.
Further, the detection tube and the connecting tube, the probe and the connecting tube are all in threaded connection, the detection tube and the probe are external threads, and the connecting tube is internal threads.
The invention has the advantages that: the invention can monitor whether the position of the shield machine in the steel sleeve exceeds the limit in real time and can give an alarm in time when the position exceeds the limit, solves the problem that the position of the shield machine in the steel sleeve cannot be accurately mastered, and reduces the risk that the shield machine collides with the steel sleeve and deforms the steel sleeve to further cause engineering accidents; in addition, the probe is made of a cast iron material with high brittleness, so that the sensitivity of detecting whether the posture of the shield machine exceeds the limit is improved, and the probe, the detection pipe and the connecting pipe are connected in a threaded manner, so that the assembly, disassembly and replacement are facilitated.

The invention is further described with reference to the drawings and detailed description which follow:
a limit alarm device for tunneling in a shield tunneling machine steel sleeve is characterized in that: a connecting pipe 101 is respectively arranged at the upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right of each section of steel sleeve 2 and the upper and lower parts of the rear end cover 201, one side of the connecting pipe 101 in the steel sleeve 2 is connected with a probe 106 for detecting the gesture of the shield machine 3 in the steel sleeve 2 and the arrival position of a cutter head; the connecting pipe 101 is connected with a detection pipe 102 at one side outside the steel sleeve 2, and an electric contact pressure alarm is arranged on the detection pipe 102 and comprises an electric contact pressure gauge 103, an audible and visual alarm 104 and a direct current stabilized voltage supply for detecting the pressure in the pipe; a manual ball valve 105 is provided at the outer outlet of the test tube 102 and connected to an air pipe for supplying air pressure to the test tube. The detection tube 102 is made of a steel tube of DN25, the connection tube 101 is made of a steel tube of DN25, the probe 106 is made of a cast iron tube of DN25, one side connected with the connection tube 101 is an opening, the other side is blocked, and the length of the probe 106 is determined by the inner diameter of the steel sleeve 2, the excavation radius of the shield machine 3 and the technical requirements. The connecting pipe 101 and the steel sleeve 2 are connected in a welding mode, namely, a detection hole is cut on the steel sleeve 2, then the connecting pipe 101 is inserted into the hole, 20mm is reserved on two sides of the hole, and finally the connecting pipe 101 and the steel sleeve 2 are fully welded. The detection tube 102 is in threaded connection with the connecting tube 101, the probe 106 is in threaded connection with the connecting tube 101, the detection tube 102 is in external threads with the probe 106, and the connecting tube 101 is in internal threads.
The working principle of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 3:
after the limit alarm device 1 is installed on the steel sleeve 2, air is filled into the detection tube 102, and when the air pressure reaches the set value range of the electric contact pressure gauge 103, the manual ball valve 105 is closed. When the shield machine 3 tunnels in the steel sleeve 2, if the posture of the shield machine 3 or the arrival position of the cutterhead exceeds the limit, the cutterhead of the shield machine 3 will touch the probe 106 and damage the probe 106. After the probe 106 is damaged, the air pressure in the detection tube 102 is reduced, when the pressure is lower than the lowest pressure set by the electric contact pressure gauge 103, the audible and visual alarm 104 sounds an alarm, and then constructors adjust the posture of the shield tunneling machine 3 according to the alarm position.

the electric contact pressure alarm comprises an electric contact pressure gauge (103), an audible and visual alarm (104) and a direct current stabilized voltage supply;
the detection tube (102) is made of a DN25 steel tube;
the method is characterized in that: the connecting pipe (101) is made of DN25 steel pipe.
