本发明公开了一种带灭火装置的防火门，其包括：门框内安装有灭火槽，灭火槽内安装有电源，电源连接风扇，风扇安装在干粉盒右侧，干粉盒安装在出风口后侧，门框通过铰链连接防火门一侧，防火门另一侧安装有防火锁，防火门上方通过闭门器与门框连接，防火门上安装有防火把手和防火玻璃，防火门内有隔热层骨架，隔热层骨架间安装有隔热层，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带灭火装置的防火门，其能够通过门框上的火警感应装置判断是否有火情，若是有火情发生，可以通过风扇将干粉盒内的干粉通过出风口吹出，使空气中漂浮干粉阻燃剂来控制火情。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火装置，特别是涉及一种带灭火装置的防火门。
背景技术
防火门作为预防火情时的主要安全措施之一，在各种建筑中都有使用，防火门主要用于保护逃生用的安全通道不受火势影响，在一定时间能保证人员安全撤离建筑，或者用于保护重要设备不会立刻被火势烧毁以及防止易燃易爆物品接触火源进一步的增大火情，常规的防火门是使用由阻燃剂浸泡的钢质或木质材料制成的，通过阻燃剂的附着能使防火门不易被火势烧毁，为控制火情争取时间，但长时间被火势加热烘烤防火门也会被烧毁，使需要保护的设备或通道被烈火吞没。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带灭火装置的防火门，其能够通过门框上的火警感应装置判断是否有火情，若是有火情发生，可以通过风扇将干粉盒内的干粉通过出风口吹出，使空气中漂浮干粉阻燃剂来控制火情。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的：
一种带灭火装置的防火门，其包括：门框、灭火槽、电源、风扇、干粉盒、出风口、铰链、防火门、防火锁、闭门器、防火把手、防火玻璃、隔热层骨架、隔热层和火警感应装置，所述门框内安装有灭火槽，所述灭火槽内安装有电源，所述电源连接风扇，为风扇的运转提供电力，所述风扇安装在干粉盒右侧，用于储存灭火用的干粉灭火剂，所述干粉盒安装在出风口后侧，所述门框通过铰链连接防火门一侧，使防火门能够以铰链端为轴心旋转，所述防火门另一侧安装有防火锁，所述防火门上方通过闭门器与门框连接，使防火门可以在开启后自动关闭，所述防火门上安装有防火把手和防火玻璃，方便使用者开启防火门和对防火门另一端进行观察，所述防火门内有隔热层骨架，所述隔热层骨架间安装有隔热层。
优选地，所述门框上安装有火警感应装置，当遇到火情时，可以控制电源为风扇通电。
优选地，所述防火门内的隔热层材质为珍珠岩，可以有效减缓防火门的温度上升速度。
优选地，所述防火门和门框的材质为防火钢材，能提高防火门的耐火性
优选地，所述防火玻璃位于防火把手的右下方。
本发明的积极进步效果在于：本发明一种带灭火装置的防火门在保证发生火情的情况下，通过自身表面附着阻燃剂的门框和防火门保护逃生通道和重要设备的安全，为控制火情争取时间，同时在判断火情发生并且周围无人的情况下，电源会为风扇通电，使风扇将干粉盒内的干粉灭火剂通过出风口快速吹出，使火场的空气中漂浮干粉灭火剂，令燃烧所需要的氧气被快速消耗，当空气中没有氧气时火焰也将熄灭达到控制火情的作用。

下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例，以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示，一种带灭火装置的防火门，其包括：门框1内安装有灭火槽2，灭火槽2内安装有电源3，电源3连接风扇4，为风扇4的运转提供电力，风扇4安装在干粉盒5右侧，用于储存灭火用的干粉灭火剂，干粉盒5安装在出风口6后侧，门框1通过铰链7连接防火门8一侧，使防火门8能够以铰链7端为轴心旋转，防火门8另一侧安装有防火锁9，防火门8上方通过闭门器10与门框1连接，使防火门8可以在开启后自动关闭，防火门8上安装有防火把手11和防火玻璃12，方便使用者开启防火门和对防火门另一端进行观察，防火门8内有隔热层骨架13，隔热层骨架13间安装有隔热层14。
门框1上安装有火警感应装置15，当遇到火情时，可以控制电源3为风扇4通电。
防火门8内的隔热层14材质为珍珠岩，可以在遭遇火情时有效减缓防火门8本身的温度上升速度。
防火门8和门框1的材质为防火钢材，能提高防火门8的耐火性。
防火玻璃12位于防火把手11的右下方。

1.一种带灭火装置的防火门，其特征在于，其包括：门框、灭火槽、电源、风扇、干粉盒、出风口、铰链、防火门、防火锁、闭门器、防火把手、防火玻璃、隔热层骨架、隔热层和火警感应装置，所述门框内安装有灭火槽，所述灭火槽内安装有电源，所述电源连接风扇，所述风扇安装在干粉盒右侧，所述干粉盒安装在出风口后侧，所述门框通过铰链连接防火门一侧，所述防火门另一侧安装有防火锁，所述防火门上方通过闭门器与门框连接，所述防火门上安装有防火把手和防火玻璃，所述防火门内有隔热层骨架，所述隔热层骨架间安装有隔热层。
