Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hardware, in particular to a stainless steel corner brace.
Background
In architecture, corner yards are hardware that connect 90 degree right angle intersecting members. The type and the form of the corner brace and the type of the material are determined according to the stress of the connected components. Corner connectors are often used in decorative engineering and furniture assembly, for example, in curtain wall installation, the corner connectors are connected.
At present, corner connectors on the market are different in types according to different use fields. However, their function is to connect the intersecting members.
At present, metal corner connectors on the market are integrally and directly formed by folding and pressing, plastic corner connectors are integrally formed by injection molding, the area of connecting intersecting components is limited, and the sizes of required stress among the intersecting components are different due to different use fields of the intersecting components. However, because the volume of the corner brace is small, the stress born by the corner brace is relatively small, and for the frequently accepted intersecting members or the intersecting members with relatively large bearing force, a plurality of corner braces need to be installed in parallel each time to solve the problem of bearing force, and the installation is time-consuming and relatively high in cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a stainless steel corner brace which can enhance the assembly strength and is flexible to mount.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a stainless steel corner brace is provided with a corner brace body made of stainless steel, wherein the side face of the corner brace is L-shaped, two mutually vertical faces of the corner brace are respectively provided with two main positioning holes with the same size, the long edges of the two vertical faces of the corner brace are respectively connected with an expansion plate, and the side face of the expansion plate is provided with an auxiliary positioning hole with the same position and size as the main positioning holes on the corner brace; one of them long limit of expansion board side is provided with outside bellied butt joint piece, is provided with the butt joint groove that structure and size are the same on the long limit of opposite side and two perpendiculars of angle sign indicating number, butt joint piece and the mutual joint cooperation in butt joint groove, link together through the butt joint piece and the butt joint groove of mutual joint between angle sign indicating number and the expansion board.
Preferably, the diameter of the notch on the butt-joint groove is smaller than that of the groove bottom; the expansion board of connection on the angle sign indicating number has a plurality ofly, and all through the butt joint groove and the butt joint piece joint in proper order together between adjacent angle sign indicating number and the expansion board and between expansion board and the expansion board.
Preferably, the short edges of the two vertical surfaces of the corner connector and the short edges of the expansion plate are provided with limiting grooves which are identical in structure and size and communicated with each other, and limiting holes which are identical in size are formed in the positions, close to the butt joint grooves and the butt joint blocks, in the limiting grooves; the butt joint groove and the butt joint block which are mutually clamped together are clamped in the limiting holes at two sides of the joint of the butt joint groove and the butt joint block through the metal connecting block for limiting and fixing; the metal connecting block is provided with two limiting bulges, and the limiting bulges are mutually inserted and matched with limiting holes on two sides of a seam formed by clamping and connecting the butt-joint groove and the butt-joint block.
Preferably, a permanent magnet is arranged in the limiting hole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the stainless steel corner brace is simple in structure, the fixing area can be increased according to actual assembly requirements on the long edges of the two sides of the vertical surface, so that the two connectors are guaranteed to be assembled more stably, and the phenomenon of looseness or unstable assembly cannot occur.

the stainless steel corner brace shown in fig. 1 and 2 is provided with a corner brace 1 body made of stainless steel, the side surface of the corner brace 1 is in an L shape, two mutually perpendicular surfaces of the corner brace 1 are respectively provided with two main positioning holes 9 with the same size, the long edges of the two perpendicular surfaces of the corner brace 1 are respectively connected with an expansion plate 3, and the side surface of the expansion plate 3 is provided with an auxiliary positioning hole 10 with the same position and size as the main positioning holes 9 on the corner brace 1; be provided with outside bellied butt joint piece 4 on one of them long limit of 3 sides of expansion board, be provided with the structure on the long limit of opposite side and the long limit of 1 two perpendiculars of angle sign indicating number and the butt joint groove 2 that the size is the same, butt joint piece 4 and the mutual joint cooperation in butt joint groove 2, link together through butt joint piece 4 and butt joint groove 2 of mutual joint between angle sign indicating number 1 and the expansion board 3. The stainless steel corner brace is simple in structure, the fixing area can be increased according to actual assembly requirements on the long edges of the two sides of the vertical surface, so that the two connectors are guaranteed to be assembled more stably, and the phenomenon of looseness or unstable assembly cannot occur.
