When the pet socks pass through the response straight line that infrared emitter and infrared receiver formed, can make infrared receiver's signal change to confirm the quantity of passing through of pet socks, reduced the process that the staff need go on the number to the pet socks, work efficiency when having improved the unloading of pet socks.
A stripper plate is fixed between the discharge port and the feed end of the discharge pipe 25, and the stripper plate is arranged in an inclined manner. The discharge end of discharging pipe 25 articulates through the articulated shaft has a tube closure 30, the one end of articulated shaft link to each other with a swing motor 31, swing motor 31 fix on the lateral wall of discharging pipe 25, swing motor 31 pass through the circuit and link to each other with foretell PLC programmable controller. The third support 27 comprises a third support column, a support rod and a sleeve ring, the lower end of the third support column is fixed on the base 1, one end of the support rod is fixed at the upper end of the third support column, the sleeve ring is fixed at the other end of the support rod, and the sleeve ring is sleeved with the discharge pipe 25.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first combination board 3a is further provided with a bobbin installation device, the bobbin installation device comprises a main bobbin frame and a secondary bobbin frame, the main bobbin frame is arranged above the working board 3, the main bobbin frame comprises a first hollow tubular upright post 36a, a second upright post 36e slidably arranged in the first upright post 36a, a first hanging rod 36b fixed on the first upright post 36a and a second hanging rod 36f fixed on the second upright post 36e, the first hanging rod 36b and the second hanging rod 36f are encircled into a circle, the first hanging rod 36b is fixed on the first upright post 36a through a plurality of first supporting rods 36c, a plurality of mounting rods 36d for mounting the bobbin are fixed on the hanging rods 36b, the hanging rods 36f are fixed on the upright posts 36e through a plurality of supporting rods 36g, a plurality of second mounting rods 36h for mounting the bobbin are fixed on the second hanging rods 36 f; the auxiliary bobbin holder is arranged on one side of the working plate 3 and comprises a bottom plate 37a and a plurality of mounting vertical rods 37b which are fixed on the bottom plate 37a and are perpendicular to the bottom plate 37a, a plurality of mounting transverse rods 37c are fixed between every two mounting vertical rods 37b, and a plurality of mounting rods 37d used for mounting bobbins are fixed on the mounting vertical rods 37b and the mounting transverse rods 37 c. The vertical mounting rod 37b is fixed with a plurality of wire guide rods which are all in hollow tubular shapes and are beneficial to orderly guiding yarns.
The thread cylinder can be arranged on the first mounting rod 36d of the first hanging rod 36b of the main thread cylinder frame, the thread cylinder can be arranged on the second mounting rod 36h of the second hanging rod 36f of the main thread cylinder frame, and the thread cylinder can be arranged on the vertical mounting rod 37b and the third mounting rod 37d of the horizontal mounting rod 37c of the auxiliary thread cylinder frame.
This sealing equipment of pet socks, its theory of operation is like:
first, the pet socks are placed on the conveyor belt 14;
then, under the action of power provided by a second conveying motor 17, a driving conveying shaft and a driven conveying shaft are used for respectively driving a driving roller 15 and a driven roller 16 to transmit, and finally a conveying belt 14 is driven to transmit, so that the pet socks can be fed from a feeding opening and fall onto a feeding plate 18;
then, under the action of power provided by the overturning cylinder 19, the feeding plate 18 is overturned from the horizontal state to the vertical state by the push plate 23, so that the pet socks are fed by being converted from the horizontal state to the vertical state, and enter between the first baffle plate 10 and the second baffle plate 11;
secondly, under the action of power provided by a first conveying motor 9, a driving shaft 7 and a driven shaft 8 are utilized to respectively drive a main gear and a driven gear to transmit, and finally a chain 6 is driven to transmit, so that the pet socks can be conveyed from a feeding hole to a discharging hole, meanwhile, under the action of a sealing mechanism and a control system, one end of the pet socks is sealed, the other end of the pet socks is kept smooth, and the pet socks automatically fall to the feeding hole of a discharging pipe 25 after being sealed;
finally, under the action of the negative pressure fan 29, the pet socks at the feeding end of the discharge pipe 25 can be sucked to the outlet end of the discharge pipe 25 through the suction pipe 28, and the pet socks automatically fall into the discharge barrel 26 under the action of the gravity of the pet socks.
