The grinding machine, the shot blasting machine and the spring prestressing machine are all the prior art and can be directly purchased from the market, and the description is omitted.

Claims (1)
1. A home decoration part machining and forming process is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) performing spring coiling operation on the spring through spring coiling equipment to obtain a coil spring;
(2) end face grinding: grinding two ends of the coil spring by a grinding disc, wherein the angle between the grinding disc and the end face of the coil spring is 120 degrees;
(3) shot blasting: carrying out shot blasting treatment on the surface of the coil spring through a shot blasting machine;
(4) surface treatment: soaking the coil spring in antirust liquid for antirust treatment;
wherein the shot blasting link comprises primary shot blasting, secondary shot blasting and tertiary shot blasting; the diameter of the shot blasting adopted by the first shot blasting is 0.6mm, the diameter of the shot blasting adopted by the second shot blasting is 0.9mm, and the diameter of the shot blasting adopted by the third shot blasting is 0.4 mm; the frequency of the primary shot blasting is 70Hz, and the shot blasting time is 40 min; the frequency of the secondary shot blasting is 60hz, the shot blasting time is 25min, the frequency of the third shot blasting is 80hz, and the shot blasting time is 30 min;
the antirust liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of polyacrylic acid, 8 parts of sodium molybdate, 7 parts of sodium nitrite, 5 parts of zinc naphthenate and 3 parts of acrylic resin;
the antirust liquid is placed in a reaction chamber, and when the coil spring is placed in the antirust liquid for treatment, the pressure in the reaction chamber is 1.3mpa, the temperature of the antirust liquid is 130 ℃, and the reaction time of the coil spring in the antirust liquid is 30 min;
the spring coiling equipment comprises a central turntable, a spring coiling station (1), an upper knotting station (2), a lower knotting station (3), a heat treatment station (4), a discharging station (5) and a cooling station (10); the central turntable comprises a turntable body (6), a plurality of mechanical arms (7) arranged on the turntable body, an elastic telescopic part (8) matched with the mechanical arms and a driving part for driving the turntable body to rotate; the mechanical arm (7) comprises a base (71), a rod body (72) detachably arranged on the base, a clamping piece (73) movably sleeved on the upper part of the rod body and a connecting piece (74) sleeved outside the rod body and matched with the elastic telescopic part; the connecting piece (74) is connected with the clamping piece (73) through an elastic floating piece (75); the discharging station comprises a discharging rail (51) which is obliquely arranged;
the upper part of the rod body (72) is provided with an anti-falling part (721) matched with the connecting piece (74), and the clamping piece (73) is provided with a blocking part (731) matched with the anti-falling part;
a rotation stopping structure is arranged between the connecting piece (74) and the rod body (72), a through hole is formed in the connecting piece (74), a hook part (81) matched with the through hole is arranged at one end of the elastic telescopic part (8), and the other end of the elastic telescopic part is fixedly connected with the disk body (6);
the rotation stopping structure comprises a rotation stopping rod (742) arranged on the connecting piece and a strip-shaped rotation stopping groove (722) which is arranged on the rod body and matched with the rotation stopping rod;
the cooling station (10) comprises a cooling fan (101) arranged above the end part of the discharging rail, and an air outlet of the cooling fan (101) is arranged towards the discharging rail (51);
the clamping piece (73) is provided with a clamping groove (731) matched with the workpiece and an elastic anti-falling structure which can extend and retract to open or close the clamping groove in a matched manner;
the clamping groove (731) comprises an arc-shaped groove positioned in the central part of the upper surface of the clamping piece and two inclined planes which are arranged on the left side and the right side of the arc-shaped groove and connected with the arc-shaped groove;
the elastic anti-falling structure comprises two groups of anti-falling parts which are arranged on the clamping piece in a bilateral symmetry manner, and a group of anti-falling parts are respectively arranged on the two inclined planes;
the anti-drop component comprises a movable groove arranged on the inclined plane, a blocking piece which can stretch and act and is arranged in the movable groove, a channel communicated with the movable groove and a spring arranged in the channel, and the spring is connected with the blocking piece;
the blocking piece is obliquely arranged in the movable groove from top to bottom, a gap exists between the bottom of the blocking piece and the bottom wall of the movable groove, and a gap exists between the side wall of the blocking piece and the side wall of the movable groove.
