The straightener is used as an important device of the whole finishing line for the first finishing process, and plays an important role in ensuring the straightness of the bar, facilitating the treatment of the subsequent process and improving the treatment precision of the subsequent process. The two-roller straightening machine is a device which uses concave and convex straightening rollers of a hyperbolic roller shape as core components and utilizes the principle of three-point reverse bending to straighten round bars, has high straightening precision, but the straightening rollers do not have centering guiding function, and the two sides of a roller gap are required to be relied on to be provided with centering guiding devices to guide the straightened round bars and limit the transverse movement of the straightened round bars, so that the round bars always pass through the straightening machine along a proper straightening path, and the aim of straightening the round bars is fulfilled.

The larger the bar standard straightened by the straightener, the larger the eccentric force generated during straightening, and the larger the impact force on the guide bar and the guide plate door, the guide plate door 10 must be reliably locked to ensure that the bar is not extruded out of the roll gap.
The straightener is provided with a stepless pressurizing system, a hydraulic servo system, a synchronous mechanism and an overpressure and pressure loss protection system. Four locking cylinders 2 are respectively fixed on the prestressed upright posts of the four straightening machines, and each guide plate door is respectively locked by the left locking cylinder and the right locking cylinder. The two-roller straightener comprises four pre-stressing upright posts and a straightener pre-stressing rack formed by welding steel plates, wherein the straightener pre-stressing rack comprises a guide plate door fixing rotating shaft which is fixed on a straightener base.
Compared with the traditional bar centering guide device, the invention has the following characteristics:

On the basis of unchanged size of the original assembly space, a new design thought is provided, the hydraulic locking cylinder is fixed by the original cylinder body, the piston rod is moved to be fixed by the piston rod, the cylinder body is moved, and the diameter of the cylinder body is increased to the greatest extent, so that the shock resistance of the locking cylinder is increased, frequent occurrence of oil leakage faults is avoided, the service life of the locking cylinder is prolonged, the maintenance cost of equipment is reduced, and normal production is ensured.
3. Through original design, the hydraulic pipeline is installed outside the hydraulic cylinder, through holes are drilled in the piston rod instead, and an external hydraulic system is connected from the end part of the piston rod, which is equivalent to arranging the hydraulic pipeline inside the piston rod, greatly buffering and degrading vibration transmitted to a pipeline interface, improving reliability and simultaneously saving external assembly space.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
after the system pressure is boosted by the boosting system, the system pressure enters the locking cylinder 2, the cylinder body of the locking cylinder 2 moves towards the guide plate door, the mo-type taper locking head 13 at the end part of the locking cylinder 2 is propped against the locking surface of the guide plate door 10, so that the guide plate door 10 cannot swing outwards, at the moment, the guide strips 6 connected with the guide plate door 10 through the guide plate 9 cannot move outwards, and the limiting effect of the guide strips 6 of the two bar limiting units can ensure that bars are always positioned in the roll gap between the upper straightening roll 1 and the lower straightening roll 7, so that the straightening precision is improved. The hydraulic system utilizes the synchronous valve to ensure that the movements of the locking cylinders are consistent.
When the guide plate door is required to be opened to adjust the guide plate 9 and the guide strip 6, the hydraulic system is reversed, the resetting system is started, the cylinder body of the locking cylinder 2 moves reversely, the Moire taper locking head 13 leaves the guide plate door 10, the guide plate door is unlocked, and the guide plate door can be opened at the moment.
