Guard device according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the first sealing plates (14) of the plurality of first sealing plates (14) is a transparent plate, wherein the transparent plate is located on the same side of the first support frame (13) as the first sealing plate (14) provided with the work piece handling aperture (12).
4. The shielding device of claim 3, wherein the transparent sheet is an acrylic sheet.
5. The shielding device according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the first sealing plates (14) of the plurality of first sealing plates (14) comprises a first sealing plate body (141) and a door panel (142), the door panel (142) being pivotably arranged on the first sealing plate body (141) to open or close the operating cavity (11).
6. The guard of claim 1, wherein the operating field further comprises:
a support frame (30), wherein the support frame (30) is arranged in the operation cavity (11), the support frame (30) is used for placing a container box (40), and the container box (40) is used for placing a substance for processing the workpiece;
wherein the workpiece handling aperture (12) is level with at least a portion of the pod cartridge (40).
7. Guard device according to claim 1, characterized in that said cooling chamber body (50) comprises:
a second support frame (51);
a plurality of second sealing plates (52), wherein the plurality of second sealing plates (52) are respectively arranged at the circumferential outer side of the second supporting frame (51), the plurality of second sealing plates (52) enclose the cooling cavity, and the cooler (60) is arranged on at least one second sealing plate (52).
8. Guard means according to claim 7, characterised in that at least one of the second sealing plates (52) is openably or closably arranged.
9. An electronic production apparatus comprising a guard and a transport mechanism, wherein the guard is provided on the transport mechanism, the guard being as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. Electronic production equipment according to claim 9, characterized in that the guard is the guard of claim 1, and the transport mechanism comprises a transport belt for transporting the work pieces, at least part of the transport belt being arranged through the operating chamber (11) and the cooling chamber.
