The common daily-used water cups are mostly of closed structures, are inconvenient to clean and have single functions, and have few other gain effects; the structure change and the expansion effect are few.

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a cup structure with more flexibility and more expansion functions.

Further, the function of the cup wall module is explained: the cup wall module comprises three groups of cup walls, a first bracket and a second bracket. The lower end of each cup wall is provided with an opening, and the structure can form a locking structure with a sliding key of the cup bottom module to fix and lock the integral shape of the cup; and meanwhile, the cup wall is also provided with a hinge which is matched with the hinge of the cup bottom module, so that the cup wall can rotate around three sides of the cup bottom. One end of each cup wall is provided with a convex point and an arc groove, the other end of each cup wall is provided with a hinge ring, and the two structures are respectively used for matching the first support and the second support. Further, the working state of the turnover multifunctional cup is explained:
in the first state, the first support is accommodated in the second support, the second support is accommodated in the arc groove of the cup wall, and three cup walls are mutually attached to form a closed accommodating cavity together with the cup bottom; the magnetic sliding key of the cup bottom extends out. The whole structure is perfectly attached horizontally, no protrusion exists on the structure, meanwhile, the sliding key at the bottom of the cup extends out and is inserted into the opening of the wall of the cup, the horizontal position is locked, and under the working condition, due to the smoothness of the whole structure, the high-temperature mat can be used as a high-temperature mat, namely a high-temperature appliance can be placed above the high-temperature mat, so that the protection effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the upper and lower rings at the bottom of the cup are opened, and the cup can be used as a hanging tool such as a clothes hanger and the like by virtue of the characteristic of a plurality of supports on the structure, and the cup bottom is locked by the spline wheel and is horizontally ensured.
Compared with the working state of the cup, the horizontally unfolded structural state can be regarded as a transition state when the cup is turned over, the spline sliding key is unlocked, the cup wall can be turned over continuously in space, and therefore a new cup body containing cavity is formed in the other surface, namely, the inner surface and the outer surface of the cup are exchanged before, namely, the cup body is not divided into an inner surface and an outer surface. Under the working condition, the cup bottom and the cup wall are kept in the use state of the cup, namely, the cup bottom and the cup wall are perpendicular to each other and are locked through a spline wheel sliding key, the cup bottom hanging ring is turned up, meanwhile, the first support completely extends out and rotates to be attached to the cup wall, the second support reversely extends out to the limit through the sliding groove of the first support, a branch structure with two ends extending outwards is formed, the structure can still be used as a hanging structure by virtue of the characteristic of multiple supports of the structure, and the occupied width space is smaller compared with the horizontally extending state.
Further, the noninterference of the whole structure is explained. The following gives an example of the invention with three cup walls:
as shown in fig. 1-3, the foldable multifunctional cup body is divided into a cup bottom module and a cup wall module, and the cup bottom module and the cup wall module are connected by a hinge at the bottoms of the two modules, so that the three cup walls 1 can rotate around three sides of the triangular cup bottom. The cup bottom module consists of three magnetic sliding keys 3, a magnetic flower wheel 4, two hanging rings 5 and a cup bottom 2. The magnetic flower wheel 4 is embedded into the hollow inner cavity of the cup bottom 2 and can rotate around the geometric center of the regular triangle cup bottom 2, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the magnetic flower wheel 4 are provided with inner groove structures 6 which can be conveniently rotated; the three sides of the cup bottom 2 are provided with openings 7 which are sliding chutes used by matching with the magnetic sliding keys 3, the magnetic sliding keys 3 can be inserted into the sliding chutes, the magnetic flower wheels 4 are adsorbed to form cam matching, the magnetic sliding keys 3 can stretch out and draw back from the cup bottom along with the rotation of the magnetic flower wheels 4, and the structure plays a role in locking by matching with the openings 10 at the bottom of the cup wall 1 when the cup is deformed in a geometric structure; the hoisting ring 5 is divided into two pieces, is arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the cup bottom 2 respectively through hinge matching, can be turned up by 90 degrees and is contained in the hoisting ring groove 14 when not in use.
The cup wall module comprises three groups of cup walls 1, a first support 8 and a second support 9. The lower end of each cup wall 2 is provided with an opening 10 which can form a locking structure with the magnetic sliding key 3 of the cup bottom module to lock the integral shape of the cup; and meanwhile, the cup wall 1 is also provided with a hinge which is matched with the hinge of the cup bottom module, so that the cup wall can rotate around three sides of the cup bottom 2. One end of each cup wall 1 is provided with a convex point 11 and an arc groove 12, the other end is provided with a hinge ring 13, and the two structures are respectively used for matching with the first support 8 and the second support 9. The second bracket 9 made of a magnetic material can be accommodated in the arc groove 12, and meanwhile, the grooves on the two sides of the second bracket 9 can be matched with the salient points 11 on the cup wall, so that the second bracket 9 can slide on the arc groove 12 and rotate around the salient points 11 after being completely extended out; a cylindrical connecting rod (non-magnetic material) on the second bracket 9 can enter the chute in the first bracket 8 through an opening at one end of the magnetic bracket to slide in a matching way, and meanwhile, the end of the first bracket 8 is matched with the hinge ring 13 of the cup wall 1 to form rotation; such as rings, to form a cup wall module.
This is the case when used as a cup, as shown in figure 4. The first support 8 is contained in the second support 9, the second support 9 is contained in the circular arc groove 12 of the cup wall, and the three cup walls 1 are mutually attached to form a closed containing cavity together with the cup bottom 2; the magnetic sliding key 3 of the cup bottom 2 extends out. Under the working state, due to the limitation of the arc groove 12, the cup wall 1 is constrained by the two supports to be positioned at a structural dead point, at the moment, any cup wall 1 cannot be opened or closed, meanwhile, the first support 8 and the second support 9 are mutually adsorbed, the magnetic sliding key 3 extends out to abut against the lower end openings of the three cup walls 1, the cup wall 1 is guaranteed to be structurally unopened again, and the effect of locking the containing cavity is achieved.
As shown in figure 5, when the cup is used when being turned over to the horizontal plane, three cup walls 1 are completely unfolded, a second support 9 is completely extended, a first support 8 is also completely extended, and the center of each group of the first support 8, the second support 9 and the arc groove 12 belongs to one of three angles of a regular triangle of the cup bottom 2 in design. The whole structure is perfectly attached horizontally, no protrusion exists structurally, meanwhile, the magnetic sliding key 3 of the cup bottom 2 extends out and is inserted into the opening 10 of the cup wall 1, the horizontal position is locked, under the working condition, due to the smoothness of the whole structure, the cup can be used as a high-temperature cushion, a high-temperature appliance can be placed above the high-temperature cushion, and the protective effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the upper and lower rings 5 of the cup bottom 2 are opened, as shown in figure 7, and the cup bottom can be used as a hanging tool such as a clothes hanger by virtue of the characteristic of a plurality of structural supports, and the cup bottom 2 is locked by the magnetic sliding key 3, so that the cup bottom is horizontally ensured.
Compared with the working state of the cup, the horizontally unfolded structural state can be regarded as a transition state when the cup is turned over, the magnetic sliding key 3 is unlocked, the cup wall 1 can be turned over continuously in space, and a new cup body containing cavity is formed on the other surface, namely, the inner surface and the outer surface of the cup are exchanged before, namely, the cup body is not divided into an inner surface and an outer surface. Based on the structural characteristics, the cleaning and airing device is particularly convenient to clean and air.
Referring to fig. 6, the first and second holders 8 and 9 are unfolded in the cup state. Under the working condition, the cup bottom 2 and the cup wall 1 are perpendicular to each other when the cup is used and are locked by the magnetic sliding key 3, the hanging ring 5 of the cup bottom 2 is turned up, meanwhile, the first support 8 extends out completely and rotates to be attached to the cup wall 1, the second support 9 extends out reversely to the limit through the sliding groove of the first support 8, a branch structure with two ends extending outwards is formed, and the structure can still be used as a hanging structure by virtue of the characteristic of a plurality of supports, so that the occupied width space is smaller compared with the horizontally extending state.
As shown in fig. 8, the non-interference of the entire structure is explained. The structure has a plurality of rotating shafts which are unified in design, and intersection points are three top angles of the cup bottom 2. The arc groove 12 that cup wall 1 was seted up to and the centre of a circle of support one 8 and support two 9 is also unified on the apex angle, simultaneously in order to guarantee the noninterference nature when spatial structure changes, arc groove 12, and the curved surface of support one 8 and support two 9 all designs into the sphere, and the centre of sphere is the center of rotation, be exactly the apex angle at its centre of a circle place, because this kind of spherical structure and the combination of positive triangular prism cup, can produce structural dead point under the cup form promptly, support one 8 and support two 9 can be bound by cup wall 1 arc groove 12, lead to unable opening under the cup state. Meanwhile, the chamfer angle between the cup wall 1 and the cup wall 1 is 60 degrees, and the joint is not interfered; the chamfer angle between the cup wall 1 and the cup bottom 2 is 45 degrees, and the cup is turned over without interference; a 60-degree convex section is arranged outside the first support 8, and can be attached to the cup wall 1 for limiting in the third state; the magnetic flower wheel 4 is matched with the magnetic sliding key 3 in an adsorption way and is attached to the outer side of the cup bottom 2 when being put in; when the cup is extended out, the cup can be matched with the opening 10 at the bottom of the cup wall 1 for limiting, and locking is realized.
As shown in fig. 9, switching of the states is explained: the locking of the magnetic sliding key 3 is released from the state of the ordinary cup body, and the first support 8 is pulled out from the cup wall 1 and forms an angle of 90 degrees with the cup wall 1, so that the cup body can be opened; then turning over to the horizontal state, starting the locking of the magnetic flower wheel 4, and reaching the second state (the reverse cup forming process is the reverse process of the process, so the description is not repeated); state three is formed as follows: under the state of a cup body, the first support 8 is pulled out to rotate by 120 degrees, the second support 9 is pulled out along the first support 8, the two supports have a common rotation center at the moment, and then the two supports are respectively pulled towards the two sides to be attached to the cup wall 1.
