Abstract
本发明涉及一种防治畜禽腹泻的组合物及其制备方法,该组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:粪肠球菌5~30份、枯草芽孢杆菌5~20份、丁酸梭菌5~15份、油脂粉1~10份、丁酸钠5~30份、低聚木糖2~20份、牛磺酸2~10份、氯化钾1~10份、氯化钠1~10份、赖氨酸2~15份、蛋氨酸2~15份、维生素A 1~6份、维生素C 2~10份、维生素E 1~5份、维生素B2 1~5份、维生素B6 2~8份、烟酰胺2~10份、二氧化硅1~5份,载体10~30份。本发明通过修复肠道,促进营养物质的吸收,及时补充电解质,达到预防治疗畜禽腹泻的目的。有使用方便、无毒副作用、不易反弹、不会产生耐药性。

技术领域
本发明属于动物营养技术领域,涉及一种防治畜禽腹泻的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
腹泻是现阶段养殖业最典型且最严重的畜禽疾病之一,在许多规模养殖场,腹泻非常严重,病因也是相当复杂。引起畜禽腹泻的疾病病源非常多,多数是由病原体感染所引发,并与寄生虫病、气候多样性、饲喂习惯、脏肺腑功能失调等因素息息相关。据报道,我国30kg左右的仔猪全年发病率44.5%左右,死亡率达17%。主要发生在每年11月份至次年的3月份,有的规模养殖场腹泻率甚至高达50%。畜禽出现腹泻,导致排便清稀,色白甚至脱水不禁,腥多恶臭,精神萎靡,食欲不振,形寒怕冷,脉沉且弱,给养殖户造成严重经济损失。
如何解决养殖场畜禽腹泻是一个重要问题。目前防治畜禽腹泻主要有抗生素治疗、中药饲喂、益生菌调理肠道等技术。抗生素的长期使用和滥用带来的负面作用越来越严重,已经引起社会的广泛关注;中药在防治畜禽腹泻方面的应用逐渐受到重视,但是由于中药存在见效慢等缺点,往往仍需要与抗生素配合使用;畜禽腹泻开始后,因消化系统受损,益生菌难以在肠道定植繁殖,短期也无法起到防治腹泻的作用。
目前,防治畜禽腹泻尚缺乏较好的方法。因此,针对畜禽腹泻特点,结合畜禽营养需求,亟待开发一种安全可靠的防治畜禽腹泻的产品。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种防治畜禽腹泻组合物,在基础日粮中添加了本发明的防治畜禽腹泻组合物,不仅有预防腹泻的作用,提高免疫水平,使患腹泻畜禽康复快,还可以加快畜禽生产速度,提高养殖效果。
为达到本发明的有益效果,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种防治畜禽腹泻的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:粪肠球菌5~30份、枯草芽孢杆菌5~20份、丁酸梭菌5~15份、油脂粉1~10份、丁酸钠5~30份、低聚木糖2~20份、牛磺酸2~10份、氯化钾1~10份、氯化钠1~10份、赖氨酸2~15份、蛋氨酸2~15份、维生素A 1~6份、维生素C 2~10份、维生素E 1~5份、维生素B2 1~5份、维生素B6 2~8份、烟酰胺2~10份、二氧化硅1~5份,载体无水葡萄糖10~30份。
优选地,该组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:粪肠球菌10~25份、枯草芽孢杆菌8~15份、丁酸梭菌8~12份、油脂粉4~8份、丁酸钠10~20份、低聚木糖5~15份、牛磺酸4~8份、氯化钾3~8份、氯化钠3~8份、赖氨酸6~12份、蛋氨酸6~10份、维生素A 2~4份、维生素C 4~8份、维生素E 2~4份、维生素B2 2~4份、维生素B6 3~6份、烟酰胺4~8份、二氧化硅2~4份,载体无水葡萄糖15~25份。
更优选地,该组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:粪肠球菌20份、枯草芽孢杆菌10份、丁酸梭菌10份、油脂粉6份、丁酸钠15份、低聚木糖10份、牛磺酸6份、氯化钾4份、氯化钠5份、赖氨酸10份、蛋氨酸8份、维生素A 4份、维生素C 6份、维生素E 3份、维生素B2 3份、维生素B6 5份、烟酰胺5份、二氧化硅3份,载体无水葡萄糖15份。
此外,本发明还提供了上述组合物的制备方法,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防治畜禽腹泻的组合物制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将低聚木糖、牛磺酸、氯化钾、氯化钠、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺与二氧化硅、无水葡萄糖混合,得到混合物1;
(2)将粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、丁酸梭菌混合,得到混合物2;
(3)将油脂粉、丁酸钠混合,得到混合物3;
(4)将混合物1、混合物2、混合物3,进行混合搅拌,即得防治畜禽腹泻的组合物。
采用本发明制得的组合物添加在普通畜禽日粮中,不仅可以使健康畜禽生长速度快,料肉比低,日增重高,而且能预防腹泻,畜禽患病率低;同时患腹泻的畜禽在添加了本发明的组合物后,康复速率快,精神状态恢复好,生长表现优异。

1、一种防治畜禽腹泻的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:
粪肠球菌5份、枯草芽孢杆菌5份、丁酸梭菌5份、油脂粉1份、丁酸钠5份、低聚木糖2份、牛磺酸2份、氯化钾1份、氯化钠1份、赖氨酸2份、蛋氨酸2份、维生素A 1份、维生素C 2份、维生素E 1份、维生素B2 1份、维生素B6 2份、烟酰胺2份、二氧化硅1份,载体无水葡萄糖10份。
2、制备方法:
(1)将低聚木糖2份、牛磺酸2份、氯化钾1份、氯化钠1份、赖氨酸2份、蛋氨酸2份、维生素A 1份、维生素C 2份、维生素E 1份、维生素B2 1份、维生素B6 2份、烟酰胺2份与二氧化硅1份,载体无水葡萄糖10份混合,得到混合物1;
(2)将粪肠球菌5份、枯草芽孢杆菌5份、丁酸梭菌5份混合,得到混合物2;

实施例9:
1、一种防治畜禽腹泻的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:
粪肠球菌20份、枯草芽孢杆菌10份、丁酸梭菌10份、油脂粉6份、丁酸钠15份、低聚木糖10份、牛磺酸6份、氯化钾4份、氯化钠5份、赖氨酸10份、蛋氨酸8份、维生素A 4份、维生素C 6份、维生素E 3份、维生素B2 3份、维生素B6 5份、烟酰胺5份、二氧化硅3份,载体无水葡萄糖15份。
2、制备方法:
(1)将低聚木糖10份、牛磺酸6份、氯化钾4份、氯化钠5份、赖氨酸10份、蛋氨酸8份、维生素A 4份、维生素C 6份、维生素E 3份、维生素B2 3份、维生素B6 5份、烟酰胺5份与二氧化硅3份,载体无水葡萄糖15份混合,得到混合物1;
(2)将粪肠球菌20份、枯草芽孢杆菌10份、丁酸梭菌10份混合,得到混合物2;
(3)将油脂粉6份、丁酸钠15份混合,得到混合物3;
(4)将混合物1、混合物2、混合物3,进行混合搅拌,即得防治畜禽腹泻的组合物。
实施例10:
本实施例考察本发明的防治畜禽腹泻组合物,预防哺乳仔猪腹泻的效果
1材料和方法
1.1试验设计
随机选择胎次相同、预产期接近、上窝所产仔猪曾发生过腹泻的经产母猪40头,分为4组,每组10头,第1~3组于产前3天至产后10天期间,分别在饲料中加入0.5%、1%、1.5%的实施例9的防治畜禽腹泻组合物,第4组为不添加药物的空白对照组。
1.2饲养管理
试验于2016年11月18日至2016年12月17日(共30d)在广东阳春凤山猪场进行,试验期间安排专人负责饲养,自然通风,自由采食和饮水,免疫、消毒及疫病防治均按猪场正常程序进行。
1.4评价指标
记录腹泻发病率、死亡率、断奶时平均体重等数据。
(1)腹泻发病率
记录仔猪发生腹泻的窝发病率及仔猪发病率。试验全期记录猪的腹泻情况,统计每天腹泻的头数,按如下公式计算腹泻率。腹泻率=腹泻头数/总头数×100%。
(2)死亡率
在试验期间,因腹泻而引起的仔猪死亡数量,根据每组试验动物中的死亡数来计算其死亡率。死亡率=仔猪死亡数/该组仔猪总数×100%
(3)断奶时平均体重
该猪场仔猪断奶日龄为28天,在断奶日当天早晨8点对所有存活仔猪称重(12h空腹),计算断奶时平均体重。
1.5统计分析
运用SPSS17.0统计软件做单因素方差分析,结果以平均值±标准差表示,用P<0.05作为有显著性差异标准。
2结果及分析
2.1母猪日粮中添加本发明实施例9防治畜禽腹泻组合物,对哺乳仔猪腹泻发病率、死亡率的影响
本发明组合物对哺乳仔猪腹泻的发病率和死亡率的影响见表1。可以看出,未用药空白对照组经产母猪10头,共产仔109头,其中9窝再次发生腹泻,发生腹泻的仔猪共18头,占产仔数的16.5%,死亡9头,死亡率为8.3%。而日粮中拌有本发明实施例9防治畜禽腹泻组合物的母猪,不同程度地降低了腹泻的发病率和死亡率。试验1、2、3组(0.5%、1%、1.5%本发明组合物)腹泻的发病率分别为6.2%、1.9%和0%,死亡率分别为0.9%、0%和0%。统计学分析结果表明,用药组与空白对照组在腹泻的发病率差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。初步证明经母体途径投服本发明组合物可有效预防仔猪腹泻的发生。

2.2母猪日粮中添加防治畜禽腹泻组合物对哺乳仔猪断奶时体重的影响
试验各组所产仔猪在28天断奶时的平均体重见表2所示。结果显示,日粮中添加本发明实施例9的防治畜禽腹泻组合物的母猪所产仔猪在断奶时平均体重高于未用药对照组,存在统计学相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。这表明,母猪日粮中添加本发明实施例9的防治畜禽腹泻组合物,除了显著降低仔猪黄白痢发生率外,还可促进仔猪的生长,提高生产成绩。

3结论
在母猪日粮中投服本发明的防治畜禽腹泻组合物后,可以改善肠道健康,抑制或杀灭肠道中的有害病菌,促进营养吸收,提高母猪的免疫力,同时仔猪可以通过吸吮母乳“经乳传药”,对仔猪腹泻的预防效果显著。除对预防仔猪腹泻有很好的效果外,用本发明组合物所产仔猪在断奶时取得了较好的体重,断奶时平均体重显著优于未用药对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)
实施例11:
本实施例考察本发明的防治畜禽腹泻组合物,预防及治疗鸡腹泻的效果
1材料和方法
1.1试验设计
选择福建南平市延平区春辉养鸡场自然患腹泻的43日龄肉鸡732羽,临床症状为精神沉郁,羽毛蓬乱,食欲减退或废绝,其主要症状为水样腹泻、色黄绿、粪便中有未消化饲料等,鸡舍内有浓烈的腥臭味。剖检可见肠黏膜脱落,肠壁变薄,肠道胀气出血等。
同时选用同鸡场相近日龄未发病肉鸡732羽用作为预防试验。
将732羽病鸡随机分成4个组,除空白对照组132羽外,其余每组200羽。第1组用氟苯尼考+硫酸粘杆菌素,第2组用硫酸安普霉素+阿莫西林,第3组用本发明实施例2防治畜禽腹泻组合物,第4组空白对照,5d为一疗程,连用2疗程,中间间隔1d。具体治疗方案见表1。同时选取该鸡场未发病的732羽肉鸡用同样的试验方法按预防计量用药,方案见表2。

1.2疗效观察
病鸡饲喂11d,同时给予未发病肉鸡预防用药11d。每天对试验鸡进行临床观察,记录其精神状况、死亡情况、腹泻、食欲,并统计其成活率、死亡率。
1.3疗效判定
治愈标准:排粪次数、粪形恢复正常,伴随症状及体症消失者。好转标准:排粪次数明显减少,粪便基本成形,伴随症状及体症基本消失,未发生死亡者。无效标准:粪便次数多、粪形、伴随症状及体症均无改善者。
1.4统计分析
运用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析,结果以平均值±标准差表示,用P<0.05作为有显著性差异标准。
2结果与分析
本发明实施例2的防治畜禽腹泻组合物,预防鸡腹泻结果见表3,治疗鸡腹泻结果见表4。
从表3中可以看出,3种不同预防处理对鸡腹泻都有一定的预防效果,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);试验组中,本发明实施例2的防治畜禽腹泻组合物的预防效果最好,有效预防率达到了89.5%,但与其他试验组差异不显著(P>0.05)。
从表4中可以看出,3种不同治疗处理对鸡腹泻都有较好的治疗效果,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);试验组中,本发明实施例2的防治畜禽腹泻组合物的治疗效果最好,有效治疗率达到了82.5%,但与其他试验组差异不显著(P>0.05)。

3结论
通过本实施例证明,本发明的防治畜禽腹泻组合物,防治畜禽腹泻效果明显,且具有使用方便、无毒副作用、不易反弹、不会产生耐药性等优点,可以作为防治畜禽腹泻的动保用品。
实施例12:
本实施例考察本发明的防治畜禽腹泻组合物,预防及治疗保育猪腹泻的效果
1材料和方法
1.1试验设计
选择广东恩平市某猪场自然患腹泻的50-63日龄育肥猪102头,临床表现保育猪精神较差,食欲降低,体温略升高,40.1-40.5℃,被毛粗糙,肛门周围及后肢上部被粪污染,尿少色黄,重者粪水从肛门喷出,轻者呈糊状,粪呈黄白、黄绿、黑绿色带黏液,肚腹紧缩,离群独居或挤在一起,极度消瘦,眼球下陷。重症病例眼结膜发红,共济失调,行走困难,站立不稳,甚至卧地不起,后期常因衰歇而陆续死亡。病例解剖表现为小肠有明显的炎症、白色小坏死点;盲肠、结肠黏膜出血、坏死,坏死组织呈条状或块状并脱落混杂于排泄物中;胃肠黏膜脱落;胃壁和肠壁弥漫性出血,肠壁变薄,肠管内存有不成形的粪便。
同时选用同猪场相近日龄未发病育肥猪102头用作预防试验。
将102头病猪随机分成4个组,除空白对照组12头外,其余每组30羽。第1组用氟苯尼考+硫酸粘杆菌素,第2组用硫酸安普霉素+阿莫西林,第3组用本发明实施例5防治畜禽腹泻组合物,第4组空白对照,5d为一疗程,连用2疗程,中间间隔1d,具体治疗方案见表1。同时选取该猪场未发病的102头育肥猪用同样的试验方法按预防计量用药,方案见表2。

从表4中可以看出,3种不同治疗处理对育肥猪腹泻都有较好的治疗效果,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);试验组中,本发明实施例5的防治畜禽腹泻组合物的治疗效果最好,有效治疗率达到了80.0%,但与其他试验组差异不显著(P>0.05)。

通过本实施例证明,本发明的防治畜禽腹泻组合物,防治畜禽腹泻效果明显,且具有使用方便、无毒副作用、不易反弹、不会产生耐药性等优点,可以作为防治畜禽腹泻的动保用品。

1.一种防治畜禽腹泻的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:粪肠球菌5~30份、枯草芽孢杆菌5~20份、丁酸梭菌5~15份、油脂粉1~10份、丁酸钠5~30份、低聚木糖2~20份、牛磺酸2~10份、氯化钾1~10份、氯化钠1~10份、赖氨酸2~15份、蛋氨酸2~15份、维生素A 1~6份、维生素C 2~10份、维生素E 1~5份、维生素B2 1~5份、维生素B6 2~8份、烟酰胺2~10份、二氧化硅1~5份,载体10~30份。
2.一种防治畜禽腹泻的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:粪肠球菌10~25份、枯草芽孢杆菌8~15份、丁酸梭菌8~12份、油脂粉4~8份、丁酸钠10~20份、低聚木糖5~15份、牛磺酸4~8份、氯化钾3~8份、氯化钠3~8份、赖氨酸6~12份、蛋氨酸6~10份、维生素A 2~4份、维生素C 4~8份、维生素E 2~4份、维生素B2 2~4份、维生素B6 3~6份、烟酰胺4~8份、二氧化硅2~4份,载体15~25份。
3.一种防治畜禽腹泻的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:粪肠球菌20份、枯草芽孢杆菌10份、丁酸梭菌10份、油脂粉6份、丁酸钠15份、低聚木糖10份、牛磺酸6份、氯化钾4份、氯化钠5份、赖氨酸10份、蛋氨酸8份、维生素A 4份、维生素C 6份、维生素E 3份、维生素B2 3份、维生素B6 5份、烟酰胺5份、二氧化硅3份,载体15份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的防治畜禽腹泻的组合物,其特征在于,所述的载体是无水葡萄糖。
5.权利要求1-3任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将低聚木糖、牛磺酸、氯化钾、氯化钠、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺与二氧化硅、无水葡萄糖混合,得到混合物1;
(2)将粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、丁酸梭菌混合,得到混合物2;
(3)将油脂粉、丁酸钠混合,得到混合物3;
(4)将混合物1、混合物2、混合物3,进行混合搅拌,即得防治畜禽腹泻的组合物。
