本发明提供了一种光伏组件,包括电池片、电池片上的焊带和用于安装电池片的框架,其特征在于所述焊带上表面设置有散热条,所述散热条由石墨烯制成,所述散热条与焊带之间相互固定,所述散热条的长度比焊带长,散热条的两端露出电池片,散热条上设置有若干个倾斜的散热片,所述框架的四周设置有一个口字形的中空的散热区,所述散热条的两端露出电池片的部分位于所述的散热区中。本发明的一种光伏组件,散热效果好,提高了光伏组件的发电效率。

一种光伏组件
技术领域
本发明属于光伏领域,具体是一种光伏组件。
背景技术
光伏组件是太阳能发电系统中的核心部分,也是太阳能发电系统中最重要的部分,其作用是将太阳能转化为电能,并送往蓄电池中存储起来,或推动负载工作。光伏组件由太阳能电池片或由激光切割机机或钢线切割机切割开的不同规格的太阳能电池组合在一起构成。由于单片太阳能电池片的电流和电压都很小,然后我们把他们先串联获得高电压,再并联获得高电流后,通过一个二极管然后输出。并且把他们封装在一个不锈钢、铝或其他非金属边框上,安装好上面的玻璃及背面的背板、充入氮气、密封,整体称为组件,也就是光伏组件或说是太阳电池组件。普通的光伏组件,在长时间的太阳照射后,温度升高,无法散热,影响了电池效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种光伏组件。
一种光伏组件,包括电池片、电池片上的焊带和用于安装电池片的框架,其特征在于所述焊带上表面设置有散热条,所述散热条由石墨烯制成,所述散热条与焊带之间相互固定,所述散热条的长度比焊带长,散热条的两端露出电池片,散热条上设置有若干个倾斜的散热片,所述框架的四周设置有一个口字形的中空的散热区,所述散热条的两端露出电池片的部分位于所述的散热区中。
所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热条的宽度比焊带窄,散热条位于焊带中间。
所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述框架的散热区内侧设置有卡槽,所述电池片固定在所述卡槽中。
所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热区的宽度是3—5cm,所述散热条的两端位于所述散热区中的长度是2—3cm。
所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热片与散热条一体成型,所述散热片与水平面呈30—45度角。
所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热区的宽度是4cm,所述散热条的两端位于所述散热区中的长度是2cm。
所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热片与散热条一体成型,所述散热片与水平面呈45度角。
所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热片是半圆形的。
所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热条的宽度是焊带宽度的三分之一。
本发明的一种光伏组件,散热效果好,提高了光伏组件的发电效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种光伏组件,包括电池片,电池片安装在铝合金框架中,电池片上的水平和竖直方向各设置有两条焊带,焊带形成井字形状,焊带上表面设置有散热条,散热条的宽度比焊带窄,散热条的宽度是焊带宽度的三分之一,散热条位于焊带中间。散热条由石墨烯制成,散热条与焊带之间相互固定,散热条的长度比焊带长,散热条的两端露出电池片,散热条上设置有若干个倾斜的散热片,散热片与散热条一体成型,散热片与水平面呈45度角,散热片是半圆形的。框架的四周设置有一个口字形的中空的散热区,散热条的两端露出电池片的部分位于散热区中。框架的散热区内侧设置有卡槽,电池片固定在所述卡槽中。散热区的宽度是4cm,散热条的两端位于所述散热区中的长度是2cm。经过实验,采用本发明的上述散热区和散热条的设计,可以达到最大的散热效果。
经过实验,本发明的光伏组件相比普通的光伏组件,在35℃的温度下,温度和发电效率如表1所示:

由表1可见,本发明的光伏组件散热性能好,明显提高了光伏组件的发电效率。

1.一种光伏组件,包括电池片、电池片上的焊带和用于安装电池片的框架,其特征在于所述焊带上表面设置有散热条,所述散热条由石墨烯制成,所述散热条与焊带之间相互固定,所述散热条的长度比焊带长,散热条的两端露出电池片,散热条上设置有若干个倾斜的散热片,所述框架的四周设置有一个口字形的中空的散热区,所述散热条的两端露出电池片的部分位于所述的散热区中。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热条的宽度比焊带窄,散热条位于焊带中间。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述框架的散热区内侧设置有卡槽,所述电池片固定在所述卡槽中。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热区的宽度是3—5cm,所述散热条的两端位于所述散热区中的长度是2—3cm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热片与散热条一体成型,所述散热片与水平面呈30—45度角。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件,其特征在于所述散热区的宽度是4cm,所述散热条的两端位于所述散热区中的长度是2cm。
