In one embodiment, step S210 includes: detecting whether a login state exists in an operator account under a plurality of information push channels; if yes, the information of the problem part is pushed to the account number of the operator through an information pushing channel with the account number of the operator in a login state; if not, storing the information of the problem part to a waiting push information queue.
The account number of the salesman can be logged in through various information push channels, wherein the information push channels refer to channels for pushing problem piece information, and include but are not limited to APP, webpages, third-party login platforms (such as WeChat public numbers) and the like. Whether a login state exists in the salesman account under a plurality of information push channels is detected, for example, for an APP login mode, whether a token (token, representing an object for executing certain operations) corresponding to the salesman account is valid or not can be inquired, and if the token is valid, the user is in the login state. When the account number of the salesman is not in a login state in a plurality of information pushing channels, the information of the problematic component can be stored in a waiting information pushing queue until the salesman finishes login operation and then pushes the information of the problematic component to a terminal where the account number of the salesman logs in. The waiting information queue is a queue formed by problem piece information which is not sent, and the waiting information queue can be stored in a third-party pushing platform.
In one embodiment, different information pushing modes can be adopted according to different information pushing channels. For example, for a webpage information push channel, the information of the problem pieces can be pushed in the form of an information list or a pop-up box. Aiming at the APP information pushing channel, different pushing interfaces can be generated according to the problem piece information, the problem piece information is pushed to the corresponding login interface to the terminal after the problem piece information and the corresponding salesman account are obtained, or the corresponding pushing interface can be popped up before the user logs in.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided yet another information pushing method, including:
step S402, receiving a service promotion link generation request.
The service promotion link generation request comprises an operator account and a product authority code.
For example, a service promotion link generation interface and a request control may be provided on the terminal for a service promotion link generation operation, and after a user inputs an operator account and a corresponding product permission code through the service promotion link generation interface and clicks the request control, the terminal may generate a service promotion link generation request and send the service promotion link generation request to the server.
Step S404, product authority information corresponding to the product authority code is obtained.
The product permission code is a code for verifying product promotion permission opened by a salesperson under the service agency. For example, the product authority code QXM3 may correspond to product CP1, product CP2, and product CP3 for product promotion authority opened by a salesperson under the business agency.
Step S406, encrypting the salesman account according to a preset encryption algorithm to generate a salesman identifier.
The preset encryption algorithm includes, but is not limited to, RSA, DES algorithm, 3DES, AES algorithm, etc. The operator identification is a globally unique identification and can be in one-to-one correspondence with the operator account.
And step S408, generating a service promotion link according to the salesman identification and the product permission information.
The service promotion link is a link for promoting a product corresponding to the product authority information.
For example, for a product whose product identifier is abc and whose salesman corresponding to the salesman identifier 123 has promotion authority, a service promotion link may be generated as follows: http:// www.ABCD.com/USERCODE ═ 123& ITEMCODE ═ abc.
Step S410, a business order request is received through the business promotion link.
The service order request includes service order information. The service order information refers to relevant information of the service order, including but not limited to information such as product name, product quantity, purchase time, user information, and the like. Such as: the aaa user purchases K copies of product CP3 at bbb time.
Step S412, generating a service order and a corresponding service order identifier according to the service order information.
The service order mark is a mark for indicating a service order, and may be a character string formed by one or more combinations of letters, numbers, punctuation marks and the like, or a pattern formed by combining basic geometric figures such as points, lines, surfaces and the like. For example, the clerk order identification can be a two-dimensional code pattern.
Step S414, determine whether the business order is abnormal.
For example, the abnormality of the service order may be that the image data in the service order information is unclear, the bank account information is wrong, or the user selects the wrong service and needs to cancel the operation.
If yes, go to step S416; if not, step S418 is performed.
Step S416, taking the abnormal business order as a problem piece, generating corresponding problem piece information according to the abnormality of the business order, and storing the problem piece information in a database.

The service promotion link contains an operator identification.
Step S424, the operator identifier is extracted from the service promotion link.
And step S426, decrypting the operator identification according to the decryption algorithm corresponding to the encryption algorithm to obtain a corresponding operator account.
In step S428, the information of the problem pieces is pushed to the account of the business employee.
In the embodiment, the service promotion link is generated according to the salesman identifier and the product permission information, the service promotion is performed through the service promotion link, so that the service order is generated, and the service order is globally and uniquely identified by the service order identifier. After the abnormal business order is used as a problem piece and the problem piece information is generated, the business order mark can be associated with the problem piece information. After the problem piece information is obtained, the corresponding salesman account number can be obtained through inquiring and analyzing according to the business order mark carried by the problem piece information, and therefore accurate pushing of the problem piece information is achieved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided an information pushing apparatus 500, including: a problem piece information obtaining module 502, configured to obtain problem piece information in a database, where the problem piece information includes a service order identifier of a problem piece; a service promotion link searching module 504, configured to search a service promotion link corresponding to the service order identifier according to the mapping relationship, where the service promotion link includes an operator identifier; an operator identifier extracting module 506, configured to extract an operator identifier from the service promotion link; the salesman account number analysis module 508 is used for analyzing the salesman identifier to obtain a corresponding salesman account number; and the problematic piece information pushing module 510 is configured to push the problematic piece information to the account of the salesman.
In one embodiment, the problem part information obtaining module 502 is further configured to receive a service order request through the service promotion link, where the service order request includes service order information; generating a service order and a corresponding service order identifier according to the service order information; judging whether the business order is abnormal or not; if yes, the abnormal business order is used as a problem piece, corresponding problem piece information is generated according to the abnormality of the business order, and the problem piece information is stored in the database.
In one embodiment, the problematic piece information includes a corresponding problematic piece storage time, and the problematic piece information obtaining module 502 is further configured to obtain, from the database, problematic piece information whose problematic piece storage time belongs to a second preset time period every first preset time period, where the second preset time period is greater than the first preset time period; and screening out the problem piece information acquired for the first time from the acquired problem piece information according to the service order identification in each problem piece information.
In one embodiment, the problem piece information pushing module 510 is further configured to detect whether a login state of the salesman account exists in a plurality of information pushing channels; if yes, the information of the problem part is pushed to the account number of the operator through an information pushing channel with the account number of the operator in a login state; if not, storing the information of the problem part to a waiting push information queue.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, another information pushing apparatus 600 is provided, which further includes: a service promotion link generation module 602, configured to receive a service promotion link generation request, where the service promotion link generation request includes an operator account and a product permission code; searching a business agency to which the business member account belongs; judging whether the service agency is matched with the product authority code; and if so, generating a service promotion link according to the operator account and the corresponding product authority code.
In one embodiment, the service promotion link generation module 602 is further configured to obtain product authority information corresponding to the product authority code; carrying out conversion processing on the operator account to generate an operator identifier; and generating a service promotion link according to the salesman identifier and the product authority information, wherein the service promotion link is used for promoting the product corresponding to the product authority information.
In an embodiment, the service promotion link generation module 602 is further configured to encrypt an operator account according to a preset encryption algorithm, so as to generate an operator identifier; the salesman account number analysis module 508 is further configured to decrypt the salesman identifier according to a decryption algorithm corresponding to the encryption algorithm, so as to obtain a corresponding salesman account number.
The information pushing apparatus described above may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device such as that shown in fig. 7.
The modules in the information pushing device can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a memory of the computer device in a hardware form or independent of the memory of the computer device, and can also be stored in the memory of the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules. The processor can be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a microprocessor, a singlechip and the like.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: acquiring problem piece information in a database, wherein the problem piece information comprises a service order identification of a problem piece; searching a service promotion link corresponding to the service order identification according to the mapping relation, wherein the service promotion link comprises an operator identification; extracting the operator identification from the service promotion link; analyzing the operator identification to obtain a corresponding operator account; and pushing the information of the problem part to an account of the business worker.
In one embodiment, the program, when executed by the processor, further comprises, prior to the step of obtaining problem piece information in the database being performed: receiving a service promotion link generation request which comprises an operator account and a product authority code; searching a business agency to which the business member account belongs; judging whether the service agency is matched with the product authority code; and if so, generating a service promotion link according to the operator account and the corresponding product authority code.
In one embodiment, when the program is executed by a processor, the step of generating a service promotion link according to an operator account and a corresponding product authorization code includes: acquiring product authority information corresponding to the product authority code; carrying out conversion processing on the operator account to generate an operator identifier; and generating a service promotion link according to the salesman identifier and the product authority information, wherein the service promotion link is used for promoting the product corresponding to the product authority information.
In one embodiment, when executed by the processor, the program performs a conversion process on the salesman account to generate the salesman identifier, including: encrypting the operator account according to a preset encryption algorithm to generate an operator identifier; the step of analyzing the operator identification to obtain the corresponding operator account number comprises the following steps: and decrypting the operator identification according to a decryption algorithm corresponding to the encryption algorithm to obtain a corresponding operator account.
In one embodiment, the program, when executed by the processor, further comprises, prior to the step of obtaining problem piece information in the database being performed: receiving a service order request through a service promotion link, wherein the service order request comprises service order information; generating a service order and a corresponding service order identifier according to the service order information; judging whether the business order is abnormal or not; if yes, the abnormal business order is used as a problem piece, corresponding problem piece information is generated according to the abnormality of the business order, and the problem piece information is stored in the database.
In one embodiment, the information of the problem pieces includes storage time of the corresponding problem pieces, and the program, when executed by the processor, implements obtaining the information of the problem pieces in the database, including: obtaining problem piece information of which the storage time belongs to second preset time from a database at intervals of first preset time, wherein the second preset time is longer than the first preset time; and screening out the problem piece information acquired for the first time from the acquired problem piece information according to the service order identification in each problem piece information.
In one embodiment, the program when executed by the processor performs the steps of pushing the problem part information to the account of the business person, including: detecting whether a login state exists in an operator account under a plurality of information push channels; if yes, the information of the problem part is pushed to the account number of the operator through an information pushing channel with the account number of the operator in a login state; if not, storing the information of the problem part to a waiting push information queue.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the program: acquiring problem piece information in a database, wherein the problem piece information comprises a service order identification of a problem piece; searching a service promotion link corresponding to the service order identification according to the mapping relation, wherein the service promotion link comprises an operator identification; extracting the operator identification from the service promotion link; analyzing the operator identification to obtain a corresponding operator account; and pushing the information of the problem part to an account of the business worker.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the program, before the step of obtaining information of the problem parts in the database is implemented, the method further includes: receiving a service promotion link generation request which comprises an operator account and a product authority code; searching a business agency to which the business member account belongs; judging whether the service agency is matched with the product authority code; and if so, generating a service promotion link according to the operator account and the corresponding product authority code.
In one embodiment, the step of generating the service promotion link according to the salesman account and the corresponding product authorization code when the processor executes the program includes: acquiring product authority information corresponding to the product authority code; carrying out conversion processing on the operator account to generate an operator identifier; and generating a service promotion link according to the salesman identifier and the product authority information, wherein the service promotion link is used for promoting the product corresponding to the product authority information.
In an embodiment, when the processor executes a program, the converting an operator account to generate an operator identifier includes: encrypting the operator account according to a preset encryption algorithm to generate an operator identifier; the step of analyzing the operator identification to obtain the corresponding operator account number comprises the following steps: and decrypting the operator identification according to a decryption algorithm corresponding to the encryption algorithm to obtain a corresponding operator account.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the program, before the step of obtaining information of the problem parts in the database is implemented, the method further includes: receiving a service order request through a service promotion link, wherein the service order request comprises service order information; generating a service order and a corresponding service order identifier according to the service order information; judging whether the business order is abnormal or not; if yes, the abnormal business order is used as a problem piece, corresponding problem piece information is generated according to the abnormality of the business order, and the problem piece information is stored in the database.
In one embodiment, the information of the problem pieces includes storage time of the corresponding problem pieces, and the obtaining of the information of the problem pieces in the database, which is implemented when the processor executes the program, includes: obtaining problem piece information of which the storage time belongs to second preset time from a database at intervals of first preset time, wherein the second preset time is longer than the first preset time; and screening out the problem piece information acquired for the first time from the acquired problem piece information according to the service order identification in each problem piece information.
In an embodiment, when the processor executes the program, the step of pushing the information of the problem part to the account of the salesman includes: detecting whether a login state exists in an operator account under a plurality of information push channels; if yes, the information of the problem part is pushed to the account number of the operator through an information pushing channel with the account number of the operator in a login state; if not, storing the information of the problem part to a waiting push information queue.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server or a mobile terminal. When the computer device is a server, its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an information push method. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), or the like.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. An information push method, comprising:
obtaining problem piece information in a database, wherein the problem piece information comprises a service order identification of a problem piece;
searching a service promotion link corresponding to the service order identification according to the mapping relation, wherein the service promotion link comprises an operator identification;
extracting an operator identification from the service promotion link;
analyzing the salesman identification to obtain a corresponding salesman account;
the information of the problem pieces is pushed to the account number of the operator;
before the obtaining of the information of the problem pieces in the database, the method further comprises:
receiving a service promotion link generation request which comprises an operator account and a product authority code;
searching a business agency to which the business member account belongs;
judging whether the service agency is matched with the product authority code;
and if so, generating a service promotion link according to the salesman account and the corresponding product authority code.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating of the service promotion link according to the salesman account and the corresponding product authorization code comprises:
acquiring product authority information corresponding to the product authority code;
converting the salesman account number to generate a salesman identifier;
and generating a service promotion link according to the salesman identification and the product permission information, wherein the service promotion link is used for promoting the product corresponding to the product permission information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the converting the clerk account number to generate the clerk identification comprises:
encrypting the salesman account according to a preset encryption algorithm to generate a salesman identifier;
the analyzing the salesman identification to obtain a corresponding salesman account includes:
and decrypting the operator identification according to a decryption algorithm corresponding to the encryption algorithm to obtain a corresponding operator account.
4. The method of claim 1, prior to said obtaining problem piece information in a database, further comprising:
receiving a service order request through the service promotion link, wherein the service order request comprises service order information;
generating a service order and a corresponding service order identifier according to the service order information;
judging whether the business order is abnormal or not;
if yes, the abnormal business order is used as a problem piece, corresponding problem piece information is generated according to the abnormality of the business order, and the problem piece information is stored in the database.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the question piece information includes a corresponding question piece storage time, and the obtaining of the question piece information in the database includes:
obtaining problem piece information of which the storage time belongs to a second preset time from a database at intervals of a first preset time, wherein the second preset time is longer than the first preset time;
and screening out the problem piece information acquired for the first time from the acquired problem piece information according to the service order identification in each problem piece information.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the pushing the problem piece information to the position under the salesman account comprises:
detecting whether the salesman account has a login state under a plurality of information push channels;
if yes, the problem piece information is pushed to the lower part of the operator account through an information pushing channel with the operator account in a login state;
and if not, storing the information of the problem piece to a waiting push information queue.
7. An information pushing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a problem piece information acquisition module, a problem piece information acquisition module and a problem piece information processing module, wherein the problem piece information acquisition module is used for acquiring problem piece information in a database, and the problem piece information comprises a service order identification of a problem piece;
the service promotion link searching module is used for searching a service promotion link corresponding to the service order mark according to a mapping relation, and the service promotion link comprises a waiter mark;
the operator identification extracting module is used for extracting the operator identification from the service promotion link;
the operator account number analysis module is used for analyzing the operator identification to obtain a corresponding operator account number;
the problem piece information pushing module is used for pushing the problem piece information to the account of the salesman;
further comprising:
the service promotion link generation module is used for receiving a service promotion link generation request which comprises an operator account and a product authority code; searching a business agency to which the business member account belongs; judging whether the service agency is matched with the product authority code; and if so, generating a service promotion link according to the salesman account and the corresponding product authority code.
8. The apparatus of claim 7,
the service promotion link generation module is also used for generating and acquiring product authority information corresponding to the product authority code by using the service promotion link; converting the salesman account number to generate a salesman identifier; and generating a service promotion link according to the salesman identification and the product permission information, wherein the service promotion link is used for promoting the product corresponding to the product permission information.
9. The apparatus of claim 8,
the service promotion link generation module is also used for encrypting the salesman account according to a preset encryption algorithm to generate a salesman identifier; the analyzing the salesman identification to obtain a corresponding salesman account includes: and decrypting the operator identification according to a decryption algorithm corresponding to the encryption algorithm to obtain a corresponding operator account.
10. The apparatus of claim 7,
the problem piece information acquisition module is further used for receiving a service order request through the service promotion link, wherein the service order request comprises service order information; generating a service order and a corresponding service order identifier according to the service order information; judging whether the business order is abnormal or not; if yes, the abnormal business order is used as a problem piece, corresponding problem piece information is generated according to the abnormality of the business order, and the problem piece information is stored in the database.
11. The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 10,
the problem piece information comprises corresponding problem piece storage time;
the problem piece information acquisition module is further used for acquiring problem piece information of which the problem piece storage time belongs to a second preset time length from the database every other first preset time length, wherein the second preset time length is longer than the first preset time length; and screening out the problem piece information acquired for the first time from the acquired problem piece information according to the service order identification in each problem piece information.
12. The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 10,
the problem piece information pushing module is also used for detecting whether the operator account has a login state in a plurality of information pushing channels; if yes, the problem piece information is pushed to the lower part of the operator account through an information pushing channel with the operator account in a login state; and if not, storing the information of the problem piece to a waiting push information queue.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
14. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
