The dual-fan single-open detection control device for the external unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a memory unit for recording information of the first fan according to the determination result of the determination unit and directly reading the recording result in the memory unit when the external unit of the air conditioner is started later.

The double-fan single-open detection control device for the outdoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 7, wherein the determination unit is further configured to determine whether a comparison result between a temperature difference △ T and a predetermined temperature rise △ T of a fan to be turned on after the determination is within a set range, send the result to the memory unit if the comparison result is satisfied, and feed back the result to the controller for error reporting if the comparison result is not satisfied.
9. The double-fan single-open detection control device for the outdoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a first fan driving module, wherein the controller controls the first fan driving module to drive the first fan to operate; the double-fan single-opening detection control device for the air conditioner external unit further comprises a second fan driving module, and the controller controls the second fan driving module to drive the second fan to operate.

The dual-fan single-open detection control device for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner as claimed in claim 6, wherein the outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises: the upper fan is positioned on the front side of the controller and can ventilate and radiate the controller; a lower fan located at a lower side of the upper fan.
