本发明公开了一种物流仓储照明灯,包括时间控制开关、旋转盘、太阳能电板、反光板和散热扇,所所述plc控制器的上方安装有散热扇,所述操作箱的下方安装有旋转盘,所述灯罩的下端安装有反光板,且灯罩的内侧表面设置有太阳能电板,本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,设置了旋转盘和转轴,便于照明灯可以随意旋转为不同的角度,可以使光随意折射在每一个面上,设置了太阳能电板和时间控制开关,可以将照明灯的光源转为电能,并且储存在蓄电池中,并且可以控制照明灯的照明时长,设置了反光板,便于将光源更加集中,供太阳能电板吸收光源,也便于使用者用于照明,设置了散热扇和散热片,提高了照明灯的散热速度。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯技术领域,具体为一种物流仓储照明灯。
背景技术
照明灯即用电作能源的人造照明用具、人工光源之一,是电流把灯丝加热到白炽状态后用来发光的灯,照明灯把电能转化为光能,在黑夜或暗室为人类照明,大大推动了人类的发展。
但是目前市场上的照明灯不仅结构复杂,而且功能单一,不能将照明灯随意旋转为不同的角度,不能使光随意折射在每一个面上,降低了物流储存拆运的效率,不能将照明灯的光源转为电能,并且储存在蓄电池中,并且不可以控制照明灯的照明时长,不便于使光源更加集中,供太阳能电板吸收光源,也不便于使用者用于照明,无法提高照明灯的散热速度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种物流仓储照明灯,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出不能将照明灯随意旋转为不同的角度,不能使光随意折射在每一个面上,降低了物流储存拆运的效率,不能将照明灯的光源转为电能,并且储存在蓄电池中,并且不可以控制照明灯的照明时长,不便于使光源更加集中,供太阳能电板吸收光源,也不便于使用者用于照明,无法提高照明灯的散热速度的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种物流仓储照明灯,包括挂环、梅花扣、操作箱、电源开关、时间控制开关、旋转盘、散热片、转轴、灯罩、LED灯、太阳能电板、反光板、散热扇、蓄电池、温度传感器、plc控制器、凹槽、隔板、轴承和凸槽,所述挂环的一端设置有梅花扣,且挂环的下方安装有操作箱,所述操作箱的表面设置有电源开关,所述电源开关的一侧设置有时间控制开关,所述操作箱的内部安装有蓄电池,所述蓄电池的一侧安装有温度传感器,所述温度传感器的一侧安装有plc控制器,所述plc控制器的上方安装有散热扇,所述操作箱的下方安装有旋转盘,所述旋转盘的内侧安装有隔板,所述隔板的中部开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的外侧设置有轴承,所述轴承的外侧设置有凸槽,所述旋转盘的下方安装有散热片,所述散热片的下方安装有灯罩,所述散热片和灯罩通过转轴连接,所述灯罩的下端安装有反光板,且灯罩的内侧表面设置有太阳能电板,所述灯罩的顶端中部安装有LED灯,所述太阳能电板的输出端电性连接蓄电池的输入端,所述蓄电池的输出端电性连接电源开关的输入端,所述电源开关的输出端电性连接时间控制开关的输入端,所述时间控制开关和温度传感器的输出端均电性连接plc控制器的输入端,所述plc控制器的输出端电性连接LED灯和散热扇的输入端。
优选的,所述挂环和操作箱通过螺栓连接。
优选的,所述散热片为一种铝质材质的构件。
优选的,所述太阳能电板的表面设置有保护壳。
优选的,所述操作箱的顶端开设有散热孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,设置了旋转盘和转轴,便于照明灯可以随意旋转为不同的角度,可以使光随意折射在每一个面上,提高物流储存拆运的效率,设置了太阳能电板和时间控制开关,可以将照明灯的光源转为电能,并且储存在蓄电池中,并且可以控制照明灯的照明时长,节约了能源,设置了反光板,便于将光源更加集中,供太阳能电板吸收光源,也便于使用者用于照明,设置了散热扇和散热片,提高了照明灯的散热速度。

实施例:如图1-3所示,本发明提供照明灯技术方案,一种物流仓储照明灯,包括挂环1、梅花扣2、操作箱3、电源开关4、时间控制开关5、旋转盘6、散热片7、转轴8、灯罩9、LED灯10、太阳能电板11、反光板12、散热扇13、蓄电池14、温度传感器15、plc控制器16、凹槽17、隔板18、轴承19和凸槽20,挂环1的一端设置有梅花扣2,且挂环1的下方安装有操作箱3,操作箱3的表面设置有电源开关4,电源开关4的一侧设置有时间控制开关5,操作箱3的内部安装有蓄电池14,蓄电池14的一侧安装有温度传感器15,温度传感器15的一侧安装有plc控制器16,plc控制器16的上方安装有散热扇13,操作箱3的下方安装有旋转盘6,旋转盘6的内侧安装有隔板18,隔板18的中部开设有凹槽17,凹槽17的外侧设置有轴承19,轴承19的外侧设置有凸槽20,旋转盘6的下方安装有散热片7,散热片7的下方安装有灯罩9,散热片7和灯罩9通过转轴8连接,灯罩9的下端安装有反光板12,且灯罩9的内侧表面设置有太阳能电板11,灯罩9的顶端中部安装有LED灯10,太阳能电板11的输出端电性连接蓄电池14的输入端,蓄电池14的输出端电性连接电源开关4的输入端,电源开关4的输出端电性连接时间控制开关5的输入端,时间控制开关5和温度传感器15的输出端均电性连接plc控制器16的输入端,plc控制器16的输出端电性连接LED灯10和散热扇13的输入端。
为了挂环1和操作箱3便于安装与拆卸,本实施例中,优选的,挂环1和操作箱3通过螺栓连接。
为了提高散热片7的散热速度,本实施例中,优选的,散热片7为一种铝质材质的构件。
为了保护太阳能电板11,本实施例中,优选的,太阳能电板11的表面设置有保护壳。
为了便于散热扇13的散热,本实施例中,优选的,操作箱3的顶端开设有散热孔。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:使用者通过将电源开关4打开,使LED灯亮起,灯罩9的内侧表面设置有太阳能电板11,可以将照明灯的光源转为电能,并且储存在蓄电池14中,电源开关4的一侧设置有时间控制开关5,便于控制照明灯照明的时长,节约了能源,灯罩9的下端安装有反光板12,便于将光源更加集中,供太阳能电板11吸收光源,也便于使用者用于照明,操作箱3的下方安装有旋转盘6,散热片7和灯罩9通过转轴8连接,便于照明灯可以随意旋转为不同的角度,可以使光随意折射在每一个面上,提高物流储存拆运的效率,旋转盘6的下方安装有散热片7,plc控制器16的上方安装有散热扇13,当温度传感器15感应照明灯内部温度过高时,将数据传输给plc控制器16,plc控制器16控制散热扇13开始工作,便于照明灯的散热,提高其使用时间。
