本发明公开了一种耐高温性好的橡胶,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:天然橡胶50‑100份、氯醚橡胶60‑120份、硬脂酸4‑20份、氧化锌5‑15份、氢氧化铝10‑20份、硫磺2‑10份、硫化剂2‑3份、硫化促进剂1‑2份、羟基硅油15‑25份、碳化硅6‑9份、氯化亚铜3‑8份、软化剂1‑3份、芳香烃油15‑20份、高岭土8‑15份、硼砂6‑15份、高苯乙烯3‑8份、再生胶2‑5份。本发明橡胶的组合物大大提高了防霉效果,同时该橡胶还具有抗拉强度高,耐高温、耐腐蚀等优点。

本发明涉及一种耐高温性好的橡胶。
背景技术
橡胶行业是化学工业的重要组成部分,轮胎、胶管、胶带、胶辊、橡胶密封圈、胶布制品等橡胶制品被广泛的应用于汽车生产、飞机制造、原油输送、电子通讯、医院等国民经济的各个行业,已成为重要的基础产业之一。众所周知,橡胶行业的基本原材料就是天然橡胶和合成橡胶,不论是从自然界获取的天然橡胶,还是人类通过工业化手段得到的合成橡胶,虽然它们有宝贵的高弹性和其它一系列的优良性能,但其本身在性能上仍有许多的缺点,为了制造出符合实际使用性能要求的橡胶制品,改善加工工艺性能及降低橡胶制品的成本,必须加入各种化学物质,这些化学物质被统称为配合剂或加工助剂。配合剂根据作用一般分成硫化剂、促进剂、活性剂、防老剂、防焦剂、补强剂、增粘剂、增塑剂及其它配合剂。

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种耐高温性好的橡胶。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种耐高温性好的橡胶,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:天然橡胶50-100份、氯醚橡胶60-120份、硬脂酸4-20份、氧化锌5-15份、氢氧化铝10-20份、硫磺2-10份、硫化剂2-3份、硫化促进剂1-2份、羟基硅油15-25份、碳化硅6-9份、氯化亚铜3-8份、软化剂1-3份、芳香烃油15-20份、高岭土8-15份、硼砂6-15份、高苯乙烯3-8份、再生胶2-5份。
进一步的,一种耐高温性好的橡胶,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:天然橡胶50-80份、氯醚橡胶60-100份、硬脂酸4-16份、氧化锌5-12份、氢氧化铝10-16份、硫磺2-8份、硫化剂2-3份、硫化促进剂1-2份、羟基硅油15-20份、碳化硅6-8份、氯化亚铜3-6份、软化剂1-3份、芳香烃油15-18份、高岭土8-12份、硼砂6-13份、高苯乙烯3-6份、再生胶2-4份。
再进一步的,一种耐高温性好的橡胶,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:天然橡胶70份、氯醚橡胶80份、硬脂酸10份、氧化锌9份、氢氧化铝13份、硫磺5份、硫化剂2份、硫化促进剂1份、羟基硅油18份、碳化硅7份、氯化亚铜5份、软化剂2份、芳香烃油17份、高岭土10份、硼砂10份、高苯乙烯5份、再生胶3份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明橡胶的组合物大大提高了防霉效果,同时该橡胶还具有抗拉强度高,耐高温、耐腐蚀等优点。
