Abstract
A crossed silk ball type esophageal dilator comprises a mandrel and a sleeve, wherein the sleeve is sleeved outside the mandrel in a sliding manner; the sleeve comprises a fixed end, expansion wires, a sliding end and a sleeve handle which are sequentially connected, wherein the expansion wires are connected between the fixed end and the sliding end in four groups of steps, two adjacent groups of expansion wires are arranged in a crossed manner, and the four groups of expansion wires can be respectively pulled into a linear shape or compressed into a wire ball shape by pulling the sleeve. The crossed silk ball type esophageal dilator can realize gradual increase of effective dilating diameter, and the effective dilating part has larger length, thereby being beneficial to improving dilating effect and reducing pain of patients.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to medical auxiliary equipment, in particular to a crossed silk ball type esophageal dilator.
Background
Currently, in hospitals dilators are used to perform dilation on patients with esophageal strictures. The existing clinical use is mostly a series of dilators with fixed outer diameter. The dilators with different outer diameters are required to be replaced and inserted for many times in the process of performing the dilatation operation, which brings pain to patients and prolongs the operation time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a crossed silk ball type esophageal dilator.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a crossed silk ball type esophageal dilator comprises a mandrel and a sleeve, wherein the sleeve is sleeved outside the mandrel in a sliding manner; the sleeve comprises a fixed end, expansion wires, a sliding end and a sleeve handle which are sequentially connected, wherein the expansion wires are connected between the fixed end and the sliding end in four groups of steps, the two adjacent groups of expansion wires are arranged in a cross mode, and the four groups of expansion wires can be respectively pulled into a linear shape or compressed into a wire ball shape by pulling the sleeve.
The dabber includes guide bar and dabber handle that the order links to each other, and the guide bar suit is in the sleeve and fixed continuous with the sheathed tube, and the afterbody of guide bar is equipped with the scale.
The sliding end of the sleeve can slide towards the fixed end along the guide rod of the mandrel to compress the expansion wire to expand along the radial direction to form a wire ball, or slide towards the handle of the mandrel along the guide rod of the mandrel to draw the expansion wire into a straight line.
The tail end of the sleeve handle slides to different scales at the tail of the mandrel guide rod, and the expansion diameters of the expansion wires are different.
The crossed silk ball type esophageal dilator can realize gradual increase of effective dilating diameter, and the effective dilating part has larger length, thereby being beneficial to improving dilating effect and reducing pain of patients.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 and fig. 3 and 4, the crossed silk ball type esophageal dilator comprises a mandrel 1 and a sleeve 2, wherein the sleeve is sleeved outside the mandrel in a sliding mode. The sleeve 2 comprises a fixed end 21, an expansion wire 22, a sliding end 23 and a sleeve handle 24 which are connected in sequence, wherein the expansion wires are connected between the fixed end and the sliding end in four groups of steps, the two adjacent groups of expansion wires are arranged in a cross mode, and the four groups of expansion wires can be respectively pulled to be linear (shown in figure 1) or compressed to be wire ball-shaped (shown in figure 2) by pulling the sleeve.
The mandrel 1 comprises a guide rod 11 and a mandrel handle 12 which are connected in sequence, the guide rod is sleeved in the sleeve and is fixedly connected with the fixed end of the sleeve, and the tail part of the guide rod is provided with a scale 13.
The sliding end of the sleeve can slide along the guide rod of the mandrel towards the fixed end direction to compress the expansion wire to expand along the radial direction to form a wire ball, or slide along the guide rod of the mandrel towards the handle direction of the mandrel to draw the expansion wire into a straight line. The tail end of the sleeve handle slides to different scales at the tail part of the mandrel guide rod, and the expansion diameters of the expansion wires are different correspondingly.
